    In 3 weeks I lost 10 lbs by alternating between this video and the 20 minute fat burning workout. I love these videos. They are very manageable if you haven't worked out in a while (2 years for me after having birth) and they are easy to do with a toddler. I've always struggled with my weight but I went from 170 lbs to 230 lbs. I started walking and saw some improvement but not like I wanted. I searched and searched for something that would NOT make me feel like a failure because I couldn't keep up or couldn't finish the workout. MadFit is EXACTLY what I was looking for! I still sweat and feel the burn and huff for air but I also feel accomplished after a workout.

      Hey, thank you so much for your comment, I want to ask, because I am new to working out and I just started to loose weight after getting off antidepressants and birth control, how many videos a day did u do? Did u do this video one day and the other one the next? So daily you worked out 20 minutes? Because I can only do one video per day without overworking myself and then slack of the next day and end up ruining my strike, and having to start again, but at the same time I feel like I am not doing enough, you know. Is it "less is more" but everyday? Thank you so much in advance, if you were to reply and congratulations on your journey!

    • @Squishiesmama
      @Squishiesmama Год назад +1

      @@Ttotiee I did one video one day and the other the next. I can't do more than one a day either, but I chase around a toddler all day so I feel like I get something there 😂. I missed some days but I never let that deture me. It's all about consistency. I didn't notice really much change until someone asked me if I was losing weight and thats when i started tracking it lol. Don't give up and if you miss a day, just pick up where you left off the next day. I also changed my diet too, more veggies and fruit with every meal. Good luck!!

    I consider myself a beginner because I haven't worked out in a very long time.
    Definitely felt the heat but I really enjoyed it. I love how you also show ways on how we can modify to make sure we don't skip anything.
    The encouragement during the work out helps as well. I was able to push through even when I felt like stopping at some point.
    Thanks Maddie❤️😊

      Fr. I'm used to doing powerlifting stuff.. and let me tell you, I did bodyweight squats with some hardcore loop bands around my ankles and my ass is on fire. Bodyweight is fantastic. For anyone wanting to get started, don't underestimate the power of a minimal workout. Even zero equipment can get you started, which is awesome for anyone trying to budget.

    enjoyed it! I´m on day 1 of getting into healthy shape- not trying to lose weight, rather I need to gain muscles. I have had scoliosis since I was a child and it has gotten worse and worse over the years. It always bothered me that I never got into exercising when I was younger- I hated myself, my body, I was insecure. Now I´m content with my body, I made friends with it so it´s time i started taking care of it too. So, hopefully.... this was the first of many of your videos to be played in my house! I´m looking forward to working out with you more! :D

    Just getting back into working out after years of doing nothing really. Thanks for this work out! I survived the whole 20 mins. I like your quick explanations too, sometimes a lot of talking is just too much!

    Just gave this a go as my intro back into fitness after falling off the gym wagon last year and it was kind of tough in parts so I had to take a break, but I'm trying really hard to remind myself that that's completely okay and that I don't need to feel any shame for not being as fit as I used to be

    I tried one of these workout videos yesterday for the first time. I go to a fitness place for aqua fit and silver sneakers. With the Christmas season and extremely cold weather in my state recently, the fitness place closed or wasn't having the classes that I usually go to. I was very impressed with these workouts and even might consider doing these more often.

    Thank you for the 20-min beginner workout Maddie 🥳 i feel great and feel the accomplishment after doing it, it’s challenging enough but not too hard, great to practice in normal-level days ☺️👌✨
