Yes! Please make more workouts like this - loved that you stepped it up a bit for more intensity. Would also LOVE to see a set of slightly longer workouts (40-45 mins) so I don't have to piece together two 20 mins! TY!

Successfully completed!! Loved this workout. Sweating but not as tired as I get doing the cardio😅. I liked the warm up and the side stretches. Really surprised myself there because although in lift weights, my arm strength is not there yet to hold myself up long enough.

Loved it, thank you! I tend to get bored quite easily but never with your workouts! Just the right amount of challenge. By lower body is a lot stronger than the upper body so I just switched a lot between the weights. I always find the body weight/Pilates moves especially challenging but hope I can get stronger over time. Thank you 😊
