    I did your 20 and 10 munites dumbells exercise every day for 3 months ,my suger level Hba1c drop from 11 to 7 and doctor reduce my dibatic medicine to half dose ..thanks mic ❤ i m posting this message because might its encourage others . U doing nobel work for world societ..i m 64 years old and usuing 1 kg dumbell..thanks

    Would love some neck-friendly core work interspersed in future! Lots of crunches and planks in a row can be really tough on the neck. Thanks so much!

    I love that you have different lengths of workouts! It allows me to slowly build up without overdoing it! I started with 10 minute workouts for 2 weeks and now doing 15 minute workouts! Thanks!

    so side planks really hurt my elbow, is it possible i’ve gotten the form wrong or is my core that rubbish that i’m putting all my weight into my arm and i should do different exercises first instead?

    Hi! I don't if anyone can help becouse I feel like I'm not doing it right, whenever I try to do ab workout I clench my neck and it feels much harder to do, I think I should try to squeeze my abs but I don't really know how to stop squeezing my neck
