- Join me for a 15 minute BARRE ARMS WORKOUT on the beach! We'll be toning up through your arms and upper body muscles. Each move will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. We'll perform 7 different exercises, twice through with one bonus exercise at the end! All you need is a light set of dumbbells. Today I'll be using 3 pound weights. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

I have autoimmune issues so the workouts I use to enjoy doing actually have a negative impact on me now. I love and adore your workouts because I never get bored… love the no repeat workouts… and you are so good at the encouragement and support as we work our bodies to become their best.
