My friend turned me on to your videos (which I was hesitant to do, because most videos are a lot of screaming and loud music), and I have been going strong for ~3 months. The changes I’m noticing in my appearance is THE BEST! Your workouts have inspired me to workout consistently, eat less/more mindfully, drink less alcohol, and the list goes on. I love this mixed cardio style of workout. I need to incorporate more strength training but also get my heart rate up. I am 3 months postpartum with my second child and I have lost all of my baby weight from this pregnancy. Now I’m trying to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight from my first. Your workouts have helped so much (and eating healthier lol). Would love to see more of this weights/mixed cardio style. Thanks!
