    Advice from an older fit guy. Dont stop stretching/exercising when you reach 40+. Otherwise, the figure will go quickly. It must become a lifestyle.

    LOVE your short full body stretch. I've tried the 15 mins & 5 min ones. Now trying this 12 min stretch. Also, I find it really helpful when you narrate the movement. Like when you move to the other side or change position. So I don't have to look a the video as much and can focus on the movement.

      At 94 years old, this routine is the best for me and takes a reasonable number of minutes. Many thanks for this video. My sciatic nerve pain has gone.

    3rd attempt I made it though about 9 minutes, healing from a severe nutritional deficiency still, along with pretty severe fibromyalgia.
    Those of you who can do this routine, be grateful. I'll get there but no way can I get through this, not yet. Im aiming for next week

    Maddie, gotta say your video have gotten me back to where I needed to be. I came off a four year slump and decided to start moving again. I'd get up every morning and my ankles , knees and everything else were killing me. I found your channel on youtube and started in. Well 4 months in and I've made amazing chages, and I continue to follow your 12 and 15 min stretch every single day. I appreciate you and what your video had done for me. Youll never fully know.

      I feel the same. I would say 10 to 15 minutes of stretching is just right. Also, I appreciate how Maddie's stretches are complete stretching that work on the whole body.

    It literally feels like I have a new body and spine after I do this stretch. If you have chronic back pain this is a great stretch to do every day. It’s a little intense lol but it’s good stuff ✨.

    I just wanted to say how grateful I am to this channel. I am not a gym type and I prefer training at home. So these short varied workouts are a blessing!     This was perfect, my body has been sore and aching for days now and this helped a bit and I felt way more relaxed afterward. I plan on doing this twice a day until I feel better and then once a day to keep my body happy :)

    I do this stretch almost every day :) it is a wonderful cure for those tight and sometimes painful muscles and joints one finds upon waking up.
    I feel so so much better after. Like my body does feel lubricated!!
    As opposed to a dried out human “motor” without any 5W-30 in there D:

    I'm afraid I did not enjoy this routine, but I think that's because every muscle in my body is super tight. I had frozen shoulder for a year and a half, then had a manipulation operation to get my joint unstuck back in February. Even after physical therapy before and after the manipulation, muscles in my back, rotator cuff, and arm aren't fully stretched back out after shrinkage from not being able to use them for so long. I also have a job where I sit a lot, plus long commute to and from work, so my hip flexors and hamstrings tend to be very tight. I actually cried on the hip flexor and glute stretches. 😭 But I kept going and now I feel a bit looser everywhere. Obviously I need to incorporate more stretching into my days! Thank you Maddie, for your videos that inspire me and help me to keep going in order to improve my mental and physical health! ❤

    This is one of my favorite "easy" workouts. I keep trying to expand the workout videos that I watch, but I am honestly happier with Maddie's videos than any others I have found. Keep it up, MadFit! We love your videos.

    I really love that you have straight forward short stretch videos that I can add into my day. Sometimes I do the 5 min videos, other times the 12-20 but always it's a great stretch and I have shared your videos with others.     I think I'd like this one better as a morning routine (I tried it in the evening) or after a good workout, as a cool down. It was short, but nice. Thank you, Maddie!

    My daily workout routines consists of Madfits workouts I always start with the 5 min warm up, then I pick a work out for the day (upper body, full body, lower, core), hit the treadmill after if I have time, and end it with this 12 min full body stretch. I’ve been doing this for months and have seen and felt so much progress I always recommend Madfit to my friends she’s been a hugeee help twords my fitness journey! Thanks Madfit!!❤️☮️

    Amen 🙏 Yes my family and I are going through it for three and a half years, since my husband lost his job in lockdown. He went for interviews, applied where ever he could. He even tried his own maintenance business, but nothing worked out. We as a family are all spiritually and naturally exhausted. We as a family gave our hearts to the Lord in the beginning of lockdown, since then the enemy is trying to break us down, but we stand firm on the word of God. That is all that we can hold on to.

    I follow this stretching instruction almost every day :)
    Oh gosh, the spinal twist feels lovely, a nice little pop of relief mid-spine!
    I just let the gravity do the work so I don’t over stretch that delicate area.
    It’s easy to hurt yourself by overstretching, or applying force with the stretch. Especially the spine! Owch!
    Stretching is one of the best ways to heal, and anyone can do it at any level

    Really enjoy your workouts, especially the dancing ones. My favorite stretch was the lower back, by hugging knees. It’s the first time I seen that stretch, so easy and effective. Thanks!

      i found that one the most difficult stretch! My legs shake so bad here! All the other exercises were ok though, I wonder if I'm doing something wrong or I'm just weak lol

    This stretch video is amazing. I am starting my home workout today and not exercising after covid made my joints and muscle stiff. Its important to start by simple stretching and then gradually move to intense workout. Loved this whole body stretch. I already feel better. My muscles were really sore with pro long sitting.

    This is my favorite stretch, thank you. What I like about it the most is, that there is enough time to enjoy the individual stretches. It´s not like a yoga flow wich contain stretches, it´s just raw stretches and enough time to get in contact with the individual body parts and to really sink into each stretch. Thank you! :)

    Maybe I'm just really really not flexible, but it like hurt doing the streches, like no normal like "oh I feel it burn" it actually hurt like pain🥲 I couldn't even do the last strech😮‍💨

    I'm so happy she talks in her videos, i hate when u go for instructions and they only put them on the screen it's hard to read and follow along for some people and it's very nice "i am part of some people"

    Hey I’ve been looking for a good stretching video as I started strongman and am stiff as oat and this routine really helped especially as it seems to stretch my hips out alot which I really need and my stiff painful right knee was perfect after doing it, thanks so much

    I was doing many workout videos for beginners to start the next year fresh but I felt my muscles completely sore afterwards, it was painful to even stretch by myself. This video helped me stretch in a more comfortable way, I noticed the muscle pain dissipated afterwards. Thank you for sharing this routine with us!

    It’s my go to in the morning when my lower back is stiff and also throughout the day as I have to sit a lot for work. Best out of all the routines I have done on RUclips. Short and efficient.
