This was one of the best upper body dumbbell workouts I’ve ever done. Targets all the areas that are weaker and really efficient burn in just 20 mins. Great moves that I haven’t seen other online coaches combine. Couldn’t ask for more. Favorited this one to repeat! I have a lot of insecurities about my arms so I've done quite a few RUclips arm workouts..... hands down this is the hardest 20 minutes out there! I chose it because it says "No pushups" and thought it would be easier. I was SO WRONG!! I can now feel muscles in my arms that I didn't even know I had. I'm on holiday so used 3L and 1L water bottles instead of dumbbells and I can hardly believe how much of a burn I'm feeling right now
This is one of my favorite RUclips arm workouts ever! I love the barre portions with light weights. You targeted different muscles than typical arm weightlifting exercises and I love it! I come back to this workout often!
