Nicole! I’ve been doing pilates with you for about a month & a half now & thought I wasn’t noticing any physical changes. But yesterday during abs progressions I noticed that I was able to do leg lowers without the support of my hands under me for the first time!! Ohhh I loved this one!!! I started ballet this year and have been noticing how weak and inflexible my back is during moves like arabesques. This workout felt so yummy and I'm already looking forward to doing it again! Grateful for you! ❤

I’m a bartender and my back will completely lock up sometimes after work, this flow felt sooo juicy and really helped open up my back and chest so I can have a better night at work tonight. ❤
