@@MrJessicajams its not that difficult tbh. Ive always been too skinny for my liking and building muscle was particularly easy just in 4 days on my calves and thighs. If i flex you can see a semi defined six pack. Maybe its genes but its definitely a life changer

I promised myself 3 months ago to commit to myself, my body, health and mindset. And I've followed workouts from Maddie, gone to the gym that's currently closed again because of another lockdown in my country, but I FEEL THE DIFFERENCE. I SEE the difference. I tried this for the first time tonight and was surprised how well I could keep up. I have a hard time with some of the two part moves like the one squat but I did my best to keep up.

I'm an upstairs neighbour too Alayshia only I am the quiet one and the vile, gremlin, racist man dowstairs is the hellish one. I have not been doing home workouts often since moving to this flat but tonight , through depression, unemployment, pain, I decided to fo a shoert guidede workout since I cannot leave my flat in this state and I cannot afford a gym.
I've watched a lot of RUclips workouts but I have to agree with you that this was GREAT even though I struggled a lot.

1.Results do not come right away it takes time for your body to change
2. while your doing this I believe hydration is important and you need to drink water

I did this workout everyday for a month and lost 10 lbs. I also watched what I ate though. But this workout is a fat burner for sure!! I highly recommend to anyone trying to get fit. I could see veins and my abs were rock hard. It's a killer workout, but you gain what you give! :)

Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

Doing this workout everyday!
Day one: It was very difficult and I couldnt complete every single workout.
Day 2: My body is SOREEE but I got through it again but still had difficulty completing every excercise completely
Day 3: My body is still sore😭 but it got a tad bit easier for me to do.
Day 4: It was easier than yesterday
Day 5: I forgot to do it
Day 6: Today was super easy and I didn't get as tired as before
I did it for the first time yesterday and I’m super sore today.. 😂

I could only do 10 minutes before feeling like I was going to be sick. First time exercising in 10 months for health reasons. I wanna try again but I need to rest for now.

I totally get you!! I hadn't exercised in YEARS, until I finally started again. For the first few weeks I couldn't complete the workouts and I had to skip the HIIT ones, because I was too fatigued.
Now, it's my third month of exercising every day and I got so much better! I always complete the workouts (even though I need a few more pauses than Maddie) and I feel a bit stronger.
Take it easy, but be consistent and don't give up! It will get easier, I promise 😊

What I love about working out with you Maddie is that I’m trying as many of your workouts as possible that I immediately have substitutions on hand when I come across a tough move! Started this three days ago, firswt day i got through half. Second day i only had a few minutes left. Today I did everything. Very nice workout, simple, challenging, and it makes you sweat a lot. Thank you so much for this amazing workout!
Hi, thank you so much for these videos! My daughter is 4 months today so I don’t have a lot of time. 30 minutes just about fit into her nap time (I put my mat down next to the crib so even if she wakes up she will often just watch me) and it gives me a chance to exercise. Also love that it’s no jumping because that’s not an option with a post-partum pelvic floor! Also no equipment means I can just keep my laptop and video near the crib and instantly hop to it once a day when she falls asleep (her nap times are still quite unpredictable) without having to worry about a lot gear. These workout are really helping me feel like I’m taking care of myself because I’m strengthening my core to avoid future back problems from carrying little one around and I want to be a strong / healthy role model. You’re really helping me and it’s soo appreciated!
That was an embarrassing example of how much more variety I need in my workouts! I love this about RUclips; ability to find just what I need in the privacy of my home...all while wearing non-matchy-matchy outfits, hair in a wild pony tail, and grunting my way through these workouts! Just did this today for the first time and I’m sweating so much, that was great! I love that she really focuses on posture and explains the movements in depth like when she said “point your hip muscles towards the ceiling,” I also love the variety of basic workouts I’ve been doing for ages but it makes them all so much better!!! I really feel my core being activated and my entire body getting a kick out of the movements. No pain after too which is so important!
I've recently gained a lot of pounds and want to get in shape so I'm going to record my journey: (2/11/23)
Day 1: ✅done but struggled
Day 2: ✅my body was really sore from yesterday so I had to go slow this time
Day 3:☑️ only did half of the workout (15 min) because it was too late at night, although yesterday I did a lot of stretching so I wasn’t very sore today, except for my chest
Day 4: ✅ After stretching and warming up now my body is not sore anymore. Really pushed myself this time. Sweating so much. Track is starting on 2/21 (today is 2/15), hopefully doing these workouts is gonna get me in shape.
Day 5: ❌I was just way too tired to do it today so I didn’t do the workout
Day 6: ✅really didn’t want to do it today but got myself to do it finally (it’s 12am at night)
Day 7: ☑️ didn’t want to do a 30 min workout today so I decided to do a 10 min ab workout, hurt so much
Day 8: ❌ did not end up doing the workout today just because I wasn’t feeling it

After this day track has started and I am no longer going to do workouts but more so just update on my fitness 2/21
Day 1: ✅ because today was the first day, we did not go extremely strong on workouts but my upper body feels super sore from weightlifting
Day 2: ✅ it was raining today and the weight room was taken so today was a core day, very tiring, especially because I have to go to work right after practice
hate workout where I have to give up here and there. This one is the exact amount of sweat and pain. No jumping, no equipment, no giving up! Thank you very much !
Day 22✅😁😁 i really love how in each video of the calendar i see many exercises that we already did so i know how to do them and can get better in my postures. And thanks for no jumping from my neighbors lol Keep it up guys!!

Hey guys! This is my 5th time doing this and I have some tips!
1. Do only 2 circuits until your body is used to doing the exercises fully.
2. Go as slow as you need so your movements are accurate.
3. It helps to say "up-down" or "left-right" while doing the exercises. This way you stay in rhythm and keep a manageable pace and you are focused on the movement instead of your body hurting or the time that's left

My leg drops have really improved and some of the moves I thought would kill me were not that bad! Still lots of room for improvement but so happy I found your channel!
i'm not a fittness instructor but *if you can* i reccomend doing the whole video with as many modifications as you need in order to make the exercizes easier. Its better to do lower impact for a longer time than high impact for a short period of time and burn out :) its gentler on your muscles and joints, builds endurance, and those modifications will help you master the higher impact moves much quicker!

I have been working out regularly for the past 2 years now.. I tend to rest during my periods.. But this time i was feeling really lazy in my periods, not having enough energy to do anything due to lack of exercise.. I did this small workout.. Very good.. Light workouts and very energizing... I liked it.. Saving to my playlists..

I just have to say that after starting doing this workout, I love it. I just started getting back to exercising and there are tons of 30 min workouts on RUclips, but not all of them offer an intense workout. You barely feel it.
But this one, you feel the burn, you sweat and you feel it the next the day too . Love the workouts and hope to improve every day.💪

Perfect workout to do while on your period :) Not too intense and long, but I still for sure feel the burn and the sweat is just pouring down. Cramps are worse, but I think it was worth it either way. Don't have the courage to go to the gym in case I bleed through, so this is just amazing! Thx
