    absolutely no motivation for working out today, so i though "just a quick hiit today so i don't feel too bad" and of course maddie drops a brand new one, and no repeats to help my lack of motivation!! love you for reading my mind maddie lol

    Love the no repeat sessions! So easy to stay engaged the whole time. I always tell myself “you’re only doing this once” to really push myself 💪🏾

    Your videos have helped me so so much with the way I view myself and my body. Following your videos from the comfort of my own home makes it so much more doable imo. Now exercise is something I look forward to.

    Found tomorrow’s workout! Maddie, you are AMAZING! My friend turned me on to your videos (which I was hesitant to do, because most videos are a lot of screaming and loud music), and I have been going strong for ~3 months. The changes I’m noticing in my appearance is THE BEST! Your workouts have inspired me to workout consistently, eat less/more mindfully, drink less alcohol, and the list goes on. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
    PS. I can’t get the Good Time by Snake City song out of my head because of you!

    Great quick workout. I was really strapped for time today but got it done. Don’t forget to throw in a little bit of a warm-up. It doesn’t include it and is definitely needed.

    I love this mixed cardio style of workout. I need to incorporate more strength training but also get my heart rate up. I am 3 months postpartum with my second child and I have lost all of my baby weight from this pregnancy. Now I’m trying to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight from my first. Your workouts have helped so much (and eating healthier lol). Would love to see more of this weights/mixed cardio style. Thanks!

    Thank you for this amazing motivating video! When I wake up in the morning, I'm looking forward doing this work out!
    Today is my 3rd time doing this work out, I'm planning to do this one everyday for 1 week so I feel comfortable with the exercises. The no repeat and weights is definitely what keeps me clicking on this video!

    I have been following your workouts for a few months now and I can feel and see a difference in my body! I used to do CrossFit but found the heaviness and intensity was too much for me to keep up with consistent workouts. Your workouts are perfect blend of HITT/Pilates and restorative exercise and I absolutely love them!! Thank you for making these, I’d love to see more like this one!

    Thanks again for another great workout Maddie! Had to do a couple of apartment friendly modifications to take out the jumps, but really enjoyed this one 😊 I hear you on the heating though - I put mine on as it's due to be 7C in the UK today (which is quite cold for here) and now I'm sweating after that workout!

    I did enjoy your 20 minute full body hit with weights no repeats I like this one what towards the end of the exercise the Criss-Cross your legs that was hard but I did it thank you very much for sharing this exercise I really did need it makes me feel good that I accomplished something from Terry
