I have a pinched nerve in my neck and have had to give up weightlifting for a while. But, your low impact, no jumping workouts are exactly what I needed to still get my sweat on. I take longer breaks when needed and do the modified versions, but even then it's still a great workout! Thanks Anna!! 💖

TYSM! My mom has been complaining abt my usual HIIT routine, because there's a lot of loud noises and jumping, and there were no complaints this time! Loved this workout, really gave me a GOOD sweat and burn in my legs! Love this, would def recommend if you want a quiet, but very effective HIIT workout! Edit: Im going to try to double this workout today, will update when im done! EDIT: THis is the next day, couldnt do it yestrday, it was getting late, but i did it today! Very proud of myself!! ^^

I liked how much this made me sweat but I think there was too much lower body in this, especially given how there are often two or three squatting exercises right next to one another. I think each exercise is going to be way too long for anyone who's already done leg exercises earlier in the week or who hasn't developed that area enough. A good workout, but I'd recommend labeling it "Cardio + Lower Body" so people know what to expect going in
I’ve been poorly, and this is the perfect workout trying to get back into it after Covid. When I’m not unwell I love hiit. So this is the perfect level of intensity to get back into it :)

Hello, I really love your routines, they are very intense and very good, but now I am 48 years old and I would appreciate it if you can do routines no squatting/no jumping. I have a bad knee and ankle. Many people have joint problems, and after doing a leg routine we are left with pain in the knees. We would love to see cardio-aerobics hiit routines on your channel constantly moving, they are very good and also work the whole body without causing injuries. I'm stuck. I don't know what to do. I've tried many many things to loose weight. I'm currently doing intermittent fasting, which isn't really working anymore. I've tried running, hiit, etc. But nothing works. I'm only 14 and I'm 260. My goal weight, even if it's still big for a 14 tear old is 135. I just moved, and I can't go to the doctors bc the office is packed. They can't have anymore patients. I really want to go to the doctor and figure this all out, but I can't. I've been trying really hard to eat healthier. However, my family don't make a lot of money..and they all eat junk food. My mom always says it's too expensive. I also can't get a gym membership bc it's too expensive. Please, someone..what do I do?
Your situation is very difficult but I think the key is to eat as healthy as possible by trying to find cheap healthier alternatives to junk food while waiting to see the doctor. Maybe try to talk to your family if you feel confortable with them since you're still young so they can try to understand your need and help you ❤️ keep exercising you got this 💕

My progress Trial : I just gave up halfway through Day 1: took three long breaks, struggled (modified some and went at a slower pace) but made it to the end.
I had lower back pains for 6 months because of some things I suspect. But today, after doing this workout for the first time, my back pain is no more. It feels like magic has happened to me. :)

Too much squats and kneeling for sore knees and extra weight! I have an impression that these excercises developed to damage even more!
