I have been stretching 5 times a week for almost a month and i'm really close to getting my splits. Before i started stretching i couldn't even touch my toes. I always thought i wasn't flexible but i've improved soo much. I never expected i could get this far. My advice to you guys is to not give up until you reach your goals!! I am 14 and a dancer and I used Anna's videos to get the side splits (in only two weeks I might add) and have now decided to tackle the middle splits. I have been doing this routine every night for a week and have seen tremendous improvement already! PRO TIP: If you want to get the middle splits faster, pair this video with the flexible legs and/or hips video each night.

Update: I got my right splits, and am soo close to my left, my middle are so hard for me because my hips are so tight but I am working hard to get them !

So good. So professional. Anna might be the finest instruction video producer for flexibility exercises in all of RUclips. There is certainly no one better, or more experienced. The key to her success is how she designs her videos so that they are so easy to follow. I am not speaking of easy in the sense of replicating her flexibility. Very few can. I mean easy in following her instructions. I am a man with terrible flexibility, but I watched my granddaughters follow this video and decided to try it. Of course I couldn’t do them very well but Anna’s comforting voice and a modified view made it a great workout. Unlike anything I have ever done. Thank you, Anna McNulty.

I'm going to challenge myself with the task of getting my long-desired splits in 4 weeks. Also, I hope it's gonna help me tackle my soreness in the legs after my dance workouts! DAY 1. My muscles ache after my intense dance routine, but overall it felt rather easy. My middle splits are at about 60%. I'm like at 80% with my side splits (I still can't sit fully on the floor though).
I can't wait for this, thank you so much anna for helping us, I have been doing your stretches for 8 months and just got my chinstand and middle over splits, I tried all your stretching routines, even the beginner ones although with you I became super advanced in flexibility and I started from a point of barely touching my toes, hip stretches are my favorite, I feel they calm me down more than any other stretch, thank you a million times anna 💗💗💗

I am only 10 years old I've been doing dance and I not the most flexible 😢 I started doing this stretching routine every day, I was one of the one on my dance team that couldn't do the middle splits. 😟 I also couldn't do the side splits either I finally got them both. 😆 But I still have to stretch first. Hi Anna! I’m trying to get my middle split too. Hopefully this new tutorial will help me get a few inches lower to the ground. Also for plié squats, should my knees be facing 90 degrees outward so they are perpendicular to my legs or a a place less. In addition, for the 3 leg downward dog(with kicks, pulses, or leg holds), should I be feeling the stretch in the leg that’s up or in the leg that’s supporting. I feel the stretch in my hamstring of the supporting leg. When I go into a table top position and drop my elbow to ground then try the exercises, I feel the stretch in my hip/hip flexor in the leg that’s up. Just making sure I get the most out the stretches. :) Love your stretching routines!💚💛❤️

I’m trying to get my middle split too. Hopefully this new tutorial will help me get a few inches lower to the ground.
Also for plié squats, should my knees be facing 90 degrees outward so they are perpendicular to my legs or a a place less.
In addition, for the 3 leg downward dog(with kicks, pulses, or leg holds), should I be feeling the stretch in the leg that’s up or in the leg that’s supporting.
I feel the stretch in my hamstring of the supporting leg. When I go into a table top position and drop my elbow to ground then try the exercises, I feel the stretch in my hip/hip flexor in the leg that’s up.
Just making sure I get the most out the stretches. :)
