The moves are complex but doable. I enjoy that sometimes I do the mods and sometimes I can do the harder versions. As an older person, I appreciate you mentioning the importance of exercising the brain! So vital as we age.

I like that your workouts are only 30 minutes, use one set of dumbbells, include compound moves, and also incorporate core work. My heart rate always gets up there and I'm very sweaty by the end of the workout. I think your channel is the perfect addition to my workout regimen. Again, thank you so much!
Ok, this one absolutely whooped my butt today. I swear by your videos. You know exactly when floor exercises are needed to “recover” between harder sets. Your lines are amazing to mirror and I admire the fact you make it seem effortless but keep it real. Thank you so much for your videos!!!!!! Oh- and no repeats are truly the BEST!!!!! Never know what’s next and I feel like I am a champion by the end versus defeated knowing I have to repeat sets and dreading it till the end.
Wow that was tough . Needed to do some of the modifications but as a nearly 59 year old I'm happy with that . Love your workouts, you keep me motivated 💪
I love how you mix all different movement to hit lot of muscles in one move. I don’t have a lot of time to do workouts so these exercises are perfect for me. Please make more 30 minute workouts with compound exercises like this in the future! Thank you♥️
Second time doing this workout and I still love it just as much. Chose mostly 15-30lb weights and my muscles are feeling strong and I’m sweaty! Thank you for such a well rounded workout Mikala. I love this background so much too. It feels so inspiring! ❤

Yes, I especially enjoyed the twist on the deep lunge, arm extension and elbow inside the knee. Also the side reach to bent knee side then push off and return to bend, very dance-like. I have been guessing that you have a dance background. I danced primarily in Ballet as a teenager, quit at 19 (almost 50 years ago) with knee problems. It gave me the joy of movement.❤ I love your whole body and ab workouts.
At 60 i really enjoyed this workout it was challenging and i had to miss out the jumping bits as my knees don't like it but love that you put modified moves as well. Thank you x

Wow! I had to drop the weight down a little for some of those compound movements but that was a real all around challenge, muscles, balance, cardiac, mind!
Wow what a great start to the week! Loved these new flow moves getting the heart rate up. I’d love if you could add where we should be feeling it with these new moves. Pretty chalanging. Loved it but sometimes also felt like I got lost in some of the combo moves with arms and legs.😅 Happy with the modifications. I def needed some of them today. That being said, thank you for always creating new moves. That's what makes me come back to you. You keep working out exciting and as someone who gets easily bored with working out, I really apreciate you for that.❤

Great workout! I was truly challenged on some of the sequences, but I really like the concept of training the mind as well as the body to follow a series of movements.
