Oh my goodness, I also have an ed, I don’t think you realise but wanting to recover is so inspiring. I have to be carful that my want to be strong doesn’t tip over in my need to thin. This year I’m going to live, maybe I will finish workout and maybe I will just try my best to show up. That’s living!💛

I’m 15 yrs old and been doing your workouts for 2-3 years now. At first I just wanted to be skinny and worked out to burn calories. An ed at 14 later, my mind just clicked. I didn’t want to be just skinny and athletic anymore. I wanted to be strong! Especially since I do horse vaulting and volleyball I needed more strength. I’ve always loved your workouts and started eating more, learning about nutrition and working out a lot. I can feel and see it. In my ed a 30 min workout was a really big challenge since my body simply wasn’t fueled. Now I’m able to do these regularly and even attempt longer workouts sometimes. I can feel the progress and am SO THANKFUL for your channel and this community! I can FEEL the difference and feel good in my skin.
I really hope I can do this challenge and am super excited since we’re all in this together ❤

This is a hard workout! I am 15 and have struggled with an ed since I was 9. It’s been a long six years but I am leaving that in the past! 2025 is our year!!! To learn grow and become the happiest and healthiest versions of ourselves! I saw someone else say that if they comment every day, then it'll help motivate them to finish all 28 days. I think I'm going to try the same because I have trouble finishing workout challenges. If I miss a day, then it becomes a pattern of me blaming myself and just continuing on the next day. That mindset is something I am going to continue to work on to change in 2025! Here's to day one (barely) completed!

I just wanted to thank you for existing. I struggled with my relationship with food and exercise for a while now, and was forced to take a month break from exercise. I was able to pick it up again in a December and I ran across your channel then, and just today I noticed the small muscles in my arms as I was simply rolling my sleeve up, and now I definitely feel so motivated for simply showing up. When I first found your channel about two years ago, I thought it was way too difficult for me, and admittedly, some exercises are still too hard (push ups....awful ;-), so I have to adapt. But now I have almost become obsessed with your workouts and I am so happy and proud of myself that I pulled through. The level of endorphines released (most of the time ;-) is unmatched. I am a 13 yr old girl with asthma, exema,sinus, anaphylaxis (basically a lot of health issues) since I can remember and once I started understanding stuff I stopped considering thin as a compliment and from last year I have never wanted to look back. I want to make sure I never go through stuff like that again and I have already done two 5kms and this year I want to do much more. This workout has motivated me so much more than you know (I even had a boiled egg after this which I never do ) I look forward to continuing to do this and I really want to stay consistent this time I enjoyed doing this A LOT and yea let's do this! Hi did the back to basics in October but stoped because school life and injury got in the way but this is my third day back at doing your workouts and sure I had to extend some rests and modify one or 2 exercises but this is a intermediate and I’m super proud of my self for getting through the whole thing!! Anyone whose reading this just get started it might be hard to do the first one but I already look forwards to doing this every day

For the past two weeks, I have lost my drive to work out. I was anxious about it because I didn't want the progress I made from working out consistently for a year to start unraveling. This challenge could not have come at a better time. It took me longer than 35 minutes to complete, but I am glad I pushed myself to start and stayed with you until the end of the workout.

I save my workouts into four categories, one of them being "Killer workouts"...I consider myself fairly advanced, having done workouts with Anna for over 2 years...I saved this one to "killer workouts"...it was perfect...30 minutes is my sweet spot as a busy homeschooling mom living overseas...and this 30 minute workout was just the right amount of hard! I loved it! Thanks, Anna, as always. Your workout videos have made me better in so so many ways.
My first workout in year and a half after having my son. Feels good although could make it only 24 minutes with way more stops. Definitely way too long for first day for me 😂. Will see how it goes tomorrow

...after a long day with my beautiful children, i didnt feel like it at all . ..but who said that growing is always fun....i know that i will become stronger. I was in bad shape today , but i still pushed myself. I sometimes needed to pause so i do the exercises correctly, but i just want to rell you that you can do it too...i feel a bit disappointed in myself today, but i am proud that i was showing up!

I did this with two toddlers by my side and on top of me during some exercises. Didn’t do each of these correctly and definitely couldn’t do some more than once, but this got me to break a real sweat, it was a really difficult ice breaker into getting back to moving- I’m so stiff! My two year was doing better than me. But will try again tomorrow. A start is a start ! ❤

I've only just discovered this challenge, so I'm only doing day 1 today. Really glad I joined the challenge with only a day delay.
I have to say, this workout wore me out!!!! I had to do several poses, but I'm really proud to have made it to the end! I hope it gets better over time! This workout is really hard!!!! But I love the challenge and I feel really good and energized!!!!
Now I'm going to reward myself by taking a shower and going shopping.

I can't believe I made it through the end. I wanted to give up halfway but I pushed through. Took an extra break during the pike push up and that was just what I needed to push myself with some modifications. That's also why I really like it when it does show how far along you are in the workouts. Then I often think like you are halfway already, you can do this! Day 1 done🎉
