Wellll… whether you have spaghetti or wobbly arms: Don't worry, any kinds of arms are beautiful :)
But having toned and strong arms (that can hold some shopping bags) coming out of your tank top is also fire! Don’t underestimate the power of a nice upper body :) it’s visually nice and good for your health!

Omg this is so much harder then it looks! I go to gym for a year now and work on my upper body strength, but it turns that I forgot to also train my endurance... I'll start doing this time to time to improve endurance because it's awful!

Ich hatte mein ganzes Leben immer nur Nudelarme und seitdem ich deine Armworkouts mache,hat sich genau das verändert. Natürlich sind meine Arme immernoch dünn xD (Hat ja auch was mit Ernährung zu tun),aber sportlich dünn und das sieht man beim anspannen. Also danke Pam!
