For sumo jumps, try just sumo with calf raise. For in and out jumps, try squats with side steps in and out. I can’t do the jumps because my knees are wrecked and these are the modifications I’ve been using.

THAT WORKOUT REALLY WORKS!! If you hesitate about it for a moment, please don't. Today is my 10th day with this workout and my left upper leg was 55 cm, right upper leg was 56 cm. Now left 53 cm, right 55 cm. I TELL YOU, THAT WORKS!!!

People aren't aware of so many things while working out , maybe this workout did but the fact that working out a particular part of your body for that long won't help loose weight or strengthen muscles instead one can do HIIT or follow workout programs
Okay guys I’m not even kidding I’ve done this workout for two weeks now (4 times each week) and my thighs have become sooooo much slimmer to the point that I have a thigh gap so if you are thinking of starting it - just do it trust me it works
im telling you, horse riding trains your inner thighs so much!! Because of the corona virus I couldnt ride horses for 4 months and after I sat again on a horse last week my inner thighs hurt so much for a few days haha
I did chloe tings workouts for a month and saw no change at all. So I tried Pamela Reif and within a week of doing her workouts I saw an immediate change!!
@@emilydavids1855 It did not bulk my legs at all!!! It really helps to just tone your legs, especially your inner thighs. It makes your legs go from flabby to super toned! I haven't done Pamelas workouts long enough, but I'm sure with time you could get a thigh gap! It also depends on your bond structure though because some people just have narrow hips. You are beautiful just how you are !!
It’s fun right! And the music isn’t annoying. She also doesn’t talk during it so if you want to mute it to play your own music it wouldn’t change anything!

I don’t know why April han’s don’t work for me. Maybe cuz I was a dancer so I use the wrong muscles as I am really flexible. I never feel the sore or stretch

I've been doing this for 5 days straight and I'm planning on doing this for 2 weeks in'sha'allah Day 1 ✅ Day 2 ✅ Day 3 ✅ Day 4 ✅ Day 5 ✅ - Day 6 ✅ Day 7 ✅ Day 8 ✅ Day 9 ✅ Day 10 ✅ Day 11 ✅ Day 12 ✅ Day 13 ✅ Day 14 *last day* ❎ Day 15 *added an extra day since I missed yesterday* ✅ I'll try to keep updating and not abandon this! 💪I promise u it gets easier, the in and out jump squats used to kill me now I do them at the same speed as pam and the last 6 exercises I had to have my hips down now I can do them but I have to hold myself up! It's all about consistency and baby steps ! *End Of 14 days Update* I've lost about 1 inch off my lower thighs and about half an inch u could say off my upper thighs, I did other exercises with it and I'm proud of myself, a little note, i ate very badly in the first week like very badly and I knew the exercises were practically useless but it was all about consistency and building a habit 💪good luck to you all !!

I used to be super skinny.. gained some muscle stopped working out For a year because I had depression and didn’t do anything... and just recently started working out in March again! And I put on a little weight not to much but was never confident! I’ve become so much more confident because of your workouts Pamela! Thank you and I love you!
I like to do my own leg workouts but have tried hers! I have tried some of her ab workouts that I really love! Some of her videos like the sock ab workout, the good morning workout, stuff like that! I’ve tried all her butt workouts and just switch on and off between those! I’ve tried one or two of her arm workouts but mostly do my own and hope to do more of her arm workouts!( I like lifting weights!) and hope to try her cardio workouts and extra! Also her new stretching video is amazing!

Day 8✅ Day 9✅ Day 10:rest day Day 11 Day 12 ughh i got so lazy after the rest day so i didn’t feel like continuing but i’ll keep going now. Day 13✅ Day 14✅ my thighs are now 51.5 cm so in total i lost 2.5cm! even tho it’s very little progress i feel like it’s still something so i’m really happy with it. i do like this workout so i’m gonna keep doing it and i’ll try pams ab workout instead of sami’s but i’m gonna stop updating. i really do recommend u guys do this workout and i hope u all can get the results ur looking for... you got this!!
i did sami’s too! i didn’t rlly see results so i switched to pams 10 min beginners. I only did Sani’s for a week tho so maybe shouldn’t take my advice hahaha. great job tho girly!!

Day 5 of doing this work out: My legs still shake but it's gotten better. You know it's a hard work out when even Pamela is giving her best towards the end. But you don't give up, you come back to this workout. Because you know it's strength and stamina building. Keep on going, you got this.

@@igot74ever49 I definitely gained muscles, my legs became much stronger and I lost fat of the inner thighs also from the outer thighs but you can't see the difference that much because there's some muscle now but my legs became way thinner than before because of the inner-thigh-fat I lost
I was doing this on and off for about a month without changing my diet and can definitely tell the difference. My legs are more toned and slimmer Im sure if you're consistent you'd get much better results

@@emilydavids1855 It did not bulk my legs at all!!! It really helps to just tone your legs, especially your inner thighs. It makes your legs go from flabby to super toned! I haven't done Pamelas workouts long enough, but I'm sure with time you could get a thigh gap! It also depends on your bond structure though because some people just have narrow hips. You are beautiful just how you are !!

I've lost about 1 inch off my lower thighs and about half an inch u could say off my upper thighs, I did other exercises with it and I'm proud of myself, a little note, i ate very badly in the first week like very badly and I knew the exercises were practically useless but it was all about consistency and building a habit 💪good luck to you all !!

I like to do my own leg workouts but have tried hers! I have tried some of her ab workouts that I really love! Some of her videos like the sock ab workout, the good morning workout, stuff like that! I’ve tried all her butt workouts and just switch on and off between those! I’ve tried one or two of her arm workouts but mostly do my own and hope to do more of her arm workouts!( I like lifting weights!) and hope to try her cardio workouts and extra! Also her new stretching video is amazing!

@@igot74ever49 I definitely gained muscles, my legs became much stronger and I lost fat of the inner thighs also from the outer thighs but you can't see the difference that much because there's some muscle now but my legs became way thinner than before because of the inner-thigh-fat I lost
I was doing this on and off for about a month without changing my diet and can definitely tell the difference. My legs are more toned and slimmer

I did this workout three times a week
After doing it for two weeks now i can do this workout without stoping my thighs are more stronger than before... I'm so happy
Ok first: thank you sooooo much i really needed this.
Then: the whole time was like: yeah that's ok i can manage it and the Last exercises..... i swear i was struggling soooooo hard but i did it👏👏👏💪
