The best thing about Anna’s stretching videos are it’s modifications, I ALWAYS quit doing hard stretches because I am not flexible enough to the level the demonstrator is, but the modification keep me going cuz it is the same level with me. Thanks Anna for your effort!
I've been trying to do the splits (on and off) for 2 years now. Less than one month using this routine and my bum FINALLY touched the mat!! I can't believe it! Thank you so so so much, I was starting to think that maybe the splits were just impossible for me!
I’ve done this stretch a few times but I’ve struggled being consistent so I’m writing this so that hopefully other people keep me in check! So far I’ve been doing it for 4 days I’ll try keep everyone updated Day 1- was okay but very sore I dance so these stretches aren’t foreign to me so their is a slight advantage Day 2- going good! I somehow noticed a huge difference!!! Day 3- shocked myself with how low I went! Still got lots of work to do though! Day 4- Rough, I felt lazy and unmotivated probably could’ve pushed myself further, less improvement today but that’s expected! Day 5- was good did the exercise with my sister, I’m pretty flat but not touching the floor need to work harder!! Day 6- travel day, spent the whole day on a plane, did not have time!!! Day 7- on holiday Just letting you guys know I’m on holiday for eight days so I won’t be doing my stretches! I promise I’ll go straight back to it when I go home YALL I NEED MOTIVATION HELPPP I CANT BRING MYSELF TO STRETCH Day 8- okay I can’t lie I did stop doing stretches for quite a while because I got sick…but I’m back!!! I’ve obviously went backwards in progress because I’ve not been consistent…I also hurt my lower back while doing aerial but the stretches weren’t to bad! Thanks for those who have given me motivation to keep going!!!
I’m going to the mountains on July 17 and we are going to a cabin and I can do my stretches there to it’s currently. 3:24 pm Friday July 12 OK day one didn’t really see anything improve second day. I noticed a huge improvement. I just have to do this little bit and I will be able to do the splits there’s this little bit. I’m close to the floor. I tried doing a split with my hands up in the air and I just stayed in the position. I was I was close to the floor. OK today’s day three I have to go do my stretches so I can get my splits

I GOT MY RIGHT SPLIT TODAY!!!!!! it took me 46 days, I was it 7 pillows now I’m to the ground!! Tysm Anna you helped me so much. My advice to get splits is to stay consistent and DONT GIVE UP!
oh my gosh I am getting hit with nostalgia rn. For prob three years me and my childhood best friend watched Anna literally overnight over FaceTime together and stretched for our splits while we chatted. I still remember the days we both got our splits- calling my bestie overnight to stretch was like brushing my teeth. I used to be the most flexible on my team and now I couldn't do a split. After trying this once I instantly went into a split didn't even use the pillows and I went straight down. I'm doing this routine for the rest of my life. This is life changing!! I had to comment immediately cause I finished a couple seconds ago and I'm in shock tbh.
I used to be the most flexible person you would know. I can do wall-ground splits when I was 4. But now I can’t even do a split after 4 yrs of doing no stretching / gymnastics, I can’t even do a split.
I'm a ballerina and this video helps me a lot. I train for 3 hours at home aswell and i always stretch with Anna McNulty videos! I am very flexible because i follow Anna's videos. It takes a lot of time and practice to achieve a certain level of flexibility but all i needed was motivation and a good tutorial. You might get a little sore first two months of training but you easily get used to it and it will be really easy to do❤
Hi there! I am ridiculously inflexible and struggle with being consistent but hip mobility is super important for climbing, so I’ll keep at it! I will be doing this for 6 months alongside the full body routine. Let’s get flexible together, strangers! [day 1] this was fun and I am excited to make progress. I mostly do the modified versions and I think I did my splits with seven thicc pillows. I lost my balance like 10 times and my muscles are kinda shaky now :D [day 2] same amount of pillows! I did the full body routine too and accidentally flipped my back out
Pro tip: if you aren’t as inflexible as the beginner modification but aren’t as flexible as the advanced stretch, just follow the advanced because you will end up holding the stretch longer! 💕 Edit: omg tysm for all the likes 😊
Hi I’ll be trying this for 28 days Day 1: It was a bit difficult, I couldnt do a lot of the stretches to there full extent but I feel a bit more flexible afterwards Day 2: I did it. My hamstrings were a bit sore from yesterday. No noticeable difference in how Deep my splits is but now I can hold the position for longer. Day 3: my hamstrings were so sore but it was all good. I noticed I could get deeper into some stretches. Like the one where you’re sitting and you have to touch your feet. I could do it further now. I removed one pillow. It was quite hard stabilising and getting my back foot to stretch but I eventually got it. Day 4: it was good , my hamstrings are less sore but yeah my right splits is fine (kinda) . I struggled a-bit with my left splits but I got it after like 12 tries. Don’t give up y’all , if you don’t get it the first time try agian and agian until you do ( obv don’t push yourself toooo far and hurt yourself) believe in yourself,don’t give up . Day 5: it was good. Stretched out my hamstrings even more but they aren’t sore. My right splits if fine , my left split is also fine but I’m having more trouble like descending in to it. Idk if that’s the right word , basically like getting into the split position. Day 5 going strong Day 6: tbh I really didn’t wanna do it today, but I did it anyways. Wasn’t my best but yea anyways. I’m struggling with my left splits , have a hard time stretching me back leg , but the right splits is fine. Day 7: I literally had no motivation today but NEVER BACK DOWN , NEVER WHAT?- NEVER GIVE UP. No update just the same as yesterday. Day 8: did the workout nothings new. Just the same as yesterday😜 Day 9: I did the workout today. It felt very nice and I was motivated (I watched a video while doing it). Also I did cardio beforehand and that like energised me. But yeah I removed another book today( I was using ten now I’m down to seven) My left splits wasn’t actually that bad today. It took me a while to get it but it was all fine now. I did a few more hamstring stretches on my left leg. So yeah Day 9 going good Day 10: update I added one one book because of my left splits so now I’m back to 8. I’m trying to listen to my body more and it’s telling me that I’m not yet ready for 7books so I’ll stick with eight. But yeah today was good , I did all the stretches it’s just when I was like stretching my left hamstring it kept making this cracking noise 😭. Idk but I didn’t hurt so yeah . Update day 11: soo today was good. I don’t wanna sound like a brocken record but yeah I was struggling with my left splits but the right side is fine. I think I found a solution to that so I’ve been repeating the hip flexor stretches 2-3 times more on my left side and I’ve also been doing the last split Position with the pillows for more reps on my left side . Today was good Day 12: today was good. Did more reps on my left split (left leg forward, right leg back )so it was so much easier. I thought the problem was with my left leg hamstring but it was my right hip. But now I feel my right hip opening up so much. Day 13: so yeah I’m doing more hip flexor stretches on my right side for a better left split but it just feels like I’m making it tighter. Idk. But today was good Day 14: today was good. No update Day 16: soo I took a day break. I had zero motivation and I just in general didn’t wanna do it also my hamstrings were sore. Soo I’m down to 6 books now. It felt good today. I could feel more of a hip stretch. I really hope I’ll be able to get both my right and left splits in 28 days. My right splits is looking promising not so sure Abt the left one. Like I said I’m doing more stretches on my right hip flexors to better my left splits. Today was really good. I didn’t have any problems with my left splits. Cause usually I do the last Bio exercise with the books 2 times for my right splits and 4-5 for my left. But i did 3 on both and It worked out. Anyways y’all , don’t give up keep going. I’m so incredibly close to getting my splits. I tried it without the pillows and it’s just like 5cm (2in) till I’m on the ground. Yay 😁 Day 19: hey y’all sorry for the late update. Anyways I did it today and it was good. Also I took another break ( last one I promise) I was just tired and didn’t have the time. But omg my left splits has improved so much. Like I can stretch out my back leg on the first try. Usually it would take me 3-4 try’s to do it. I’m soo excited. Will probably be removing a book in 2 days so I’ll be down to 5 books , half from where I started from. Im so excited Day 20: soo , it’s pretty much the same as yesterday. Idk what it is but when I’m stretching my hamstrings I feel this burning (I don’t know how else to describe it) sensation on the back on my knee. It doesn’t hurt but it’s just weird. I definitely feel that more that I feel my actually hamstrings. But yeah anyways I’ll be removing a book tomorrow, yay. Day 21: hey y’all so I removed another book and now I’m down to 5. Both of my splits are actually decent. I am getting deeper I’m my splits but I’m not like seeing and major differences in my other exercises. Idk , but yeah. Bye Day 22: I can’t believe I came this far. As for today there’s not really a special update
Sameee I've been following her videos for over a year cuz I love em so much. I used to be so weak and even the ten lunges in this video were so hard for me. But now I'm super flexible. Anna taught me my knee bridge. Falling into a backbend. My splits. My leg hold. She's the best! ❤❤❤
I’ve been trying to get the splits for years and nothing has ever worked and since I’m a dancer I’ve always wanted to get more flexible. I’ve been trying your middle and front splits stretches and I’m definitely getting close. I’ve been using yoga blocks instead of pillows and have gotten down to one block which I’m really proud of. Hi Anna, thank you for having posted this routine! A couple months ago, I finally gained my splits after following one of your very old routines, but then I stopped practicing and lost them. I prefer this new routine because there's no stretch you have to do along a wall, so that's more convenient. With the old routine, I remember getting my splits in about 3 weeks, but I could've gained them faster if I had been more consistent. I remember being so ecstatic! Back when I started the routine, I had to use 3 pillows, and now that I'm starting it again I only need one, which means I retained some of the flexibility even after all this time. I'm excited to get my splits again thanks to you! Have a great day :D Edit: I did the routine 4 (or 5, I forgot) times over the last week and regained my left side spilts! And my right side is nearly there.
Everyone trying to do the splits: you will do it. Just be consistent!!! I was trying and one day I missed my stretching time and my progress literally stopped and went backwards! 😢. IMPORTANT MESSAGE! Guys please don't overstrech or pressure yourself into doing the splits because I have done once and the pain went on for 6 months, I am slowly recovering. Just stop where you feel a little pain, that's enough
I know the feeling. I got my oversplits a while back and got excited. I over stretched and not only did I loose my oversplits and my splits I was in pain and lost ALOT of leg flexability.
I used to be able to do a perfect split when I was younger, but stopped stretching for a long time. I lost my splits so I am trying this stretching video for two weeks to see how I go. Thank you for your videos they are really helpful!
Ill update you guys everyday on my splits i hope i can get it Day 1: I did all the stretches Some stretches were very painful and i couldnt really do all of the stretches. Especially the one where we had to lie down and have our leg beside our head it was impossible to do so i did something similar i lyed down and stretched my right leg on the table legs it hurt alot but not as much. I was on 3 pillows on both legs ( My pillows are a bit big they arent too small if it was small id probabably be on 4) I pictured my self doing it on the pillow so id see progress. Day 2. Ive seen lots of progress i used to always bend my right leg while trying to do splits and ive realised it didnt hurt anymore when we lied down and stretch our leg on the table i didnt feel anything. Im also putting my leg on the couch and laying on my belly definitely stretches your legs alot!! I got flexible really fast im down to two pillows for both legs! Hey yall im sk sorry i forgot to update yall about day 3 so anyways 😅 Day 3: same thing as yesterday but lunges were much better than yesterday surprisingly i dont feel sore at all i think its because i usually do gymnastics but idk. Day 4: ive gotten much flexible And my left is down to 1 pillow!!! My right is almost reaching 1 pillow but yet it's 1 and a half down a pillow Tysm Anna You made me so flexible my deep lunges don't hurt anymore and I also felt like giving up but NEVER BACK DOWN NEVER WHAT? NEVER GIVE UP!!!😂 so I kept going and yall try doing motivations first so you can get used to the stretches ! Tysm Anna I love you!!! (Friendly way) I'll update you guys on day 5! I'm so sorry I forgot for the past 2 weeks :< anyways ill continue now for day 5 XD My splits have gott3n much closer! Sliding with pillows helped sm however my left leg is horrible at holding lunges and balancing but my right leg is amazing! Okay I gave up and stopped doing it for 3 months but yesterday I felt bored so I decided to do a split and to my surprise I was SUPER close and just to make sure I looked at the other pics I took of me doing it and I saw great progress from now ! MY HIP WAS TOUCHING THE FLOOR!!!! . at night time I wa Ted to shoe my parents and sibilings how close I was but as I did it I just did a split, it hurtsd alot so I decided for now ill do it on a soft surface and atleast 5 times a day so I don't lose it. These are definitely very good stretches! I did these for 22 days (had to stop because I injured both glutes from overstretching 😢😅) and I dropped from 25 cm to 15 cm. These are definitely worth a shot (but don’t overstretch!) I don’t have my splits, but from this routine my hamstrings have gotten so much more flexible that I am now able to pike perfectly both sitting and standing Lysm❤Anna Edit: My right leg has finally recovered, it took 4 months (and my other leg is still disabled), mark my words: DON'T OVERSTRETCH!!! Edit 2: I forgot I made this comment, but my left leg recovered some time ago, and it took about 4.5 months
Just wanted to say that I am nearly two years clean from an 8 plus year addiction. Only recently have I started any sort of health journey. I was always naturally flexible and I'm excited to see what your stretches can do for me! ❣️ My goal is to be able to do that needle thing 💗
@@Lucia4_that's not an addiction, thats actually depression in some cases . For the record, addiction is always bad stuff. I know that you can be addicted to food, which is bad..because it can lead to extreme obesity, heart issues, not even being able to walk or breathe, other conditions. I mean, just watch "my 600 pound life", you'll get it. And I know you can be addicted to not sleeping, which is bad too because if you don't sleep, your brain will swell up and eventually pop out of your head causing death, hallucinations (seeing things that aren't real), and more.

@@Adalizaddi23 Yes it works but it depends where your flexibility is when you first start. You could get your splits in weeks or months but you need to stay consistent (this improves ur flexibility)

I have been doing this stretch routine for only 3 days, and yet i am so close to getting my splits! It may be because I was already pretty flexible from the start, but I have really improved a lot! @@makynleeneeley9814 maybe it’s your hip placement for some ppl their hips are positioned in a way that makes it impossible. Or maybe you could try it with socks on so you slip down faster

I just finished 4 weeks of this routine without skipping once, and I must say that this works! 5 pillows off the ground on the first day, and now a pillow off the ground by the 28th day, that is pretty crazy. If you are embarking on this same journey, I want you to know that you should celebrate the small victories, and make sure to appreciate your body, as it is the reason you will ever be able to do the splits :) EDIT: Got my splits yay! I have been struggling trying to learn my splits and could never find the prefect tips to help me. But this routine has had such a big impact on my flexibility! Thank you so much Anna this is the prefect stretch for beginners and even advanced gymnasts!
ill update u everday on my splits Day 1: i did the workouts pretty good, but it was definitely sore, the last stretch i used 5 pillow😁 Day 2: today was a little bit more rough, i was really sore today and my hamstrings were hurting bad in the leg stretches, i took a small water break then continued, i made it through everything today 😊, i used 6 pillows today❤ see ya tomorrow! Day 3: sorry it took me awhile, i was sore and i was busy!!, but i managed to push through today and honestly i feel less sore, i used 5 pillows today so yea im making progress, im more confident with getting my right split so thats my goal, ill update u tomorrow on how far i go down! Day 4: before i did the stretches today, i tested how low i could go down on my right and left splits, to my suprise i was closer to my left splits than my right splits, but that was probably because my right leg was still sore from yesterday, while i was doing my stretches, instead of feeling soreness i felt that my legs were stronger and less painfull, so im glad that im less sore lol😂 see ya tomorrow peace🌸

Hi Anna, I just wanted to give you a big thanks for you channel and video's. As a starting figure skater at age 29 I really needed some flexibility so im doing your warmup, overall flexibility and splits videos a lot. Finally I can hold my Spirals high enough and even got some compliments on it. Also my backpain is all gone with good stretching. Big shout out to you and all of your effort to help with our flexibility. ❤
i am NOT naturally flexible at all like not one bit 💀 but i’ve been doing anna’s stretches since like mid or maybe the end of september 2022 and i’ve improved so much!! still have a good bit to go but i do think i’ll be able to get the split eventually if i keep consistent with this routine! i do another one of anna’s routines too before i do this one it’s a beginner stretching routine from a few years ago and it’s helped so much too!! edit: this was only a week ago and i’m SO close now this was 3 months ago. i got injured litterally TWIIIIICE so i couldnt do a lot of these stretches for a long time n i was very busy but i’ve started again and i’m still making steady progress, when i get the splits i’ll update yall
@@Kakatlapizda It takes longer for different people. It can even go up to 2 months. Its common not to get your splits within a week or two! Just keep trying, its different for everyone!
I cant bleev you are this flexebil. I can only do a boanaro , back work over, skorpein , needel ,midel splits, sid splits, chin stand, cart weel , frunt flip and a hand stand 😊..
Tip!: even if you are at the modification level, try doing the advanced one! You will get a much deeper stretch ( at least for me ) and will reach goals faster. :) I used to be a rhythmic gymnast and this is what I used to do for stretching
This is sooo good I am going to document my progress I have already been doing it for a few days Day 1 : hurt so bad, got the splits precisely 1 shoebox and 3 pillows off the ground Day 2 : was a bit better the holding lunge part KILLED me, was able to take off a pillow though :) Day 3 : really starting to see progress it is amazing!!!! feeling strong with 2 pillows and shoebox tried to take off a pillow but I was really struggling to straighten my back leg. Day 4 : I have improved in a lot of the stretches, tried to do a shoe box and one pillow again my shoe box is really starting to break now so i guess am going lower. IT HURTS SO MUCH THOUGH Day 5 : I had no motivation to do this today, literally sat down on my yoga mat ready to do it and ended up watching youtube for an hour. Didn't feel much progress in the stretches. Used my now squashed box and 2 pillows for splits today probably could have gone lower. Day 6 : I pushed myself quite hard with the stretches today, got spits with just 2 pillows but couldn't hold it for the full 30 seconds. (it was so painful) Day 7 : I can't believe it has been a whole week of doing this. It is so late right now I amost skipped a day but I didn't. I probably could have pushed harder, getting better at holding the two pillow splits though! Day 8 : I didn't do it on this day ... :( i really beat myself up about it. but i guess it is just a reminder that nobody is perfect and not to just let one bad day stop us Day 9 : back at it today, don't think I really lost anything from not doing it yesterday but didn't improve Day 10 : 10 DAYS !!! I can't believe it. I am still just doing the two pillows. not going to lie I am kinda feeling bad about my progress compared to others. BUT I WILL NOT GIVE UP! Day 11: not making heaps of progress, also I cannot be the only one who is in the stretch at 9:24 my hip just goes *crack*, it is so sadsifying but so odd. Day 12: I skipped today, trying to not be too hard on myself about it Day 13: doing it again today, I tried this thing where I do not use the yoga mat for the last strech, put socks on and just slide down into as far as I can go into the splits I feel like I am sooo close, but tbh i am probs just at two pillows hight Day 14: I felt good after doing it today, spits okay. I tried just trying to go as far as I could and then letting Gravity do the work. Can confirm it was absolute agoney my legs were shaking so hard, i didn't even get down to the ground. (also TWO WEEKS!!!) Day 15 : I seem to have injured myself when I was just doing an unstretched practice of the splits this morning...do not do that... My upper thigh and kinda my hip are kinda hurting so i am taking a rest day today. sad :( Day 16 : My leg ended up being okay and thank goodness for that, I was worried. But i am still glad that I took a rest day yesterday so i didn't injure myself badly. I lost no flexibility, in fact... i was able to do them on ONE pillow! Day 17 : I had a really good stretch today I can't believe how far i have come!!! I held the one pillow for the whole 30 seconds, i even tried to do it with no pillows and I swear I was merely 2 centimeters off the ground!!!!!! I am going to set myself a goal to get my splits on the 20 day mark. Wish me luck Day 18 : I tried really hard stretching today. I am SOOO close. I almost did it for a second but I couldn't hold it. Day 19: I DID IT!!!!!!!! I can't believe it, was able to go fully down into the splits, for the 5 seconds I can do it for all i can think about is how far I have come. I am going to continue stretching of course. My goal is to be able to be in them comfortably. p.s Also thanks for the likes, it kinda makes my day, feeling that I am not alone on this journey. ♥♥♥
I'm so glad to see that someone else didn't immediately get their splits. i tried this and it hurt so bad, i was literally sobbing. i didn't even own enough pillows for the pillow one.
@@mbobhftt13please don’t push yourself to the point of crying! You will end up injuring yourself! Just push yourself till you feel a slight bit of a pain/stretching and just keep up with it and you’ll get there eventually. It’s better to take a bit longer than to hurt yourself. I’m going to try and update every day 😊 Day 1: I started the work out and I was really sore. I used 4 pillows the first time (I’m doing it twice a day) and 3 pillows the second time. 😊 Day 2: I was much easier this time and I actually balanced in the lunge. I used three pillows for both times ❤ Btw, anyone who needs a tip for removing pillows. Just count six seconds, and try to go lower while your body is relaxed.
I started doing this because I thought it would help me stay flexible for climbing Mt. Fuji this summer. I made it to the top and I think this helped for sure. I wasn't as sore the next day as I've heard from other friends. I remembered to stay flexible as I climbed, going slow, and being filled with gratitude and excitement to be on the challenging hike. I've been doing this stretch routine for 2-3 months, 5-7 days a week and I'm slowly getting closer to the ground. I'm about 1 pillow, or 6-8inches away.😂 I took a few weeks off after the hike and now I'm back at it. It feels SO GOOD to stretch this deep. I'd love to be able to do the splits for the first time in my life (30s), I'll keep working on it slowly. Thank you!

day 1: I decided to get my splits because I'm shooting my own workouts and I wanna be in the best shape for myself and for my subscribers today I needed 2 pillows and a big blancket. and today I'm very motivated! will do it again tommorow💖 and comments here are SO motivating, omg!! you all are amazing, guys!😻
Thanks sooooo much Anna! I have been trying to get my splits for years and it has never worked before but this exercise is actually helping along with your hamstring stretch that I added to this routine. Day 1: I hadn’t noticed any changes yet but my legs were a bit sore.(had to use 6 pillows) Day 2: Same as yesterday but my legs were ever more sore. (7 pillows) Day 3: I moved back to 6 pillows and my legs weren’t as sore. Day 4: I did 4 pillows and this when I added in her other hamstring stretch. Day 5: back to 5 pillows but I’m not as inflexible as the modifican but not as flexible as Anna is. Day 6: 6 pillows again and my legs aren’t as sore.

I am going to track my progress with this because I’ve been following Anna’s full body stretch routines but have never been able to get splits! We’re doing it for 14 days! Day one: I have come back to this stretch routine after a while but it was easier than last time! Only a few stretches were modified. I used pillows for both legs (3 for right and 4 for left!)
@Lorelei I will, but due to a recent hip/butt injury, I didn’t do yesterday 😔. I will see how I feel today, but I bet I can do it. So far I feel good and am heading to school rn. I will do one extra day so that I can still complete the full 14 days! Day two: ❌ didn’t complete because was pretty busy and butt was in so much pain that I could barely walk anywhere.

i got my splits yesterdayyyyy!!! I’ve been stretching most of this year but I started focusing on my splits about 2 months ago and I’m all the way to the floor!! I definitely recommend this routine!!
this stretch routine looks and sounds amazing so I’m going to try it for 2 weeks (or more) while tracking my progress here! :) day 1: I was thoroughly impressed with how far my left leg had gone down! it takes about 2-3 pillows for my left leg to be completely squared and straight. as for my right, it takes about 1/2-2 pillows for my right leg to be completely squared and straight! overall, day one was a huge success and I hope to keep my consistency going!
Less than a week of doing these stretches and I’m already down a lot further!!! Thank you!! I’ll update this when I finally touch the ground! Edit: I quit doing these stretched for a while, but I just started again today (July 24th) My goal is to get them before school starts! I’m at 2 pillows right now!

I actually started my splits journey about in July 2022 and if you stretch every day for about 20 minutes I think you can totally get you splits in a couple months
Currently on day 19 of doing this I’ll try and update if I remember! I’ve been able to do the splits before( but about 6/7 years) and regularly do yoga at an intermediate level for 2 months. I don’t know if that’s made a difference. I’ll try and update this as much as I can remember on my progress. I’m aiming to get then in 35 days! Liking or replying would be helpful so I can find my comment again 😂 WEEK 1: Day 1: tight hamstrings to start with but loosened as I progressed. I used 3 pillows for the end part! Day 2,3,4: same result hamstrings were looser Day 5: moved down to 2 pillows but it was a challenge and I nearly gave up but pushed myself Day 6: 2 pillows again was easier but not comfortable. I noticed positive differences in some of the stretches and my legs weren’t as shaky after completing the routine and can now execute a downward dog completely comfortably Day 7: same as yesterday, 2 pillows is a little easier but not massively WEEK 2: DAY 8: still on 2 pillows but it’s getting so so much easier I can now hold my splits for the full 30 seconds with out stressing out😂! DAY 9: ❌ DAY 10: I’m finding the routine a lot easier and my flexibility is massively improving still on two pillows DAY 11: i think I’m close to going down to one pillow I might try in a day or two. I can almost do the splits with my hands on the floor and no pillows! DAY12: I had yoga class today and pulled a muscle in my hip so I took it easy today still on two pillows Day 13: ❌ Day 14:❌ WEEK 3: Day15: half month already?! As I said I’ve pulled a muscle so have been taking it easy and have gone back up to 3 pillows for the Tim evening which SUCKS but I’ve still got 20 days! Day 16:❌ Day 17: hips getting better and back to normal routine still on 2 pillows Day 18: same as yesterday Day 19: ❌ had yoga today and we focused on legs so missed today would imagine I’m still on 2 pillows

Im going to try to get my splits in 2 weeks for the cheer tryoutssss Day 1: felt like an amazing stretch in the hamstring. It hurt a lot. I was mostly in between the modification in the advanced, but I’m gonna try to stretch every day and I’m pretty low down of my splits two pillows. Day 2: I feel the same as yesterday. My splits are still two pillows. I’m hoping I can get in two weeks. I’m pretty low down to the ground, but not low down enough that I can make the chair team, but I don’t even know if we have like to do our splits. I just wanna have them. Day 4: this stretch is really helping me a lot. I did it two times yesterday and felt amazing after my splits are starting to go down more. I think I’m gonna try one pillow today, and the structure are starting to get easier and easier.

I have been doing this stretch routine for a few months now, so i thought i would share some tips i learnt with you guys ! For 10:25, keeping the leg your not lifting up straight really helps Also, with all the stretches, if you gradually increase the pressure you're applying in the stretch, then it really helps If doing the original stretch is two much, then try doing the modification first and then pushing yourself for the last 5-10 seconds of the stretch At 12:00 if you sit down and bend your legs and grabb your pointed toes then slowly straighten your legs as much as you can without letting go of your toes this is also a good stretch or alternative

The best thing about Anna’s stretching videos are it’s modifications, I ALWAYS quit doing hard stretches because I am not flexible enough to the level the demonstrator is, but the modification keep me going cuz it is the same level with me. Thanks Anna for your effort!

I’ve done this stretch a few times but I’ve struggled being consistent so I’m writing this so that hopefully other people keep me in check! So far I’ve been doing it for 4 days I’ll try keep everyone updated
Day 1- was okay but very sore I dance so these stretches aren’t foreign to me so their is a slight advantage
Day 2- going good! I somehow noticed a huge difference!!!
Day 3- shocked myself with how low I went! Still got lots of work to do though!
Day 4- Rough, I felt lazy and unmotivated probably could’ve pushed myself further, less improvement today but that’s expected!
Day 5- was good did the exercise with my sister, I’m pretty flat but not touching the floor need to work harder!!
Day 6- travel day, spent the whole day on a plane, did not have time!!!
Day 7- on holiday
Just letting you guys know I’m on holiday for eight days so I won’t be doing my stretches! I promise I’ll go straight back to it when I go home

I’m going to the mountains on July 17 and we are going to a cabin and I can do my stretches there to it’s currently. 3:24 pm Friday July 12 OK day one didn’t really see anything improve second day. I noticed a huge improvement. I just have to do this little bit and I will be able to do the splits there’s this little bit. I’m close to the floor. I tried doing a split with my hands up in the air and I just stayed in the position. I was I was close to the floor. OK today’s day three I have to go do my stretches so I can get my splits

oh my gosh I am getting hit with nostalgia rn. For prob three years me and my childhood best friend watched Anna literally overnight over FaceTime together and stretched for our splits while we chatted. I still remember the days we both got our splits- calling my bestie overnight to stretch was like brushing my teeth. I used to be the most flexible on my team and now I couldn't do a split. After trying this once I instantly went into a split didn't even use the pillows and I went straight down. I'm doing this routine for the rest of my life. This is life changing!! I had to comment immediately cause I finished a couple seconds ago and I'm in shock tbh.

I used to be the most flexible person you would know. I can do wall-ground splits when I was 4. But now I can’t even do a split after 4 yrs of doing no stretching / gymnastics, I can’t even do a split.
I'm a ballerina and this video helps me a lot. I train for 3 hours at home aswell and i always stretch with Anna McNulty videos! I am very flexible because i follow Anna's videos.
It takes a lot of time and practice to achieve a certain level of flexibility but all i needed was motivation and a good tutorial. You might get a little sore first two months of training but you easily get used to it and it will be really easy to do❤

Pro tip: if you aren’t as inflexible as the beginner modification but aren’t as flexible as the advanced stretch, just follow the advanced because you will end up holding the stretch longer! 💕

Hi I’ll be trying this for 28 days
Day 1: It was a bit difficult, I couldnt do a lot of the stretches to there full extent but I feel a bit more flexible afterwards
Day 2: I did it. My hamstrings were a bit sore from yesterday. No noticeable difference in how Deep my splits is but now I can hold the position for longer.
Day 3: my hamstrings were so sore but it was all good. I noticed I could get deeper into some stretches. Like the one where you’re sitting and you have to touch your feet. I could do it further now. I removed one pillow. It was quite hard stabilising and getting my back foot to stretch but I eventually got it.
Day 4: it was good , my hamstrings are less sore but yeah my right splits is fine (kinda) . I struggled a-bit with my left splits but I got it after like 12 tries. Don’t give up y’all , if you don’t get it the first time try agian and agian until you do ( obv don’t push yourself toooo far and hurt yourself) believe in yourself,don’t give up .
Day 5: it was good. Stretched out my hamstrings even more but they aren’t sore. My right splits if fine , my left split is also fine but I’m having more trouble like descending in to it. Idk if that’s the right word , basically like getting into the split position.
Day 5 going strong
Day 6: tbh I really didn’t wanna do it today, but I did it anyways. Wasn’t my best but yea anyways. I’m struggling with my left splits , have a hard time stretching me back leg , but the right splits is fine.
Day 7: I literally had no motivation today but NEVER BACK DOWN , NEVER WHAT?- NEVER GIVE UP. No update just the same as yesterday.
Day 8: did the workout nothings new. Just the same as yesterday😜
Day 9: I did the workout today. It felt very nice and I was motivated (I watched a video while doing it). Also I did cardio beforehand and that like energised me. But yeah I removed another book today( I was using ten now I’m down to seven) My left splits wasn’t actually that bad today. It took me a while to get it but it was all fine now. I did a few more hamstring stretches on my left leg. So yeah Day 9 going good
Day 10: update I added one one book because of my left splits so now I’m back to 8. I’m trying to listen to my body more and it’s telling me that I’m not yet ready for 7books so I’ll stick with eight. But yeah today was good , I did all the stretches it’s just when I was like stretching my left hamstring it kept making this cracking noise 😭. Idk but I didn’t hurt so yeah .
Update day 11: soo today was good. I don’t wanna sound like a brocken record but yeah I was struggling with my left splits but the right side is fine. I think I found a solution to that so I’ve been repeating the hip flexor stretches 2-3 times more on my left side and I’ve also been doing the last split Position with the pillows for more reps on my left side . Today was good
Day 12: today was good. Did more reps on my left split (left leg forward, right leg back )so it was so much easier. I thought the problem was with my left leg hamstring but it was my right hip. But now I feel my right hip opening up so much.
Day 13: so yeah I’m doing more hip flexor stretches on my right side for a better left split but it just feels like I’m making it tighter. Idk. But today was good
Day 14: today was good. No update
Day 16: soo I took a day break. I had zero motivation and I just in general didn’t wanna do it also my hamstrings were sore. Soo I’m down to 6 books now. It felt good today. I could feel more of a hip stretch. I really hope I’ll be able to get both my right and left splits in 28 days. My right splits is looking promising not so sure Abt the left one. Also thank you everyone. I didn’t even think anyone was reading this 😭. Thank you so much , I hope this gives you motivation and that you’ll be able to get both your splits soon💗
Day 17: hey guys , i did it today. Like I said I’m doing more stretches on my right hip flexors to better my left splits. Today was really good. I didn’t have any problems with my left splits. Cause usually I do the last Bio exercise with the books 2 times for my right splits and 4-5 for my left. But i did 3 on both and It worked out. Anyways y’all , don’t give up keep going. I’m so incredibly close to getting my splits. I tried it without the pillows and it’s just like 5cm (2in) till I’m on the ground. Yay 😁
Day 19: hey y’all sorry for the late update. Anyways I did it today and it was good. Also I took another break ( last one I promise) I was just tired and didn’t have the time. But omg my left splits has improved so much. Like I can stretch out my back leg on the first try. Usually it would take me 3-4 try’s to do it. I’m soo excited. Will probably be removing a book in 2 days so I’ll be down to 5 books , half from where I started from. Im so excited
Day 20: soo , it’s pretty much the same as yesterday. Idk what it is but when I’m stretching my hamstrings I feel this burning (I don’t know how else to describe it) sensation on the back on my knee. It doesn’t hurt but it’s just weird. I definitely feel that more that I feel my actually hamstrings. But yeah anyways I’ll be removing a book tomorrow, yay.
Day 21: hey y’all so I removed another book and now I’m down to 5. Both of my splits are actually decent. I am getting deeper I’m my splits but I’m not like seeing and major differences in my other exercises. Idk , but yeah. Bye

I’ve been trying your middle and front splits stretches and I’m definitely getting close. I’ve been using yoga blocks instead of pillows and have gotten down to one block which I’m really proud of. Hi Anna, thank you for having posted this routine! A couple months ago, I finally gained my splits after following one of your very old routines, but then I stopped practicing and lost them. I prefer this new routine because there's no stretch you have to do along a wall, so that's more convenient.
With the old routine, I remember getting my splits in about 3 weeks, but I could've gained them faster if I had been more consistent. I remember being so ecstatic! Back when I started the routine, I had to use 3 pillows, and now that I'm starting it again I only need one, which means I retained some of the flexibility even after all this time.

Edit: I did the routine 4 (or 5, I forgot) times over the last week and regained my left side spilts! And my right side is nearly there.
Everyone trying to do the splits: you will do it. Just be consistent!!! I was trying and one day I missed my stretching time and my progress literally stopped and went backwards! 😢. I know the feeling. I got my oversplits a while back and got excited. I over stretched and not only did I loose my oversplits and my splits I was in pain and lost ALOT of leg flexability.

Day 1: I did all the stretches Some stretches were very painful and i couldnt really do all of the stretches. Especially the one where we had to lie down and have our leg beside our head it was impossible to do so i did something similar i lyed down and stretched my right leg on the table legs it hurt alot but not as much. I was on 3 pillows on both legs ( My pillows are a bit big they arent too small if it was small id probabably be on 4) I pictured my self doing it on the pillow so id see progress.
Day 2. Ive seen lots of progress i used to always bend my right leg while trying to do splits and ive realised it didnt hurt anymore when we lied down and stretch our leg on the table i didnt feel anything. Im also putting my leg on the couch and laying on my belly definitely stretches your legs alot!! I got flexible really fast im down to two pillows for both legs!

Day 3: same thing as yesterday but lunges were much better than yesterday surprisingly i dont feel sore at all i think its because i usually do gymnastics but idk.
Day 4: ive gotten much flexible And my left is down to 1 pillow!!! My right is almost reaching 1 pillow but yet it's 1 and a half down a pillow Tysm Anna You made me so flexible my deep lunges don't hurt anymore and I also felt like giving up but NEVER BACK DOWN NEVER WHAT? NEVER GIVE UP!!!😂 so I kept going and yall try doing motivations first so you can get used to the stretches ! Tysm Anna I love you!!! (Friendly way)

My splits have gott3n much closer! Sliding with pillows helped sm however my left leg is horrible at holding lunges and balancing but my right leg is amazing!
Okay I gave up and stopped doing it for 3 months but yesterday I felt bored so I decided to do a split and to my surprise I was SUPER close and just to make sure I looked at the other pics I took of me doing it and I saw great progress from now ! MY HIP WAS TOUCHING THE FLOOR!!!! . at night time I wa Ted to shoe my parents and sibilings how close I was but as I did it I just did a split, it hurtsd alot so I decided for now ill do it on a soft surface and atleast 5 times a day so I don't lose it. ANNA I LOVE YOU (-Friendly) TYSM SO MUCH ANNA IM DOING MY SPLITS WHILE TALKING TO U!!

These are definitely very good stretches!
I did these for 22 days (had to stop because I injured both glutes from overstretching 😢😅) and I dropped from 25 cm to 15 cm.
These are definitely worth a shot (but don’t overstretch!)
I don’t have my splits, but from this routine my hamstrings have gotten so much more flexible that I am now able to pike perfectly both sitting and standing

Just wanted to say that I am nearly two years clean from an 8 plus year addiction. Only recently have I started any sort of health journey. I was always naturally flexible and I'm excited to see what your stretches can do for me! ❣️ My goal is to be able to do that needle thing 💗

I know that you can be addicted to food, which is bad..because it can lead to extreme obesity, heart issues, not even being able to walk or breathe, other conditions. I mean, just watch "my 600 pound life", you'll get it. And I know you can be addicted to not sleeping, which is bad too because if you don't sleep, your brain will swell up and eventually pop out of your head causing death, hallucinations (seeing things that aren't real), and more.

Hey Anna! You have helpt so much! I havent got my splits yet but I was SO CLOSE TO GETTING THEM!!! I was lower than a fist! Like i wasnt even close to the splits last night and that night I GOT CLOSE AFTER DOING THIS STRECH ROUTINE! I really love your channel! I was wondering if you could make another hip strech because ur newer streches are always very affective! And they challenge me further. You have helped me get heaps more flexiblity for dance! And im able to improve.Ty so much~!
I just finished 4 weeks of this routine without skipping once, and I must say that this works! 5 pillows off the ground on the first day, and now a pillow off the ground by the 28th day, that is pretty crazy.
If you are embarking on this same journey, I want you to know that you should celebrate the small victories, and make sure to appreciate your body, as it is the reason you will ever be able to do the splits :)

I have been struggling trying to learn my splits and could never find the prefect tips to help me. But this routine has had such a big impact on my flexibility! Thank you so much Anna this is the prefect stretch for beginners and even advanced gymnasts!

Day 1: i did the workouts pretty good, but it was definitely sore, the last stretch i used 5 pillow😁
Day 2: today was a little bit more rough, i was really sore today and my hamstrings were hurting bad in the leg stretches, i took a small water break then continued, i made it through everything today 😊, i used 6 pillows today❤ see ya tomorrow!
Day 3: sorry it took me awhile, i was sore and i was busy!!, but i managed to push through today and honestly i feel less sore, i used 5 pillows today so yea im making progress, im more confident with getting my right split so thats my goal, ill update u tomorrow on how far i go down!
Day 4: before i did the stretches today, i tested how low i could go down on my right and left splits, to my suprise i was closer to my left splits than my right splits, but that was probably because my right leg was still sore from yesterday, while i was doing my stretches, instead of feeling soreness i felt that my legs were stronger and less painfull, so im glad that im less sore lol😂 see ya tomorrow peace🌸

Hi Anna, I just wanted to give you a big thanks for you channel and video's. As a starting figure skater at age 29 I really needed some flexibility so im doing your warmup, overall flexibility and splits videos a lot. Finally I can hold my Spirals high enough and even got some compliments on it. Also my backpain is all gone with good stretching. Big shout out to you and all of your effort to help with our flexibility. ❤

i am NOT naturally flexible at all like not one bit 💀 but i’ve been doing anna’s stretches since like mid or maybe the end of september 2022 and i’ve improved so much!! still have a good bit to go but i do think i’ll be able to get the split eventually if i keep consistent with this routine!

@@Kakatlapizda It takes longer for different people. It can even go up to 2 months. Its common not to get your splits within a week or two! Just keep trying, its different for everyone!

I can only do a boanaro , back work over, skorpein , needel ,midel splits, sid splits, chin stand, cart weel , frunt flip and a hand stand 😊..
Tip!: even if you are at the modification level, try doing the advanced one! You will get a much deeper stretch ( at least for me ) and will reach goals faster. :) I used to be a rhythmic gymnast and this is what I used to do for stretching

This is sooo good I am going to document my progress I have already been doing it for a few days
Day 1 : hurt so bad, got the splits precisely 1 shoebox and 3 pillows off the ground
Day 2 : was a bit better the holding lunge part KILLED me, was able to take off a pillow though :)
Day 3 : really starting to see progress it is amazing!!!! feeling strong with 2 pillows and shoebox tried to take off a pillow but I was really struggling to straighten my back leg.
Day 4 : I have improved in a lot of the stretches, tried to do a shoe box and one pillow again my shoe box is really starting to break now so i guess am going lower. IT HURTS SO MUCH THOUGH
Day 5 : I had no motivation to do this today, literally sat down on my yoga mat ready to do it and ended up watching youtube for an hour. Didn't feel much progress in the stretches. Used my now squashed box and 2 pillows for splits today probably could have gone lower.
Day 6 : I pushed myself quite hard with the stretches today, got spits with just 2 pillows but couldn't hold it for the full 30 seconds. (it was so painful)
Day 7 : I can't believe it has been a whole week of doing this. It is so late right now I amost skipped a day but I didn't. I probably could have pushed harder, getting better at holding the two pillow splits though!
Day 8 : I didn't do it on this day ... :( i really beat myself up about it. but i guess it is just a reminder that nobody is perfect and not to just let one bad day stop us
Day 9 : back at it today, don't think I really lost anything from not doing it yesterday but didn't improve
Day 10 : 10 DAYS !!! I can't believe it. I am still just doing the two pillows. not going to lie I am kinda feeling bad about my progress compared to others. BUT I WILL NOT GIVE UP!
Day 11: not making heaps of progress, also I cannot be the only one who is in the stretch at 9:24 my hip just goes *crack*, it is so sadsifying but so odd.
Day 12: I skipped today, trying to not be too hard on myself about it
Day 13: doing it again today, I tried this thing where I do not use the yoga mat for the last strech, put socks on and just slide down into as far as I can go into the splits I feel like I am sooo close, but tbh i am probs just at two pillows hight
Day 14: I felt good after doing it today, spits okay. I tried just trying to go as far as I could and then letting Gravity do the work. Can confirm it was absolute agoney my legs were shaking so hard, i didn't even get down to the ground. (also TWO WEEKS!!!)
Day 15 : I seem to have injured myself when I was just doing an unstretched practice of the splits this morning...do not do that... My upper thigh and kinda my hip are kinda hurting so i am taking a rest day today. sad :(
Day 16 : My leg ended up being okay and thank goodness for that, I was worried. But i am still glad that I took a rest day yesterday so i didn't injure myself badly. I lost no flexibility, in fact... i was able to do them on ONE pillow!
Day 17 : I had a really good stretch today I can't believe how far i have come!!! I held the one pillow for the whole 30 seconds, i even tried to do it with no pillows and I swear I was merely 2 centimeters off the ground!!!!!! I am going to set myself a goal to get my splits on the 20 day mark. Wish me luck
Day 18 : I tried really hard stretching today. I am SOOO close. I almost did it for a second but I couldn't hold it.
Day 19: I DID IT!!!!!!!! I can't believe it, was able to go fully down into the splits, for the 5 seconds I can do it for all i can think about is how far I have come. I am going to continue stretching of course. My goal is to be able to be in them comfortably.

I'm so glad to see that someone else didn't immediately get their splits. i tried this and it hurt so bad, i was literally sobbing. i didn't even own enough pillows for the pillow one.
@@mbobhftt13please don’t push yourself to the point of crying! You will end up injuring yourself! Just push yourself till you feel a slight bit of a pain/stretching and just keep up with it and you’ll get there eventually. It’s better to take a bit longer than to hurt yourself. Day 1: I started the work out and I was really sore. I used 4 pillows the first time (I’m doing it twice a day) and 3 pillows the second time. 😊
Day 2: I was much easier this time and I actually balanced in the lunge. I used three pillows for both times ❤ Btw, anyone who needs a tip for removing pillows. Just count six seconds, and try to go lower while your body is relaxed.
I started doing this because I thought it would help me stay flexible for climbing Mt. Fuji this summer. I made it to the top and I think this helped for sure. I wasn't as sore the next day as I've heard from other friends. I remembered to stay flexible as I climbed, going slow, and being filled with gratitude and excitement to be on the challenging hike.
I've been doing this stretch routine for 2-3 months, 5-7 days a week and I'm slowly getting closer to the ground. I'm about 1 pillow, or 6-8inches away.😂
I took a few weeks off after the hike and now I'm back at it.
It feels SO GOOD to stretch this deep. I'd love to be able to do the splits for the first time in my life (30s), I'll keep working on it slowly.

Thanks sooooo much Anna! I have been trying to get my splits for years and it has never worked before but this exercise is actually helping along with your hamstring stretch that I added to this routine.
Day 1: I hadn’t noticed any changes yet but my legs were a bit sore.(had to use 6 pillows)
Day 2: Same as yesterday but my legs were ever more sore. (7 pillows)
Day 3: I moved back to 6 pillows and my legs weren’t as sore.
Day 4: I did 4 pillows and this when I added in her other hamstring stretch.
Day 5: back to 5 pillows but I’m not as inflexible as the modifican but not as flexible as Anna is.
Day 6: 6 pillows again and my legs aren’t as sore.
Ok day one of trying this daily I’ll see how long it takes. I’m so excited! :)

@@jessicakay5630 I feel pretty good idk why but my left leg is more flexible than my right. I almost have the splits on my left leg. I also just got on spring break from school and dance so I should have more time to stretch!
I am going to track my progress with this because I’ve been following Anna’s full body stretch routines but have never been able to get splits! We’re doing it for 14 days!
Day one: I have come back to this stretch routine after a while but it was easier than last time! Only a few stretches were modified. I used pillows for both legs (3 for right and 4 for left!)
@Lorelei I will, but due to a recent hip/butt injury, I didn’t do yesterday 😔. I will see how I feel today, but I bet I can do it. So far I feel good and am heading to school rn. I will do one extra day so that I can still complete the full 14 days!
Day two: ❌ didn’t complete because was pretty busy and butt was in so much pain that I could barely walk anywhere.

im on day 2 of this now and i really do already see an improvement, it hurts a lot but the modifications keep me going knowing that it's okay since i'm a beginner, i really hope i can get my splits soon, ty Anna :)
i got my splits yesterdayyyyy!!! I’ve been stretching most of this year but I started focusing on my splits about 2 months ago and I’m all the way to the floor!! I definitely recommend this routine!!
this stretch routine looks and sounds amazing so I’m going to try it for 2 weeks (or more) while tracking my progress here! :)
day 1: I was thoroughly impressed with how far my left leg had gone down! it takes about 2-3 pillows for my left leg to be completely squared and straight. as for my right, it takes about 1/2-2 pillows for my right leg to be completely squared and straight!
overall, day one was a huge success and I hope to keep my consistency going!

Currently on day 19 of doing this I’ll try and update if I remember! I’ve been able to do the splits before( but about 6/7 years) and regularly do yoga at an intermediate level for 2 months. I don’t know if that’s made a difference. I’ll try and update this as much as I can remember on my progress. I’m aiming to get then in 35 days! Liking or replying would be helpful so I can find my comment again 😂
WEEK 1:
Day 1: tight hamstrings to start with but loosened as I progressed. I used 3 pillows for the end part!
Day 2,3,4: same result hamstrings were looser
Day 5: moved down to 2 pillows but it was a challenge and I nearly gave up but pushed myself
Day 6: 2 pillows again was easier but not comfortable. I noticed positive differences in some of the stretches and my legs weren’t as shaky after completing the routine and can now execute a downward dog completely comfortably
Day 7: same as yesterday, 2 pillows is a little easier but not massively
WEEK 2:
DAY 8: still on 2 pillows but it’s getting so so much easier I can now hold my splits for the full 30 seconds with out stressing out😂!
DAY 9: ❌
DAY 10: I’m finding the routine a lot easier and my flexibility is massively improving still on two pillows
DAY 11: i think I’m close to going down to one pillow I might try in a day or two. I can almost do the splits with my hands on the floor and no pillows!
DAY12: I had yoga class today and pulled a muscle in my hip so I took it easy today still on two pillows

WEEK 3:
Day15: half month already?! As I said I’ve pulled a muscle so have been taking it easy and have gone back up to 3 pillows for the Tim evening which SUCKS but I’ve still got 20 days!

Day 17: hips getting better and back to normal routine still on 2 pillows
Day 18: same as yesterday
Day 19: ❌ had yoga today and we focused on legs so missed today would imagine I’m still on 2 pillows

I've only started following your routine a couple months ago and then stopped for a while; I started again 3 days ago and the result is closer to a split than I've ever gotten in 7 years of dance class! Day 1: felt like an amazing stretch in the hamstring. It hurt a lot. I was mostly in between the modification in the advanced, but I’m gonna try to stretch every day and I’m pretty low down of my splits two pillows.
Day 2: I feel the same as yesterday. My splits are still two pillows. I’m hoping I can get in two weeks. I’m pretty low down to the ground, but not low down enough that I can make the chair team, but I don’t even know if we have like to do our splits. I just wanna have them.
Day 4: this stretch is really helping me a lot. I did it two times yesterday and felt amazing after my splits are starting to go down more. I think I’m gonna try one pillow today, and the structure are starting to get easier and easier.

I have been doing this stretch routine for a few months now, so i thought i would share some tips i learnt with you guys !
For 10:25, keeping the leg your not lifting up straight really helps
Also, with all the stretches, if you gradually increase the pressure you're applying in the stretch, then it really helps
If doing the original stretch is two much, then try doing the modification first and then pushing yourself for the last 5-10 seconds of the stretch
At 12:00 if you sit down and bend your legs and grabb your pointed toes then slowly straighten your legs as much as you can without letting go of your toes this is also a good stretch or alternative

This are my tips:
Practice somewhere alone
Always wear comfy clothes
Tie your hair
Put something on the floor so you can practice without getting hurt
And lastly, don't get distracted❤️stay fit

Hello Anna! I’m working on 3 of ur Stretch Routines on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday! My goal to to be able to do the middle splits and this type of splits (forward splits is what I call this one lol), I’m not flexible at all, very painful when I do these Stretch Routines but that means I’m stretching! Tysm for all u do! Ur the best!
