It was me this morning... I had a plan to do morning cardio, but it was so gloomy outside that I didn't feel good about having cardio workout at all... I found this new video and it was absolutely perfect for a day like today. :-)
A lovely workout and great to see the sun rising where you are. Also thanks for saying not to worry if we don’t look like you doing a forward fold! I never look like that as I can hardly bend much but I do what I can. Thanks for being encouraging for those of us like me.
This was my first time doing Pilates in years. I was obsessed in high school, as in I had a problem. I did Pilates for 2 hours a day, and barely ate. Now, nearly 10 years later, I’m coming back to it. This time with a fueled body and a balanced mindset. I loved the vibe of your practice- just challenging enough for a beginner and just chill enough to make me want more.

After two pregnancies, the last one being two years ago, I haven't worked out at all. I'm always busy with the kids or the household. But I decided at the end of 2023 that this year I want to do some pilates at home, 3 times a week. I'm only 27 but feel like an old lady sometimes, so stiff, tense and sore from the daily routines lol. Just finised this video being my first exercise, this felt great! Thank you and looking forward to use more of your videos!

After a week of having a skin injury (burn blisters) and not working out I was really craving some low impact movement. This was exactly what I needed slow and mindful movement, no rushing or too many adjustments. At the end I even got a little emotional from the guitar music. Keep up the good work Nicole❤

Used this as my movement in rest day today. So good for reliving lower back pain and get some stretches AND movements in. Not to mention I feel so calm and happy after the class.. Nicole we love you!!
I was scrolling through a bunch of your workouts and couldn’t find the patience for anything, really. Just felt super frustrated with myself and couldn’t bring myself to enjoy any of the movements without my usual calm. So I eventually settled on this since it’s focus was for feeling /good/, and though it took a little time for me to melt into the right mindset for this, it ended up being amazing. I just had a procedure and have been feeling weak though i have been doing daily activities however i know i won't be able to do pilates as I used to (yet) till i gain full body strength again slowly and steady. I hurt my back yesterday and I needed a workout that wouldn’t make my back feel worse. This was perfect and I still feel like I got some great activation in my abs and glutes and back but without the strain. Thank you Nicole. I feel so much better now. Definitely coming back to this one again. ❤
