For those not feeling them-sporty-selves today. I couldn't complete it just like I wanted to. I had to stop a few times, I drank water at minute 7 and transformed most of the squats exercises, Im right now stopped on minute 19:30 writing this laying on the floor, but here we are. Don't give up!
Omg I did it!! I had to take breaks in between but I am still very proud of myself for completing the workout . Also I am so sweaty at this point that I cant even tell you It was also a great motivation to see her working out with us 😊

Nice routine! I’m very grateful for this no jumping routine today… I’ll do all of the “head upright” parts and what I’m able to do on the other parts, having had multiple retinal bleeds in the nights lately. Thanks for this workout Anna! ❤❤❤
Great Workout to get me back into fitness after a year off with achilles tendon and rotary cuff tear (non exercise related). Like the low impact but still good exercise routine 😊

I have lost 50kg over the years but there's been several years I have'nt done ANYTHING and that starts to show. Thank you for this workout! I started to workout with "easier" dance workouts a month ago and felt I was ready to try this video. Even though I could not do all the exercises you did, I managed to not give up before the Video ended. I just did an easier variation of the few that I couldn't do proprerly😅. Tomorrow I will do the 25 min beginner workout. Last time I tried that one, I was done after 8 minutes. Curious how it will be tomorrow.
