Tried this for the first time yesterday. I’ve had horrible posture, and a literal hunchback for 6 years. I felt so good right after this workout, my mom said I was even standing right! I will try to do this everyday, so maybe in a month or so I can try updating yall! )

Love your stretching routines. Very useful for me to relax the body for next round of strength routines. I have been looking for all round routines instead of separate postures. This is the one.
The exercises seem simple, but 25 minutes and minus 300 grams of sweat + pleasure from the exercise. I am 57 years old, weighing 118 kg, completed the lesson 95%. I like and subscribe. For convenience, please sort all videos with yoga and stretching into one group.

Since I injured my back a few weeks ago I decided to do at least 20min of stretching after every workout, and it helped immensely. This one is perfect after a long day of sitting at my desk 💗 I can't recommend enough a long stretch after every workout, it really helps release tension and with tightness/pain!
Perfect workout for me, thanks! I need to improve my posture because of neck pain but planks, push ups and situps make it even worse. So this is really good for me. AND I like the music :)
This is a great video and I was really excited to try it! I use your workout videos every day and just for feed back if this was 10-15 min I would probably follow it daily. 25 min was a little too much time to spend my morning on just stretching. I think there is a general problem on youtube, where very fit yoga instructors show normal people how poses should look - if most normal people try to replicate her poses, they will most likely injure themselves, since the stretch would look quite different at their level of flexibility. Many people might not even be flexible enough to get to the point where some of these poses start releasing and stretching, they might just be pushing and pulling to reach the perfect pose shown in the video, which will just make their muscles and tissue tighten up even further.
These workouts actually gives me the real pressure of losing weight and belly fat,I started to watch your videos from last week!I hope I'll lose many weight by doing your insane workouts:-)

This was great, and so well-timed! I'm currently sick with COVID which badly locked my muscles up. This lower intensity stretching allowed me to get a little exercise in again, and really seems to have helped loosen things up. Thanks so much! 🙏

I have a really bad posture since a few years because in 8th grade my school bag weighed 9 kgs and I would carry it all day. 2 years later my family started noticing my bad posture and I also started to have horrible back pain. I have tried stretching but I have never been consistent with it. So I have decided to start this workout and gonna do it for 2 or 3 months will update on 1st of January 2025. Hope I stay consistent this time. Goodbye

This workout is not about changing your body, its about about doing some good workout for your body if you have job like siting on the computer or heal your round back, heal your spine. this workout helps you strengthen the spine. so basically this workout is not about losing wight etc. Anyway don't listen what others says, like my back hurts a lot and instead of going to massage every week i chose to do something by myself and I am beautiful, but i would be more better if i would care about my body.
