This is only my second day doing these videos and I have to say im impressed by these workouts. Ive done lots of youtube workouts but never found one so well communicated and challenging. I feel like even though its difficult that the time goes by quickly because its only a few reps at a time, with mindful breaks and great tips on form. Great job, I will be staying ❤
