With 5 min warm up and 5 min cool down, I find it perfect to fit in my schedule and enough for one day (or extend it with burn out videos, or dance cardio)! Also light equipment is perfect for me, I just like that intensity and it is something that I like to fill my little home gym with :) aka corner of my room... I like this format where you break them up into 2 big sets and each set is broken up into 2 small sets. It made 20 minutes fly fast. I felt the workout without the boredom. Thank you

i just did this workout and i really like these kinds with slow and controlled exercises! i feel like i do the exercises with more consciousness and im not hurting my knees or lower back. love it! and 20min is perfect length for me I would also love a another 20min ballet inspired workout with maybe some stretching elements keep on going maddie, you and your workouts are amazing ❤

This is by far my favorite style of workout that you’ve created so far! I am healing a torn hip labrum from weight lifting and I feel so limited with what kind of workouts I can do while recovering. HIIT workouts tend to have too much jumping around and squatting so I absolutely love that I can use some light weights with this total body routine and feel like I’m getting a solid workout in. I modify any parts that don’t work for a bum hip but otherwise I keep coming back to this one over and over! Thank you for helping me stay moving in a way that feels fun! Love!

I’m a dog walker and just got done doing 3 different services in one morning/afternoon and really wanted to shower, but I told myself I should do a workout first so of course I put it on Madfit but my video kept freezing. I wanted to stop so bad but I just pulled it up on my phone instead of my TV and kept going💪🏼 this was a great one! I'm trying to get into working out in general, more specifically from home. I have been subscribed to your channel for a long time now but only do videos once every blue moon. After warming up, I chose this video which seemed a bit advanced, but I kept up the best I could and made adjustments where necessary. It was a really good workout but the one movement I couldn't do was the sit up. I was looking for a variation (for example: like you gave for the jumping jacks) but since there wasn't one I did a movement where I kept my legs tucked into a ball towards my chest and kept my head up doing a crunch. I'm not sure if that was a good choice, but just an idea for anyone who feels a bit discouraged by certain moves. It's okay to adjust to what your body CAN do and add to that over time :) good luck everyone

I just want to say that I'm so glad I happened upon your RUclips channel! I love pairing 1-4 of your workouts together giving myself a 40-60 min workout targeting all different areas. I feel like it challenges me and I'm able to pick and choose what to do for that day. I definitely need to move into using heavier weights so that will be my next purchase.
