so side planks really hurt my elbow, is it possible i’ve gotten the form wrong or is my core that rubbish that i’m putting all my weight into my arm and i should do different exercises first instead?

Hi not sure if its youtube or your video but this workout and the 10 min cardio were black w audio only when I tried to go full screen - I just did it w the small screen but maybe something to check on

Hi! I don't if anyone can help becouse I feel like I'm not doing it right, whenever I try to do ab workout I clench my neck and it feels much harder to do, I think I should try to squeeze my abs but I don't really know how to stop squeezing my neck
