I am drenched in sweat. I thought at the beginning of this workout, “oh this is easy!” Then all of a sudden I was wanting to quit. I liked at one point how you said to smile and that I’ll feel good. It reminded me of my goals and I stuck with it the whole workout. Thanks for all these videos. They are changing my life.
I was also a private music teacher for many years so I encourage you to keep this up, because I do remember sitting with students for most of the time! Gotta stretch out.
That was tough, I struggled with the sit up to standing up, I had to have my legs crossed to do it. Also the one where you are on your elbows and your lift your legs alternately up and down and side to side, my back was killing in that one. Toughest workout yet Maddie!
I love these videos to the point.. I feel like I get a better work out doing these video them aimlessly walking around the gym then going home after 30 mins of cardio
For several years, this very video was a recovery or light day workout for me. Today was the first day after a month or more without moving my body and by 15 minutes I was winded. I am working not to feel discouraged and grateful for this "moderate" but kicking-my-butt workout.
In just a little over one week doing these workouts, I can already feel my body becoming stronger! Never found any at-home workouts or coaches that worked until this! Thank you!! Keep up the fantastic work MadFit!

I've been doing madfit workouts for 1 year now and that was the hardest workout I've ever done. Ive never had to stop in the middle of a workout and not do some exercises, but this one i did. I'm disappointed in myself, but sometimes you have those days.
I love how you make fitness easily accessible for everyone! 💖 A gym membership isn't something everyone can afford and some people who want to workout to lose weight are embarrassed to go to the gym and workout in public. Being able to workout at home will really make a difference to some people!

What you can also do is add a couple to a NEW playlist and put them in order so that it plays back to back - from warm up, exercise and cool down/stretch. Thats what Ive done lol.

I have never felt heavier in my life!! When I had to lift up my legs and bring my heels together I lifted with all my might and my thighs still dragged on the ground lmao. At least I did it

Love your quiet, yet encouraging personality. When we do moves on the floor, face down, that require a 2nd part to it, it would be very helpful if you always told us when the 2nd part was happening. For instance when we are doing prone running and then we are suppose to jump up every so often, it would be nice for you to tell us because we can't see you when we are face down. 😉
Second time through this workout, whew! Did she say, "smile," during this workout. Stick with her. I suggest focusing on form first, then pick up your pace to try to match her's. That's a practice makes perfect move. It's obviously possible because she's doing it. Don't be discouraged, it tripped me out too, couldn't do it once. Stick with Maddie. She'll get you there.

So I found this channel last week - love it! This girl is awesome! This workout - not so much. All that flipping around made me nauseous. I'm not overweight but I am out of shape. I had to take a rest for like 2 min before each flip lol. I'm hoping the other full body work outs aren't as flip-flopy.
Those last few exercises get me every time, especially the L switch. Standing from a sit-up, still trying to do that-- practicing with an elevated platform for now. Way to go, Maddie!

I have been trying this workout routine throughout this Ramadan in the morning and evening. I would say, it's bearable as compared to other workout routines.

Third round on this workout. The last two exercises broke me. Standing up from sit-up? Didn't think it was humanly possible until Maddie did it. Practice makes perfect, I guess. Thanks for the challenging workouts, Maddie! :)
Great workout. A bit of break in between to switch to different moves would be appreciated, instead of continuous talking as I was feeling frustrated during the workout when I couldn't quickly switch over. However I do like the plants in the background...gives me a calm feeling.
Losing fat = consuming less calories than you burn, building muscle =eating more than you burn. If you are a beginner you can build muscle and lose fat at the same time no matter how much you eat. In general, with workouts like this you won't become too muscular though, but you can still be strong
I’m a flight attendant and don’t always have time to run or hit the gym. This is a good all around workout to do in my hotel room overnights to get the heart rate up and target muscle groups. Would love to see some balance moves incorporated. Thanks for the workout!
I realized that you don't necessarily have to do the EXACT way she does. I did some moves that would be considered cheating, but that didn't prevent me from sweating my ass off. I just don't have the strengh to do it exactly like her. All that matters is that I did what I was suppose to do.
The exercises are good, but the pace was chaotic. Needs 15 second breaks to transition between moves and catch breath. Also chaotic that some things are 30 sec and some 60 sec. More current videos are MUCH better.
Her: We are going to give your abs a little bit of a break. Also her: *proceeds to spend the rest of the workout doing boot camp for abs* Smile...embrace the pain!

i have a condition in my knees and i found that instead of jumping just going on your tippy toes gives the same effect!

I switched off when she did the "stand up" from a sit up. Far too advanced for me and I've been working out all my life.

Third round on this workout. The last two exercises broke me. Standing up from sit-up? Didn't think it was humanly possible until Maddie did it. Practice makes perfect, I guess. Thanks for the challenging workouts, Maddie! :)
Great workout. A bit of break in between to switch to different moves would be appreciated, instead of continuous talking as I was feeling frustrated during the workout when I couldn't quickly switch over. However I do like the plants in the background...gives me a calm feeling.

hi just asking, does this help w keeping you in shape or losing 'fats' or like helps you to build muscle?
Losing fat = consuming less calories than you burn, building muscle =eating more than you burn. If you are a beginner you can build muscle and lose fat at the same time no matter how much you eat. In general, with workouts like this you won't become too muscular though, but you can still be strong

I’m a flight attendant and don’t always have time to run or hit the gym. This is a good all around workout to do in my hotel room overnights to get the heart rate up and target muscle groups. Would love to see some balance moves incorporated. Thanks for the workout!
I realized that you don't necessarily have to do the EXACT way she does. I did some moves that would be considered cheating, but that didn't prevent me from sweating my ass off. I just don't have the strengh to do it exactly like her. All that matters is that I did what I was suppose to do.
I've been doing body weight/hiits for a few years yet you've introduced me to moves I've never done before! Plus my body had to WORK. Love! xx

The exercises are good, but the pace was chaotic. Needs 15 second breaks to transition between moves and catch breath. Also chaotic that some things are 30 sec and some 60 sec. More current videos are MUCH better.
I love your work out videos. I do them several times a week but I prefer for you to explain the workout before I'm supposed to be doing it.
