I really like all your arm workouts. I appreciate your clear explanations and reminders of not to swing it, or arch back, etc. At 66 it is the first time I stick to a routine workout almost daily.
This is my favorite workout. I did this thrice a week up until my hip replacement surgery and now it’s been a month and I just began and did the workout seated. Just so you know muscles atrophy and even though hip rehab is a long process workouts like this one keep my upper body fit. Can I request you to actually do a seated upper body workout for people like me who are recovering from injuries?
Shazzam! Wow that's an excellent arm workout. Great ranges of motion on each set and creative combination movements for maximum work. I could have used a side view of that final set. Wasn't clear how to extend the arm or the angle of the arm on the 2nd half of the movement. I'll be back to do this one repeatedly. Thanks "mik"

I can't do planks, pushups, etc. Really liked your style- basic but eff moves. This was perfect, perfect, perfect. Can't wait to get better and follow along with everything else.

Anyone who posts a claim for anyone doing a workout that will burn "x calories!!!" is lying to you. Calories burned is variable depending on the person and even with the same person day to day doing the same workout.
It differs greatly person to person depending on your weight, intensity and fitness level. I'm a slightly unfit 5'10" 192lb woman and I burned 200 cals but I did use 4kg dumbbells.

Such a great workout. It has great and doable moves. I wanted something a bit longer so I just did this twice!!!!!! I'm gonna add to my weekly rotation. I started with 5 pounds but I will gradually increase the weight. Thank you!

It depends on the individuals body weight, but for a 150 lb female. It is about 90 calories.
I am about 200lbs and 5”10 woman and Apple Watch says I burned around 100 cals (although I used a lighter weight as that’s all I had)
