That's fun sometimes, but I love how you have transitioned into a more mindful approach to exercise. We can still can get a sweat on, but we don't have to wear ourselves down to do so. It makes exercise more approachable for my changing needs with health and physical ability. Thanks for making the kinds of workouts you do, Maddie.
Whew! I normally do 30-45 min 5x a week. I squeezed this 15 min workout. Never underestimate the power of a 15 min NON equipment workout! It sure made me sweat! 😅 Loved it! Thank you!! 🙏💖✨

I love a longer workout on the weekends but only have time for 15-20 minutes on weekdays. I also love that you have a lot of low-mid impact options because high impact is tough on my ankles.

Could be vitamin d deficiency during the winter. Get a check done and take vitamin d supplements prescribed by the doctor 🤗
