I absolutely loved this one. I am a dancer and these workouts make me think about my technique. The exercises on the floor destroyed me. I struggle a lot with my turnout and basically every kind of leg raising but I loved working on it that way. Thank you so much, big fan❤
The best thing I can say about your leg workouts is that I see a huge difference in myself. My legs are slimmer and sculpted! For me this is a great thing because I have always had big thighs. It really works 😍Thank you Maddie!

When you just want a quiet workout cycle this time and got tricked into thinking this one would be easy. But also, I made it through the exercises ok just to be defeated by that hour-long lunge stretch in the cool down haha.
