I wanted to leave you one of the biggest thank you comments I could ever leave. Over the last 18 months, your videos have joined me through my health journey. Gym three times a week, eating differently, and your videos daily at home/at the gym - I am down 135 pounds and type 2 diabetic FREE (diagnosed while pregnant in 2017)! The fact your videos range from beginner stages and increase in intensity over time is what helped build my confidence over time. I was able to feel good starting slow and light, and now I love challenging myself with your longer/more rep workouts. Thank you for all you have helped me achieve in the last 18 months. I felt you deserved to finally know what you have done for me!

an important that i have to remind myself that is a good reminder is you don’t have to do all of it perfectly or at the same pace or extreme. the goal isn’t to do it “perfectly” but to do what challenges you while still being possible. good luck to everyone doing this, i feel great after!

Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

As a university student, my days are packed with classes from 9 am to 4 pm, leaving me with little time to focus on myself and my health. By the time I return to my rental room, I often lack the energy to cook and end up relying on fast food, which has led to weight gain and declining health. However, I've recently made a commitment to quit fast food and have started following your 30-minute workout video. I'm happy to say that it's making a positive difference in my life. Despite the hectic nature of university life, I'm carving out at least 30 minutes each day to prioritize my health, and that means a lot to me. Thank you

as an emotional teen (who is also a ballerina/dancer), a lot of my mental health plummets were due to not working out enough and not having a balanced diet. now that i recognize that im trying to workout 5 days a week, and move my body everyday...especially as a dancer i want to be able to look at myself in the mirrors in the dance studio and not feel insecure. i want to one day look at myself and say " i did it" and i want to one day be able to dance as well as a professional....and i know i cant dance to my full potential if im not taking care of myself....so thank you for helping me out on this journey....im not even close to being done, but ive made a lot of progress, and a lot of that is thanks to you. so thank you

Since then I lost a bunch of weight from a low carb diet, but I couldn't get into the habit of exercising. So my insulin resistance was still high when I did tests again. My doctor told me I should really focus on exercise, and so I started following your exercise videos every day. Was drenched in sweat by the end of this! I felt so amazing, you kept me motivated through the entire thing, and giving various ways to do the workouts helped so much when i wasn’t able to do certain versions. This was the first time i stumbled upon your videos but i will for sure be sticking around :))

Loved this workout out. I used to workout out more regularly up until 2020. Then covid happened and also had my amazing twin girls . I have lost a lot of my fitness level over the past two years. Really looking to get back into shape to stay young and healthy for longer for my girls. This 30 min workout was great and exactly what I was looking for.
