      For sumo jumps, try just sumo with calf raise. For in and out jumps, try squats with side steps in and out. I can’t do the jumps because my knees are wrecked and these are the modifications I’ve been using.

    THAT WORKOUT REALLY WORKS!! If you hesitate about it for a moment, please don't. Today is my 10th day with this workout and my left upper leg was 55 cm, right upper leg was 56 cm. Now left 53 cm, right 55 cm. I TELL YOU, THAT WORKS!!!

      @@himanshikaul2584 doing the same workout every day is something everyone does until they find out you'll get used to it and you don't see results . People aren't aware of so many things while working out , maybe this workout did but the fact that working out a particular part of your body for that long won't help loose weight or strengthen muscles instead one can do HIIT or follow workout programs

      @@emilydavids1855 It did not bulk my legs at all!!! It really helps to just tone your legs, especially your inner thighs. It makes your legs go from flabby to super toned! I haven't done Pamelas workouts long enough, but I'm sure with time you could get a thigh gap! It also depends on your bond structure though because some people just have narrow hips. You are beautiful just how you are !!

      I don’t know why April han’s don’t work for me. Maybe cuz I was a dancer so I use the wrong muscles as I am really flexible. I never feel the sore or stretch

It's all about consistency and baby steps !

    I've lost about 1 inch off my lower thighs and about half an inch u could say off my upper thighs, I did other exercises with it and I'm proud of myself, a little note, i ate very badly in the first week like very badly and I knew the exercises were practically useless but it was all about consistency and building a habit 💪good luck to you all !!

      I like to do my own leg workouts but have tried hers! I have tried some of her ab workouts that I really love! Some of her videos like the sock ab workout, the good morning workout, stuff like that! I’ve tried all her butt workouts and just switch on and off between those! I’ve tried one or two of her arm workouts but mostly do my own and hope to do more of her arm workouts!( I like lifting weights!) and hope to try her cardio workouts and extra! Also her new stretching video is amazing!

    My legs still shake but it's gotten better. You know it's a hard work out when even Pamela is giving her best towards the end.

    I will try this for two weeks because I'm not happy with my legs right now.😑
    Day 1: I felt really exhausted during the workout and still felt the pain right after the workout😅
    Day 2: the leg circles in the end got me dying😑😂
    Day 3: was still hard and killing but much easier then the days before 😌
    Day 4: Break
    Day 5: Okay it was much easier today I mean it's still not easy but I felt like I could rest longer😌 aaand I already see result before I had almost no thigh gap😅 but now there's a bit space not much but at least something and it's just day 5😨
    Day 6: no difference to day 5 still same hard
    Day 7: ~ ⬆️
    Day 8: Okay I'm stunning, I've got a thigh gap! I mean a gap you can see I feel thin
    Day 9: I'm more motivated than before because of the crazy results I already got😁

    Day 11: still a bit hard
    Day 12: i feel so good after the workouts

      @@igot74ever49 I definitely gained muscles, my legs became much stronger and I lost fat of the inner thighs also from the outer thighs but you can't see the difference that much because there's some muscle now but my legs became way thinner than before because of the inner-thigh-fat I lost

    I was doing this on and off for about a month without changing my diet and can definitely tell the difference. My legs are more toned and slimmer

    Love that her content is free when it’s 1) so helpful 2) gives results 3) easy to do in most locations like you don’t need specific weights or to go to a gym 4) they’re so well filmed and aesthetically pleasing (backdrop, lighting, outfits, etc) thanks Pam!

    There were some exercises that literally killed me 😅 like tap to upper leg... I am really not able to move in this position 😂😂🙈 this workout showed me that there is a hhhhhuuuuugeeeee room for improvement. Thank you, Pam!!! You’re awesome 👏

    Week 1
    Day 1: oh my gosh today was not the day cuz right after this I am going for a run 😩 but I’m very happy with what I’ve done
    Day 2: today I had more fun doing this but it didn’t take me fifteen minutes 😬 I finished the workout in 20 minutes but I did it so
    Day 3: today it was a little easier to do but I still had some struggles 😊
    Day 4: today I did it without pausing and I’m very proud of myself
    Day 5: I did it with my friend today it was really fun and it getting a little easier to do 😊
    Day 6: I’m almost done with the week 😁 and today I had a blast doing it I’m already seeing progress also I’m probably gonna do this for another week
    Day 7: I took a break today
    Week 2
    Day 1: today was great I really enjoyed it and I’m seeing so progress yay! 😁
    Day 2: it’s getting SO much easier to do, and along with this I’m also doing ruclips.net/video/06cwQlikBEA/видео.html and I’m loving it 😍
    Day 3: this workout is feeling like a stretch at this point it’s getting so easy, and I cannot wait to see the end result
    Day 4: I did this twice today and I had so much fun I honestly can’t wait till the end of this week!!! 😁
    Day 5: okay I don’t even know what to say today but...I’m seeing quite a bit of progress 🤭
    Day 6: my thighs are so sore, but that’s fine because there’s only one day left 😁
    Day 7: im literally so exited, I’m going to put the results tomorrow so if you’re are waiting for them they will be up tomorrow
    Results
    So in to total I have lost 6 inches from my inner thigh and outer thigh
    Inner thigh: I lost 2 inches
    Outer thigh: I lost 1.5 inches
    -----------------REMEMBER-----------------
    I’m only 11 years old so if I can do it you CAN too! You are beautiful just the way you are 💗

    Wow i loved this one. It burned in all the right places but it was manageable. Didn't have to lower my legs :D Would love to see it more in the workout plans!

      Everyone's worried that their agent sees them on the toilet or while doing things with the partner. Tbh I'm more worried about them seeing my face during hard workouts😂

    I did this workout three times a week
    After doing it for two weeks now i can do this workout without stoping my thighs are more stronger than before... I'm so happy

    Did I take a lot of breaks between exercises? Yes, absolutely, but I still finished this and am taking what I can get. Thank you Pamela Reif for making this workout

    I feel like I just trained my side abs instead of my inner thighs after the up+down and the tap to upper leg
