      Most of the fitness trainers on here don't bother to do that. Plus, there are people who actually get annoyed when they hear talking in a workout. How stupid! That's one of the reasons why I love Maddie's workouts.

    Love the focus on inner and outer thighs! This will be one of my go-to workouts for inner and outer thigh work. I got a good burn with this one. I hope there will be more workouts like this.

    I love that your videos that are challenging, but still achievable. So often I get so frustrated not being able to complete other workouts because they're too hard. Keep the awesome videos coming!

    I love these short videos and that they are titled so clearly that it's easy to find what I want. I use these as either a "movement break" in my WFH day, a warm up of sorts before I go to the gym to use weights, or the ab workouts at home or the gym. I love all these videos (well, not so much the dance ones...I'm too slow and uncoordinated to keep up with those! It's not you, it's me!)

    When I started working out back in 2019 I had no idea what workout influences to do, but then I found Maddie!! I was so excited when I found out she has short workouts along with long workouts. From balancing school, sports ECT. I needed something short and get a workout I and that is exactly what I found!!! Since 2019 I have lost 25 pounds!!     Thanks for teaching such outstanding classes. I have been doing all of your various videos for about 2 years now, I dance and sing professionally or a living with the The Belle Tones however about a year ago I had knee surgery so that has curtailed a lot of my life. Once I was able to walk again I could not wait to start doing your classes. It's been a long road back but your Technique and Alignment is so great. love doing everything that you put out there, thank you so much. I understand you're a dancer as well. I sure hope you are still kicking up your heels here and there, be well take care and thanks again. I am performing again but still have a little ways to go, thanks so much

    I don’t usually comment on any videos but i have to tell you - this workout is epic!! I’ve been doing it for more than a month now and honestly the results are amazing. I can definately see a tigh gap, which i’ve never had before. I am so proud of myself, you can do it too!!! ❤️ keep the work up and don’t guve up because practicing leads you to success!!!

    I love your inner and outer thigh workouts Maddie. I had to redo some of the workouts so I could do them right. I might not be pretty at them like Maddie is but at least I can do them correctly

    That was a little bit of everything that I've done with you over the past 3 years since I started MadFit. It was great, although I did have to stretch my right leg which suffered a bit of tightness during the glute bridges. My whole body has seen the difference!

    I love all your workouts the best I have ever found! I think my body was the best when I took dance license for 10 years From 20 years old to 30 years old. I am now 65 and I can keep up with you almost lol. You are fabulous thank you so much For helping to keep me fit!,!,

    Thank you very much for this and your dancer videos too. I have a super annoying reoccurring hernia-like pain in both my front hips but it's actually caused by weak abductor and adductor muscles. These exercises should solve my issue.

    Loved this workout, especially that it's divided up into 30 second sets. It feels much more digestible that way. And you still definitely get your burn on.

    So... With a good amount of motivation.. Finally I started it🤟
    Day 1- completed🤟
    Day 2 - was very hard to complete it..but yeah..I Did it🥲🤟
    Day 3- with a extreme pain stopped at 8 min.🥲
    Day 4- I have extreme pain in thigh that I can walk straight propely but somehow I did it.. Not completely but upto 15 min.
    Day 5- Now the pain is reducing.. So yeah today I didi it completely🤟
    Day 6- done🤟... Today the pain is almost gone... And my body is becoming more flexible.

    I totally loved the mini sets inbetween! I usually skip all videos that have two exact same rounds or that are in a HIIT-style because I find them quite boring. But especially this video was quite fun! Love it - thank you Maddie!

    Do your workouts count as plates? I absolutely ADORE your workouts but have been working with my personal physician to balance workouts with my stress cortisol levels. He recommended pilates and I'm still researching what pilates is and what fitness vids to use! Thanks girl! Love your stuff and so excited for your new space! 😍

    Can you do an all floor long side lying inner outer thigh workout? I like the focus but the floor work to standing is hard to transition to.

    A really nice workout🥳💞 the leg lifts on one knee just were too Hard so i did them on ground - I like to lay down for them

    Hi-Your extra tips about squeezing thighs together and actually giving a second to do it is great.I can barely lift my leg out to the side or up at all . Can you suggest a way I can gain flexibility in those exercises
