Thanks so much for sharing this workout (no equipment, no jumping). It’s perfect for my medical condition (metal plate w 13 screws on my tibia due to a severe skiing injury 10 years ago & now arthritis on this knee). I could no longer bounce/jump since then. I’ve noticed that you wear shoes for your workouts most of the time. I usually don’t as I’m used to doing yoga on the mat. Please let me know if I should wear shoes for these routines & benefits of wearing shoes versus not. Thanks.

I have lost a total of 100 lbs in the last 6 years. I regularly workout, weight train, jump rope. I've hit a slump. I decided to try this video to help me get over this burnout. 4 days later I am STILL sore! This made me feel so good, felt every body part and it was only 20 minutes long. I found this channel after my son was born 2 years ago and it’s been such a blessing! I Still do them daily and even, while pregnant again (some modifications required) and I still feel strong and healthy. Thanks Maddie for helping to change the mindset around working out! I am a middle school runner and these workouts (especially this 20 min full body) are super helpful. I find them just the right intensity for what I am looking for to keep my whole body to the level of muscle my legs are at. I have tried many different types of workout videos and these are by far my favorite. Thank you Maddie!
The fact that you're adapting a workout for people who live in small places, with no possibility of owning an equipment or jumping (for reasons of noise or others) is really valuable. This workout is full and intense but adapted, I feel normally sore after effort but I don't feel like I've hurt myself in any way. Thank you so much for this video !

2022 December Workout Challenge, Day 12: Complete ✅ I enjoy this one. It's not overly difficult for me, but I still get a good sweat in. Unfortunately, something in my knee popped when I was doing the mountain climbers and now it's aching, so I'll have to be careful going forward on this December challenge, but I'm hoping a night's rest and a little love will help it out. This is the workout I needed today as I am staying in a tiny hotel room, PLUS, I just needed something shorter to manage my check-out :). Thank you, Maddie, this was a nice, simple, yet effective workout:).
I love love love the 20-minute full body workouts! This is great for moms who don't have too much time to themselves; I also appreciate the 45 sec on, 15 sec off interval. Your workouts have allowed me to consistently work out for the first time in my life, three children later so thank you very much! I don't know if this is possible but just instrumental music for working out is great for children's ears not to hear phrases/words they shouldn't be exposed to at a young age.
I had a surgery done on my collarbone about 5 years ago and have been afraid to do push ups and mountain climbers ever since. (I did not do PT afterwards due to financial issues). I wanted to complete this workout so bad that I tried it and I feel so good about myself. I was able to do it all and nothing felt weird. Thank for your videos!
Did it this morning but I "demodified" the Burpees and the Mountain Climbers (I jumped because I love burpees and a good sweaty workout 😊) and the Push-ups (did them on toes instead of on knees). Such fun! Nice job, Maddie! 😘
I have been doing your workouts for a while now (on and off at the moment, trying to get into a routine!) But your workouts have helped me to get a little bit stronger and get my form correct. I love how you take the time to explain how to do the exercise rather than just speeding through it with music in the background like in other workout videos on here! Fantastic workout! I don't think I saw this advertised as a cardio workout - and maybe it is not meant to be - but for me it was, and that is exactly what I was looking for. My heart rate was elevated, sweating profusely....I worked, and I can feel it, but I'm not completely done in. Absolutely perfect - thanks, Maddie!
Man was this a WHOLE BODY workout! Was tougher than I thought it would be! Took me around 27 mins cause of all the breaks I had to take 😅 My favorite was the tricep dip kick. At first when you demonstrated it, I thought no way girl. But then I did it and felt so powerful and amazing! Thanks!

I've been doing your exercises for a while now and am noticing the difference. I'm a dishwasher and ever send I've been doing theses workout videos I feel like gumby and can move around a lot more/faster which makes my job more easier. I am also eating healthy which helps. Thanks so much.
just wanted to say as a college student who has been wanting to get into exercise for a while, but who is also woefully inexperienced and unknowlegeable, thank you so much for your workout routines! campus food is not very nutritional, and although i walk to class, i have found it fairly inefficent for decent exercise. i am also far too socially anxious to work out in front of other people. just did all 20 minutes, and although i am very sweaty, i feel that you have provided a very doable and fun alternative to the gym.

One of the last workouts I did was just music and a person doing the exercise. I kept thinking things like "Madi would say to do this here" and things like that. LOVE not only the content of your workouts, but also the instruction you give. Great vid and great channel! Keep it up!

My husband and I have been doing this 20 minute full body workout for 5 weeks now. Although we have also been adding other Madfit workouts that are incredible. However, we stuck with to this particular workout so that we can see progress. 5 weeks ago it was quite difficult. We have challenged ourselves, and now we are able to get through it, with a lot more ease. Therefore, we wanted to say thank you! You not only have great, updated workouts, but you have a calm, positive disposition that really helps motivate us. Your stretch video with your dog just shows how positive you are. Last time I did one of these, my legs started hurting like crazyyy for soo long and I could barely walk but I have just realised, the pain was worth it, my legs got bit slimmer and last time I weighed myself compared to Bow, I defo lost some weight. Thanks a lot im so glad I came across Madfit❤❤🎉
Me too! Almost exactly! T2 to L1. These no equipment, no jumping workouts are perfect! I just have to modify the twists a bit because of the fusion but Maddie's videos have really changed my core and upper body strength.

8 weeks of regularly working out 15-40 minutes and finally was able to do the whole thing at this pace! Fantastic. You can do it too!

I am a middle school runner and these workouts (especially this 20 min full body) are super helpful. I find them just the right intensity for what I am looking for to keep my whole body to the level of muscle my legs are at. The fact that you're adapting a workout for people who live in small places, with no possibility of owning an equipment or jumping (for reasons of noise or others) is really valuable. This workout is full and intense but adapted, I feel normally sore after effort but I don't feel like I've hurt myself in any way. Thank you so much for this video !

I enjoy this one. It's not overly difficult for me, but I still get a good sweat in. Unfortunately, something in my knee popped when I was doing the mountain climbers and now it's aching, so I'll have to be careful going forward on this December challenge, but I'm hoping a night's rest and a little love will help it out.

I love love love the 20-minute full body workouts! This is great for moms who don't have too much time to themselves; I also appreciate the 45 sec on, 15 sec off interval. Your workouts have allowed me to consistently work out for the first time in my life, three children later so thank you very much!
I don't know if this is possible but just instrumental music for working out is great for children's ears not to hear phrases/words they shouldn't be exposed to at a young age.

I had a surgery done on my collarbone about 5 years ago and have been afraid to do push ups and mountain climbers ever since. (I did not do PT afterwards due to financial issues). I wanted to complete this workout so bad that I tried it and I feel so good about myself. I was able to do it all and nothing felt weird. Thank for your videos!
Did it this morning but I "demodified" the Burpees and the Mountain Climbers (I jumped because I love burpees and a good sweaty workout 😊) and the Push-ups (did them on toes instead of on knees). Such fun! Nice job, Maddie! 😘

I love how you take the time to explain how to do the exercise rather than just speeding through it with music in the background like in other workout videos on here! Fantastic workout! I don't think I saw this advertised as a cardio workout - and maybe it is not meant to be - but for me it was, and that is exactly what I was looking for. My heart rate was elevated, sweating profusely....I worked, and I can feel it, but I'm not completely done in. Absolutely perfect - thanks, Maddie!

Man was this a WHOLE BODY workout! Was tougher than I thought it would be! Took me around 27 mins cause of all the breaks I had to take 😅 My favorite was the tricep dip kick. At first when you demonstrated it, I thought no way girl. But then I did it and felt so powerful and amazing! Thanks!

I've been doing your exercises for a while now and am noticing the difference. I'm a dishwasher and ever send I've been doing theses workout videos I feel like gumby and can move around a lot more/faster which makes my job more easier. I am also eating healthy which helps. Thanks so much.
just wanted to say as a college student who has been wanting to get into exercise for a while, but who is also woefully inexperienced and unknowlegeable, thank you so much for your workout routines! campus food is not very nutritional, and although i walk to class, i have found it fairly inefficent for decent exercise. i am also far too socially anxious to work out in front of other people. just did all 20 minutes, and although i am very sweaty, i feel that you have provided a very doable and fun alternative to the gym.

One of the last workouts I did was just music and a person doing the exercise. I kept thinking things like "Madi would say to do this here" and things like that. LOVE not only the content of your workouts, but also the instruction you give. Great vid and great channel! Keep it up!

My husband and I have been doing this 20 minute full body workout for 5 weeks now. Although we have also been adding other Madfit workouts that are incredible. However, we stuck with to this particular workout so that we can see progress. 5 weeks ago it was quite difficult. We have challenged ourselves, and now we are able to get through it, with a lot more ease. Therefore, we wanted to say thank you! You not only have great, updated workouts, but you have a calm, positive disposition that really helps motivate us. Your stretch video with your dog just shows how positive you are. So again, thank you!! Looking forward to continuing and progressing more and more with all your "Madfit" workout videos!

Thank you SO much for the cue to put the weight into the heels when standing up from the lunge. The past 15 years I've felt so wobbly and unstable in my lunges and this one cue totally fixed it!

Last time I did one of these, my legs started hurting like crazyyy for soo long and I could barely walk but I have just realised, the pain was worth it, my legs got bit slimmer and last time I weighed myself compared to Bow, I defo lost some weight. Thanks a lot im so glad I came across Madfit❤❤🎉

Me too! Almost exactly! T2 to L1. These no equipment, no jumping workouts are perfect! I just have to modify the twists a bit because of the fusion but Maddie's videos have really changed my core and upper body strength.
