Day 8 is done!!! A couple of workouts ago I has commented that that one was the sweatiest... well, I take my words back!! THIS WORKOUT has been the sweatiest so far! I didn't expect to see burpees as challenges and honestly I swapped them with running or plank because I couldn't do them...

I was literally depressed the entire December due to my fitness issues. As much as I wanted to start my transformation journey as much as I didn't know where or how to begin.. This was definitely the toughest one yet but I’m so proud that I finished it although I suddenly started crying in between and questioning why I am working out. I don’t know that never happened before but I might just not be that mentally strong today. (I’ve been having a lot of stress in the last few months so that could be one reason) but anyway the feeling afterwards is definitely worth it. ❤❤❤ Day 8 ✅

I primarily thought it would be harder than the workout which was a week ago, but somehow I made it through! In previous workout I had to modify few exercises, but this time I only slowed down on the second challenge! Thank you for this monthly challenge!
You don't have to go at the same speed as Anna. For example, my body didn't allow me to do the last 2 minutes of movement and I ran instead. Listen to yourself and try to do it at max efficiency!
I feel amazing, when I started working out, I wasn’t even able to finish the 15 min Tabata workouts and now I’m crushing these longer ones. Im pouring sweat but I feel like a champ
I would say I have reached the advance level in your hiit workouts, doing them almost every day; love to sweat and fight til the end with you! But THIS is only recommend for those brave ones who got use to your crazy speed and intensity. A really challenging but so effective workout! 😜😘
