I've been doing your videos every morning for 10 months and at 60 years old, I'm able to do (almost 😊) all of the exercises following your careful guidance. I feel strong, flexible, and balanced.     I really find that posture is one of the keys to looking younger, so thank you, Nicole! I’m about to turn 60 so I’m looking around at older women who look fabulous and they all have great posture. I’ve been following you for more than a year and I love all of your workouts!

    I love your classes. I saw a tweet about you and your great classes and said: why not? I was having issues finding the time to exercise with my toddler around. I've been following your weekly routines for two months and my c-section pouch is gone and i lost 2 kg. These motivated me to move more and I've been taking 30 minutes walks with my baby.     Dearest Nicole, many thousands thanks for this incredible workout. I have Scheuermann disease and constant upper back pain, even though I exercise and stretch a lot. This saved my day today. Thank you and please do make more of these back and posture workouts 😇

    Nicole, I absolutely adore your workouts and your technique! Could you possibly incorporate more barre workouts, perhaps including combinations of fondus, frappes, or grand battements? I used to do ballet, and I remember the incredible burn of a challenging workout. Thank you! 🤗

    I’m preparing for genuine yoga classes. Thanks for the wonderful classes, even though my flexibility is not great but with Yoga hoping to improve that. Some of the exercises are tough and I’ve worked up a sweat! Great.

    Hi Nicole, I've been practicing Pilates with you almost daily for almost two years and loving it! I have a request! I injured my foot recently and will most likely be having surgery with a period of no weight bearing for at least 2 months. I would love to see more Pilates videos, especially Full Body practices that do not require us to be on our feet! And a playlist of them, because even before the injury, I sometimes would rather not be on my feet! Thank you for all you so beautifully and graciously offer to the world!

    One of the best upper body pilates I've done, most of the workouts I did prioritized velocity over strength so we don't take care about our posture, this really makes you feel your muscles while working😁

    Hi Nicole, my mother and I love love love your videos. We have been doing them for two months now, 3 times per week beginner 25-30 mins to start off with and now we are on more intermediate 30-35 mins 4/5 times per week. This video was great! We ONLY use your videos! My mother has arthritis in both hips and suffers knee pain...please could you make a video for someone who cant really do too many squats and standing work please? She loves core and upper body- also hips and knees/legs if gentle enough. Thank you sooo much!
