Just found your channel. Day 3 of your 20 minute standing dumbbell workouts. I’m 50 and need to tone up badly. I love your videos. The exercises are not too complicated. You don’t repeat any which is so great bc I get bored easily. They are short and sweet and I appreciate what you do!!

I have bad reflux and LOVE these standing workouts. The moves are challenging without being overly complicated and easy to adjust with dumbbells. Would love to see more standing (or sitting) workouts!

I have pcos and all of these 'highly recommended' workouts didn't work well with me. Since the mentioned exercise only increased my cortisol levels, instead of doing better, it worsened for me. I finally started looking up on workouts that were slow with dumbells. I'm SO glad I ran into yours, and I have been following since. You're doing God's work with these.
