If you would consider making a dance party video for a less popular artist, you should look into the belgian singer Angèle! She sang Fever with Dua Lipa. Angèle does a lot of dance pop songs so I think it would be so perfect for a dance party! Her music is so catchy and she writes and produces almost all of it

I think I might have modified that burpee to the point of being unrecognizable, but I'm proud to announce I made it through otherwise, even through the killer lunge combo. Seeing I'm still not back to my pre-Covid self that's success.
As a new comer to this channel as of July 3rd 2023 I did this particular work out today July 7th for the first time using 8 pounds dumbells. I was able to complete it but man my arms were like noodles for a few hours after. I was dripping in sweat as we neared the end and it took of every ounce of will power i possessed to complete it. Can't wait to go at another one tomorrow

It’s great you can see that the routine isn’t completely effortless for Maddie either (or at least so she pretends). Unlike those hyper-pumped trainers who perform ridiculously difficult contortions as if just anyone could do those… Don’t get me wrong, Maddie is really fit and strong too-way more than I will ever be-but her routines just seem so much more human…
Loved this! It really does work out the entire body. I enjoyed it so much, I did it twice!! Hoping it doesn’t stop me from walking down the stairs like one of the other full body ones, those hammies were tiiiiiight 😂

Congratulations to me for taking a 10 pound dumbbell at the end of the video cuz I realized I’m ready( I used an 8 pound before) and I found my self adding a foot raise of the opposite hand on my last exercise which was even more exciting to add a challenge to my self. Thank u so much for talking through the videos even though I know it’s hard for u but ur so amazing and u talking and encouraging helps so much. I share ur videos all the time with my friends

I would like to do every day just was reading u have to rest ur muscles otherwise they don't recover and the exercise won't have an effect. I don't know if true
@@katnd5293 you’ll still get results even if you exercise everyday and don’t let your muscles rest, though it’s preferred not to. I exercise every singe day and I’m pretty toned. It’s always good to stretch before and after too

This workout has been my favorite to date. I felt the burn in all of my muscles but also felt like it was very doable. More like this please!
