I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

I just tried this workout as a recommendation from a friend and man did I sweat! Believe it or not, I am 55 years old woman and working as a new nurse! Obviously this is a challenging career and it’s already taking a toll on my mental well being. Doing this workout for the very first time has already boosted my mood. I have no doubt that if I and everyone who consistently completes this work out will feel a hell of a lot better about themselves. I don’t want to lose my bubbly personality and this will definitely prevent that from happening! Thanks Madfit!!❤

This made me sweat, which is a welcome change; none of madfit videos ever bore me. Now, they may be very challenging but her calm voice that is instructive not insulting makes you want to do her workouts everyday. Very much appreciated!

Hi maddy and also anyone else who may be struggling with the same issues as me…I am 46 years old and a serial addict with boy image issues. They say therapy and NA are the cure for these things but I believe maddy fit is also. I tried other exercises in my 40+ years but none have given me the results and the want to do it again the next day. Usually I’m like fuck I gotta do that again tomorrow? But w maddy I’m like ooh I can’t wait to see what we do tomorrow. I tried other influencers on here and got hurt. Maddy is safe, doesn’t talk to much, tells you how to correct your form, and yields results if you stick with her. Thanks maddy!

Thank you MadFit! I've been stuck using my parent's basement gym since the pandemic has shut down all gyms. I still have motivation to workout but lack the equipment to do so. I LOVE these workouts! Such great movements! I love how they are always changing, but long enough so that I can focus and do the movement well and feel the burn. I love the music and the positive vibes. Thank you for allowing me to keep this booty growing and these abs six-packing! So much appreciation and gratitude! I'd go crazy without these workouts!
2 words to describe this workout: planks, squats. If you love those two, you will like this workout. Workout with no jumps as promised.
Not a fun of static planks, so I appreciated dynamic variation.
No warmup and no cooldown.
Do not recommend, if your knees need some break, mine started hurting immediately (my fault, didn't think there needed extra warmup).
This was so good!!! Totally slung the trajectory of my day into a more positive orbit. I usually train with weights so these bodyweight workouts can be very humbling. I feel great!

I love these workouts. They’re perfect for my out of shape joints. Although I have bad wrists so the plank and reverse bridges are tough but I think they’ll get stronger.
This routine, KILLED me. I've been following you for some time now and I've come across difderent videos. But this routine right here just hits different. I took more breaks *in the middle of each exercise 🙊* than what I usually do. Great sweat!!

When I started doing this workout, I immediately thought wow she's perfect and I'm so far from that and it's true but what I or anyone shouldn't do is giving up on oneself.

Great work out, beginner/medium intensity and no crazy exercises. Great for everyday or multiple times per week! Only thing I missed is a proper cooling down followed by ads.
