PERFECT 5 Minute Posture Routine (FIX YOUR SIT!)
HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 26 май 2023
- Here’s the perfect 5 minute posture routine. “Bad posture” isn’t something to be too worried about, but lack of movement throughout the day is. Start doing this at least 1-2 times a day while making an effort to just move more and I guarantee your body will instantly feel better and your posture will quickly improve.

going to start doing this everyday for a month! will update:)
update 1 (after 2 weeks):
- the exercises (especially the second one) are getting a lot easier
- my posture improved a little bit although my pelvis is still kinda tilted inwards and it’s hard to adjust it for a longer period of time
- i can hold my back straight for a longer period of time without too much restraint
update (after 1+ month)
(sorry guys for not updating :/ had a lot going on but i‘m back 😝)
-my posture has improved so much to the point i’ve been getting lots of compliments 🥰
- sitting & standing straight for a long amount of time is no longer a problem for me
- what i also started to do recently to keep my posture this way is to sleep on my back, do core exercises, keep my phone on eye level when sitting even when it’s a bit tedious, and buy a laptop/ ipad table to ensure my posture doesn’t worsen again 😊
- what i also suggest doing is to stop waiting for ppl to update and just to do it
and see if this works for you! everyone is different so results may vary but still… i also waited for ppl to comment about their results as a way to motivate me but in the end i never did the exercises (well until now) because i used as a way to procrastinate 🫣 so in all honesty sometimes you shouldn’t wait for others and just do it yourself! if you all wait around to see if someone else is doing it everybody is going to be waiting it’s just an endless cycle atp so just do it! sorry for my little rant here just wanted to give a piece of advice ☺️ feel free to take it (or not)
- this is probably my last update but if you have any questions feel free to ask just keep in mind it’s probably gonna take a while before i answer

Yo my shoulders are so rounded I can even get my arms to touch the wall. Just started this today though so hopefully it’ll help.
@@Captain_sav_a_ho it’s the same for me!! My hand were touching when I spread my arms up but when I brought my hand down it was really hard to keep contact. I started yesterday and I’m going to keep consistent. I have a lot of lower back pain so I’m hoping this helps😁

@@entelektuel.yolculukHuh? Why are they disgusting?
@@entelektuel.yolculuk you're probably an evangelist
@@hypedhcr2 cuz tattoos are unnatural and unhealthy, ye know, friend. But nature itself is great and beautiful. Also the water cannot go under tattoos, meaning that those areas would never touch water again. Think about it. Plus, any person having tattoos on their body do treat their bodies as "paper", so to speak. We do must write and paint great words or pictures on our minds, not on our bodies. These are probably some of the reasons why in İslam having and making tattoos are forbidden.

@@MarceloCardoso-vs7yf yes it did! It took about six months. I did all of these exercises twice a day. (I'm a 40-something woman, so I don't make gains fast). This was a few years ago. I still do the exercises once a day, ever other day. I'm 1.5" taller now than when I was three years ago. That's how much spinal compression I had.

This is great for upper extremity pains in the hands and elbows, especially if suspecting carpal tunnel. You have major nerve bundles running through your shoulders and poor posture coupled with shoulder mobility issues will cause these pains.

A perfect fix! I recommend this vid my viewers to correct their weaver‘s sit! And mine, too! 👍
Their what sit??
Did it work?
@@scrappybooks Oooh, yesss! Definitely, it works! It helps you realizing parts of the body having muscles you don’t have on screen before, what makes you act like a bend. The only thing, that doesn’t “work”, is still me, not really going daily with these exercises! Habits, you don’t get lost off this quick as it works! And the neck part from shoulders on, I don’t really get managed; guess due to my age, no really progress! But that’s nothing, these exercises are missing! Anyway I’m able now to work on it! That’s great!
@@AO-wg9ne Sorry, I don’t get the sense of your question!? Guess, I made a grammar mistake or use the wrong term; sorry but not a native English speaker! My explanation: I do videos about backstrap weaving on RUclips. If you have a wrong body posture, weaving by a backstrap teases you to increase your wrong habits immensely! In general backstrap weavers sit on the floor, so this is what I called a “weaver sit”! (tailor sit?!). Anyway these habits don’t come from backstrap weaving, but you have to get rid of them to continue backstrap weaving. Sitting on a chair while weaving or even office work led to my wrong habits, so exercises like this here are great to anyone and they helped me pretty good to get aware about this problem! This short vid is that great help you won’t receive in most cases consulting a physiotherapist for months!
I don’t have this but it’s nice to see someone helping out others

Dude I have all these posture problems LOL. Anyone tried it and found a difference?
I got similar exercises from my physiotherapist and he says that he sees the difference. I do stretching and strength exercises every day.
these work 100%, after 1 day i already felt a lot better
Havent tried. Probably should. Just here to note it's not like strong glutes (alone?) Will fix it. Got those. I mean. I barely train glutes but it kind of sort of comes with 310kg legpress. Cant be that weak.
@@gur262oure glutes are prolly not activated so glute bridges with a belt or a resistance band on your thighs can help just do it for a week then after that you wont need the belt
Step 2, the hands scraping walls move, hurts me like crazy...i feel a burning pinch on the front side of the shoulder. Im sure its from my bad posture, how could i get that to not burn and hurt?
I have upper back nerve damage and a variety of ails bc if it. When you're against the wall, keep your shoulders low. When your back muscles are weak, rather than using a certain set of muscles to do specific movements, extra muscles are recruited to 'help' move your arms. In my case, my shoulders kept roaching up to my ears when doing the wall thing. What really helps is that first overhead exercise, just do it until you can no longer lift your arms (wear your shoulders out), take a short break, then try the wall.
Also, being roached all the time means your shoulder isn't correctly moving in its socket (and may even be coming partially out with certain rotational movements). Be sure to PRESS your shoulders hard against that wall, try some chest-opening exercises as well (easy one is stand in a doorway, put both forearms upright against the doorframe, ensure upright back posture and vertical pelvis, and step into it for 15-30 seconds at a time, switch legs, do again. You're not stretching your shoulders, you're stretching your chest from your sternum.)
Also, look up neck stretches, cool thing is you can do them anywhere, even a packed elevator, so it's a good tool to have and can provide temporary relief on the go
This short video is saved my life!
yo I actually needed this. Thanks brother will try it out
