I love your no repeat workouts because it’s so much easier to get through each exercise when 1. I don’t have to think about how hard it might be and 2. I know when it’s done I don’t have to do it again 😂

Everytime I was about to give up, collapse and die on the floor- you always had a perfectly timed "one last push!" or "10 seconds left". This is why I love your videos, not a lot of talk, but when there is, it is always perfectly timed and intentional.

Ok so for the people that needed an update
I was able to be consistent with maddies workouts, even in school, all through January and half February
However I didn't consistently measure myself, because all I wanted was to build a consistent workout progress
Did I see changes?
Well I did a combination of her 2 days of herstrength workouts and 3 days of her hiit and were there changes?
Yes there were
I saw muscle definition in my arms,
My clothes fit better and my stomach got a lot flatter
I noticed my glutes got more definition, because I'm a dancer I noticed I didn't loose breath as often after a dance session as well
My recommendation:
For changes , do these workouts consistently!
Do maddies hiit workouts along with strength training and your good to go
It's not about how long they are but how consistently you do them
And also pair them with good eating habits,
I only drink water an hardly any soda,
I started halfing my meals with veggies as well

Hi Maddie! My little sister and I have bonded over doing your videos for five years, and I just want to tell you how grateful I am to you for helping me stay in shape. The gym is expensive, crowded, and far away from where I live, and your videos have saved me so much stress by showing me that I can take care of my health in the comfort of my own home. You are awesome and yours has always been my favorite youtube channel! Thanks for all that you do, I can’t put into words how much better these workouts have made my life :D The no repeats are awesome too!

This is my favourite style of workout! 🤩 It was challenging, but the 20 mins flew by! Loved it and will definitely do this on a weekly basis!

Couldn’t really go outside to train for field hockey, since it is rainy today. Saw this pop up and it was a great workout for the day!
When I plopped my face on my mat while doing the mountain climbers Maddie said “keep it going!” and I sprung back up 😄

Hi. Thank you for your workouts. I love them. In the past, you have asked for suggestions. Just wondering if one day you can please make a quick 15 minute work out benefiting those who work at home sitting on their butts all day in front of a computer. I only have a 30 minute lunch but need a quick workout to avoid being sedentary for 8 hours.
Found you a couple of weeks ago, and I love all your videos. They are hard, consistent, fun and I am totally seeing a difference in my body. You don't need to work out for hours, quick, hard and fun is all you need. Thanks so much for giving us a healthy life style.

Just have to say I really appreciated this workout! So many times a workout says "no repeats" but it's really just different variations of the same move. Like squats, squat jump, squats with a reach, in and out squats jumps, etc so you end up doing a million squats by the end. This workout was super tolerable and went by so quickly because there was very little repetition in the movements at all! This definitely gave me a bit of a confidence boost. Thank you!!
