  • Join me for a 20 minute TOTAL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen through your whole body. All you need is a mat and a medium set of weights. Today I'll be using two 10LB dumbbells. This is a low impact routine which means there is NO JUMPING. I'll also be including a super quick warm up and cool down. There are NO REPEATS with intervals of 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. So get ready to sculpt! 💞 xox Mik

    I love the 20-minute full-body workouts! I appreciate the timer, the short rest in between, and the not too much talking to get the video rolling. I also appreciate the brief form reminders. I'd love a playlist full of these 20 minute workouts.

    I really live this 20-minute workout. I woke up every day at 4 am except Saturday and Sunday. Always looking to do your workout because they are doable. During the week I'm ready to do my 8 hour job after doing exercise in the am. Please more like this.💪💪💪

    Loved this work out! Express with warm up cool down is my fave. I don't always have time to do the longer ones after work being a single mom with a young child. These type of quick work outs with the warm up and cool down included is PERFECT for our busy days!

    This is a perfect size workout; love the short warmup and cooldown with stretches. I would like some calf stretches please! I notice I need more balancing work on things like reverse lunges or maybe my form isn’t the best. I’m 70 so it’s an issue. I use your workout exclusively after working with other coaches for years. I love the format, organization, and friendly quiet. I shared your videos to my daughter in Italy, a busy mom of two young children. They will be perfect for her since you offer such a range.
