Seal head roll- once anti-clockwise + clockwise 3. Seal bend- 20 sec 4. Bow/(easy) bowl pose- 20 sec 5. Back fold/ (easy) bowl pose - 20 sec 6. Child’s pose- 20 sec 7. Here’s a tip that my cheer coach told me for my backbend, get some 10 pound weights are lift them, then you’ll be able to hold it longer. I lift 20 pound weights now, and I can hold my for around 2 minutes

I’m a gymnast and My back was never really that flexible for a dancer/gymnast so I have done this routine a lot this summer including the one for splits, but I stopped when I started practicing again, but then I hurt my back and lost a lot of my flexibility so I’m starting stretching again and it’s really helpful Tysm for this routine

Anna, thank you so much for your stretches! When I was young, I can only do the backbend, split, middle split and leg holds. But now I watched so many of your stretches and get a front and back walkover, chin stand, a really high over split, and even my leg hold got even higher than before and I can also improve my balance now! And I can also do a handstand for like over 1 minute!🤸♀😍💕💜💜💙
I really liked when you said don't give up and keep doing keep going thinking feeling how accomplished you will feel at the end of this routine ! Definitely sometimes we just give up in the midway and it makes you feel eventually like a loser and inconfident and less will powered less disciplined and that feeling I don't want to have in me so ya I will keep going and accomplishing the tasks I take in my hand ! I’ve been doing this daily for 2 weeks and there’s already a significant difference, I’m so happy about it ☺️ I want see if I can get a back walkover again at 23, the last time I did it was at 16.
@@stayhigh168 I have enough back flexibility now, but I still need more core strength and arm strength. I didn’t realize how much stronger I was back then 😭 I’m still being patient with it tho.

I was at like an open gym thing where basically the whole gymnastics thing is empty except a couple ppl. I did a roundoff back handspring back layout 1/1, and fell on my back and pulled a couple muscles. My back is usually incredibly flexible, but very stiff currently. I have level 7 gymnastics (competitive) today, and I am going to do this to hopefully help loosen it for practice. Anyways have a good day everyone! ❤

@@justkerensa2306 i defenetly think so, especially when you're young you can start such things even better and more effective. i do it daily since some weaks now (before I spotted this one I did her old, multiple years old, routine, but also just since some weaks) I’m also 16 and it has already shown some progress.

Sort of flexible. I can barely do my left leg split and am sort of close to my right leg. And about the same for my middle.
