It’s been 1 year since I started taking your classes. I had a weak knee and i couldn’t hike or run anymore. Your classes allowed me to strengthen my knee and my whole body in a gentle way. I got able to hike 200km in Nepal 3 months after doing your classes consistently (3x a week)! Thank you 😊
Congratulations on your progress! I am in the same situation, I had some knee injury. I started about a week ago and already feel better. I hope I can stick to it for a year like you did 🤞
amazing & inspiring , thanks for sharing
@@lrizzard i wish you the best with your recovery! I know once I started to notice my body progressing, it didn’t really felt like training anymore, just a moment of self-care. I hope you will find your own balance with the practices 😊
crazy!
So amazing ❤
I loved the tricep push-up flow! I don’t think I would have been able to do that many push ups without the other moves
Yay so happy to hear that! 💗
I am so happy to have found your classes! I have never done pilates before and never realized how great of a workout it actually is. I was very sick of going to the gym and lifting weights and it’s so cold where I live in the winter I find it difficult to motivate myself to leave the house and go to the gym so I don’t workout. You make it so easy to follow along and I can get a quick workout in almost daily without excuse or difficulty. These are my favorite ever and thank you for making youtube follow alongs so that it is more accessible to others, especially since in person classes or subscriptions can be so expensive these days.
I've been doing your Pilates workouts religiously for the last 8 months, following your weekly workout schedules. I want to thank you for using your gift of teaching to help us build strong bodies! I have strong abdominals, triceps, back, and shoulder muscles. May God bless you in abundance.
Hiya! Where are the weekly workout schedules? I've been looking for guidance like that
Hi, Nicole! I wanted to thank you here, in front of everyone, so your auditory can see how grateful I am that I found your account. I’m 13, skinny and toned, but my whole life I’ve been thinking that I have more fats than I should. I started doing very intensive workouts and because of that, I lost my period.. I knew how bad was this for my health, but I kept doing it. I started to feel really bad about what I do to my body, because it wasn’t feeling good..One day I said “STOP”! I started doing your Pilates workouts and you cannot believe the change I felt! I started having better mood, my body got more toned and the best thing is that I got my period back! Thank you, Nicole for uploading these videos! You changed my life and I’ll never be able to thank you the way you deserve, because the things you do are massive! Thank you..❤️
This is so sweet 🥹 so happy for you! Work hard and grow strong ❤
Keep going love! Proud of you ❤
how did you get your period back?
I'm really happy to hear your story. It sounds like you listened to your intuition and you're now on a much better path. Sending you best wishes!
@@varyasstory4161 i think she started doing workouts that were more appropriate for her body
I loved seeing Remy! My dogs always want to lie on my mat and join in with me when I’m doing one of your workouts😂
LOL same here! My cat conveniently decides to walk under me while I’m doing planks like she’s my fitness coach
Love hearing about all the Pilates pets 💞💞 my cat sees the mat as a cozy surface to cuddle on and will sometimes lie on it before I start class or lie down under my legs in tabletop position during ab exercises. He also will sometimes look disappointed when I signal that I wanna start class because he knows I won't really have time for him for like an hour.
My dog does the exact same! Mind you, she takes up half of the mat 😂
I have a white cat too, and I see they have the same personality, I’ll sit right here, but don’t touch me too much or I’ll bite you😂
I keep having to push mine 😭
Hi Nicole! It’s 8:30 in the morning and gloomy day here in Japan, but I feel very refreshed after your 35 min. workout with your cutest Remy❤ I can’t thank you enough for this amazing video, and I’m so so grateful that you are always with us. Thank you Nicole for your continuous efforts and the great work! 🫶
I'm so happy that you are now feeling refreshed! Thank you so much for practicing with me and for your kind words. Really means the world. Sending you lots of love. 💗
Nicole you are a genius, you made a 33 min hit routine feel like a 10 minutes yoga series. Thanks again for posting these
You almost killed me with that last plank nonsense. But now that it's over I am, admittedly and perhaps strangely, thankful.
I'm 56 and have always exercised - weights, hitt,, run/walk, etc. I have also added yoga in the last couple of years, but I'm just not good enough to get enough of a strength workout out of it. Unfortunately, as I get older, the workouts I've been doing (minus the yoga) seem to cause more damage than good with my aging body. I started with Nicole's videos 3 days ago and not only can I see an immediate difference, my joints aren't screaming at me. This is just fantastic. Thank you!
I’d love to hear more about this!! Everywhere you look, it’s all about weights and hiit. Especially as we get older everyone keeps saying I need to lift weights and I have my whole life. But it’s just harder to recover now and I find I can more easily feel too tight or sore. I love this channel and the weekly schedule and I add in walking and rebounder. I want to age gracefully and strong and hope that’s enough even without formal weight training!! I’d love to to hear how you’re doing and if Pilates is “enough”
@@Bgood7637I agree I started working out probably about 13 years ago now and I've watched things change so much what's the current fitness trends are. I feel like HIIT and strength are all people do now and that's bad because there's so much more your body needs. Anytime I've gotten into a "routine" and switched up to something different ei. all machine weights at the gym... how different it felt after to stay home and do a full body workout with weights or bodyweight... Etc. It frustrates me how many workouts are "HIIT" and you spend so much time standing around and then you're not really stretching and you're only predominantly working the same lower body muscles over and over again, etc. I only had 12 minutes one day last week before I had to start getting ready for work I wanted to feel when I went to work like I did something because I was sick and had not done anything so I just grabbed my waist and didn't waste my time trying to find a video to do I ended up having three sets a lower body exercises that worked all my lower body and I could barely walk two days later vs following along with a 50 min video and walking away feeling like I'm not burned out. I feel like diversifying your workout is really important. Sure you're doing lunges and squats of all kinds... What muscles are you working?? Not really anything in your back. I really messed up my posture and imbalanced my muscles quite a few years ago just blindly following what I thought I had to do. The upper body exercises with weights all involved overhead movement ins offer from weak rotator cuffs, very tight and inflexible chest and shoulder muscles overdeveloped traps subsequently I'm now fighting to undo it and fix surround and shoulders and neck problems from trying to lift heavy and targeting only certain muscle groups while lacking the strength in other supporting muscles to maintain proper form and as a result.... Total imbalance. I found vigorous stretching at yoga/Pilates type workouts with body weight and all with some well rounded strength has been helping as I try to get back on track. My flexibility has been so bad form has really suffered so much that I have found it difficult to get through many certain moves or workout routines to be effective. I also completely disagree current popular regurgitated misinformed concept of doing strength first then cardio. I've always done my cardio first as my warm up followed by a longer harder cardio until I feel burned out like my glycolic stores are gone and my legs feel wobbly and THEN strength and toning. Why? It takes a certain amount of time to get into a fat burning zone because your body is still fueling itself with whatever you last ate. Strength can be a good calorie burn but it's not a very fast one and your heart rate is not quite in that zone. If you turn off all your stores first and get your heart rate up by the time you're doing strength even though it's a lower heart rate you're completely in fat burning zone that entire time. Again as I felt like I needed to improve and listen to other people and change what I do I also started embracing this. Imagine my surprise when I was working out and not seeing any results. I have since gone back to what I started out with many years ago and I'm actually seeing and feeling results finally. Don't always believe everything on the internet. There are a lot of people out there making videos I tell you what to do does anyone ever question where they get their information or how accurate? One idiot can write a Wikipedia article that everyone borrows from as if it's gospel so if 20 people on RUclips or a blog say it it MUST be true! Right? Not so much. Before HIIT we had cardio and before that "aerobics" aka.... cardio. The steady state aerobics videos that we used to do back in the day are often no joke. Hiit and its true form is great but most of the stuff online is not true HIIT if it's really easy if you're not in great shape to hurt yourself trying to transition so quickly with some of the moves. If you have weak joints less flexibility or strength burpees jumping jacks jumping lunges... yeah- that's going to put a lot of strain on your body and hurt you. I don't care if I'm doing a lunch and then a side lunge and then I'll plie squat and then a sumo squat... You just repetitively use your knees like 100 times or more. Can you imagine if you haven't really worked on strengthening the muscles that support your knees? Or your shoulder or your wrists... I know because one week of getting back in shape efforts have knocked me out of commission for up to 2 weeks trying to recover from the pain of overuse without proper conditioning.
This class made me cry because I felt so proud of my body! Thank you ❤
Proud of you🩵
That’s so sweet❤
I really enjoy your classes. I used to do a lot of high intensity workouts but didn't really see results and really noticed it stressed me and my body out. Your workouts really help me to tone my body and also easy my mind. Perfect start of the day. Thank you so much!
I normally begrudgingly go into arm workouts , but this arm and abs one was absolutely beautiful. It definitely was a killer but the movements were so sneakily smooth that it didn’t feel like a normal arm workout. I wouldn’t expect anything less than Nicole finding a beautiful way of sneaking a tough workout in. ❤
Thank you so much Nicole, you are helping me through my anorexia and bulimia healing of 12 years. I am 33 years old now, recovered, and have finally found the perfect youtube channel that truly is so powerful for the mind and body❤ thank you for sharing your knowledge with us❤
I have always enjoyed Pilates, but your workouts have truly taken Pilates to a whole new level for me. I feel healthier, stronger and more sculpted than ever before. Thank you Nicole!
doing your workouts is becoming my favorite part of the day! I always feel so much better after doing them. no matter how much it burns, it's always so enjoyable :) and even though I am doing it in my room I feel like I am doing it beside the pool like you haha. I am also in love with how your cat pops up in the videos, it always makes me smile a lot and is adorable! I loved this workout a lot, it was challenging yet calming. thank you so much for doing what you do :)
Hi Nicole!
I'm currently following your June week 1 plan, wow! That was quite challenging but also felt soo good. Especially for shoulders and wrists! Thank you Nicole ☺️
for me this was the perfect amount of intensity - stretch - speed thank youuuu Nicole
Nicole, I cant thank you enough for your content and the fact that you provide us these beautiful videos for free. Such a beautiful soul ❤️ much love from Poland ❤
she’s so elegant and strong! these classes are not only teaching me how to treat my body and self gently but i’m also building muscles and getting exercise. Thank you!
Nicole I love your workouts it's like my battery charger for my body and soul.

New favorite! 🥰
I remember thinking pilates was easy as a Muay Thai boxer until I tried it one day and I fell in love with it! It helps me so much to strengthen my body and recover ❤❤
Been doing Nicole's classes for 3 months now and wow the difference I'm feeling. I felt it today thou
Here for the first week of March 🥰 Love love love your workouts and your schedule. I'm just a little 🤏 frustrated with myself because I can't seem to finish all of the exercises (especially the plank ones), but I started last week so I'm hoping to get better as we go. @@piagigliotti4685 Yes! Let's do it
You’ve been my go-to Pilates instructor for a little over 2 years now. I love your videos so much! I always feel so relaxed 💛 I also love seeing Remy. He’s the cutest thing
Tus rutinas Nicole, son lo máximo!! En poco tiempo se logra mucho sí seguimos tus meticulosas instrucciones. BRILLANTE!!!
You perfectly help to match our breath with the movement, and very few people on earth do it as good as you! Thank you for sharing this and for your beautiful voice
Thanks!
Since I started doing your workouts regularly for the last 10 months I've been feeling stronger with every routine. I'm so grateful for being able to access your various videos which helped me to stick to it this long. Every time I feel more confident to follow even the challenging routines til the end. Thank you Nicole♥️
Did this class again in 33c heat! Good sweat at the end and this is a top workout. “Once More like this”. 😊
Great class! Would love to see more longer 45 minute sessions in the weekly plan and overall.
Note to self: do this again often!
I just did it again, and feeling flooded with serotonin.
Just before, I listened to a podcast about how how exercise heals us and makes our bodies produce chemicals that we need for a healthy body and mind. No wonder we all love Nicole, she gives us a great life improvement, in the most pleasant way possible.
Ευχαριστούμε!
Hey Nicole I’m doing your workouts for two months now everyday in the morning right after waking up and I can’t tell you how much I love this new routine. Your calm voice and you nice workouts are the only one I want to do in the morning! Thank you for your videos😍
As someone who was dreading doing this, I enjoyed it a lot. I feel so much better. Thank you Nicole!
I have been consistently doing your workouts for a little over a week and I love them, I quit the gym because it caused me so much pain and with your workouts I feel the burn yet its gentle on my body, I feel energized when I am done. Thank you so much.
Just a head up for any beginner, this is not for beginners. I tried this as a beginner, and it was extremely difficult and I needed a cool down in between some of it because I couldn't just keep going doing the same thing but different. Other than that, it is a good workout.
it doesnt even say its for beginners, it says moderate/intermediate
Thank you, Nicole! And thank you, Remy!! Haha. Always love seeing you in class. ♥️
Danke!
I loved this upper body and core focused class. You are the best pilates teacher on RUclips, You know. ❤💯 Thank You so much Nicole. Have a great day🙏
So amazing to feel the intensity without much movement! Thank you for another great class. ♥
Your classes are a blessing ! Thank you so much for the content you share on Ytb.
Finally giving Pilates a chance! I loved this as my first workout! Thank you soo much Nicole ❤
Honestly Nicole, I love your work so much, I’ve never been that much of a fan of pilates before but with you I’m learning to love it more and more every day. It’s listening to your voice, it’s the movements, it’s the music, it’s the way I feel after the workouts, everything, I love it! I would genuinely love to fly to Thailand and pay for a class with you irl!❤ Thank you so much for all the good energy you put out into the world!🥰
Thank you Nicole ❤ I really enjoyed this class 😊
Just what I needed right now
I can’t express how much you have changed my life by shaping a healthy connection between mind and body
Thank you so much…. ❤
Love from India 🇮🇳
My favorite so far! Just because of Remi!😸✨My Suki does all of that cute stuff while I’m on the mat following along😻… and she’s white too except with a ringed orange tail and head markings🫶🏼

Hi Nicole. I've been doing your workouts on and off. I have been doing this workout for the first time after a while and I'm so glad that I could finish it even if it took me more than 35 minutes.
Exciting new moves, loved it! The time just flew by, I had a lot of fun. Also, thank you for transforming my body btw, I just go wow now looking into the mirror. 😄 never been happier with my physique than after years of working out with you and that isn't even the main reason why I do it. But wanna say thank you for that. ❤
The way you had to move Remy to the side was so adorable. 🥰🥰 always my favourite scenes.😻😻😻

Thank you Nicole, this was wonderful. I did it on the beach so now I’m full of sand but feeling strong and loose. Going to jump in the ocean. Much love 🩷
Thanks a lot for this class, Nicole. I feel energized for the day. 🙂
I was so excited to find a new video from you, Nicole! I really enjoyed this half hour training, challenging but not exhausting! Thanks Nicole❤
Just found your channel and tried this class, it was very challenging and difficult as a beginner, but it was also weirdly relaxing???? and very rewarding. I couldn’t do everything perfectly, but I’m proud of myself for giving it a try. Will be back tomorrow for another one 💛
Merci Nicole, i roll out my mat as soon as i see a new video of you. I love your cretivity in the exercises and your combos. Xx from France !

Love it! I needed a gentle workout for my upper body...bec ı am so weak...this is excellent...I look forward to see my arms and upper body getting stronger. Thank you Nicole
Thanks, Nicole and kitten! My cats play a major role in my classes, too. Exercise is so much fun with mischevious cats in the vicinity!!!
Thank you so much for posting these classes; look forward each time I see a new class. Kind regards B
Thankyou nicole ❤❤❤, I had wrist pain today, so it was hard for me to do some exercises, but your girl did it successfully. And the final wrist strech was much needed, what a wonderful session. Thankyou again 😇😇😇
Thank you Nicole for this amazing opportunity to start my day with this great practice! Love everything about this class and also you beautiful cat. Have a blessed day❤❤❤❤
Hi Nicole,
Great class today! Since 2020 that I discovered your channel, I always keep one or two of your classes in my weekly program together with my other training routines and I can't thank you enough for the great classes you offer but also, for your consistency - I am sure everybody looks forward to you new video every time!
I was wondering how would you feel about creating a week's series of 7 workouts, 30-45' long each, spiced up with a different theme or piece of equipment every time:
1. Mini band
2. Pilates HIIT (no equipment)
3. Pilates ball,
4. Pilates circle,
5. Light weights,
6. Resistance band (the single, roughly 2m long band) and,
7. A mobility and stretch workout (last day!)
Just a thought, perhaps for the new year. I don't know if anybody else might find it as interesting as I do...
thank yo so much nicole, your workouts help me a lot because i feel such peace doing them and my body isnt as bloated as it was with high resistance workouts!!!! my biggest problem here is avoiding napping throughout the workout lol
A really gentle and beautiful way to start my morning. Thank you for this ❤
Hi Nicole!❤ It's the last days of my semester I'm too nervous and you practices are Really helping me, everytime thank you Nicole🎉❤
Omg i was just going through your videos. Blessed my morning with the upload!!
Loved this class! It would be beautiful to see more upper body focused classes in the future❤
Doubt I did some of the moves right. Definitely feeling my arms. Oh boy.
Nicole's videos are so calming, and she is so graceful.
I can be calming, but am far from graceful. Guess I need to come do exercises with her regularly.🤟🏼thank you
Excellent class. Nice flow, nice music, nice pace. Thank you!
Thank you! So happy that you enjoyed it. 💗
I love seeing your kitty! Mine always joins in at the same time so it feels like it’s part of the class!
