I'm in grad school and I LOVE your back/posture focused workouts - they feel so good and I get such a release from the hours I spend hunched over my laptop.
Hi Nicole, I've been practicing Pilates with you almost daily for almost two years and loving it! I have a request! I injured my foot recently and will most likely be having surgery with a period of no weight bearing for at least 2 months. I would love to see more Pilates videos, especially Full Body practices that do not require us to be on our feet! And a playlist of them, because even before the injury, I sometimes would rather not be on my feet! Thank you for all you so beautifully and graciously offer to the world!

One of the best upper body pilates I've done, most of the workouts I did prioritized velocity over strength so we don't take care about our posture, this really makes you feel your muscles while working😁

Hi Nicole, my mother and I love love love your videos. We have been doing them for two months now, 3 times per week beginner 25-30 mins to start off with and now we are on more intermediate 30-35 mins 4/5 times per week. This video was great! We ONLY use your videos! My mother has arthritis in both hips and suffers knee pain...please could you make a video for someone who cant really do too many squats and standing work please? She loves core and upper body- also hips and knees/legs if gentle enough. Thank you sooo much!
