15 min BARRE ARMS WORKOUT | Lean and Toned arms

  • Join me for a 15 minute BARRE ARMS at home workout to tone and shape your arm muscles from all angles. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. All you need is a set of light dumbbells anywhere from 2-5lbs. If you don't have dumbbells at home, then you can always try using full water bottles, shampoo bottles, or anything else you can find in the house! So let's get toning! 💞 xox Mik
    EQUIPMENT:
    Set of Light Dumbbells (Anywhere from 2-5 pound weights would work best)
    Mat (optional)

    Oh my word! I usually use 15lb weights for arm exercises, but I went ahead did 3lbs thinking it would be a cute little mid-day something but whew! Who knew?!! Thanks, Mik!

    Hi Manon et al: Back on your workout after having half my upper left lung excised 2 weeks ago following cancer. I am hopeful I will be able to get enough fitness back for my training camp in Lanzarote in March.     The coolest FIREY barre arm workout!!! Already subscribed... the 1st round did it w/my 5 lb wgts. & then on the 2nd round, had to scale down to my 3 lbs wgts. I will most definitely return to this here workout!! This 61 yr old #queenager busted your workout sumthin nice!❤‍🔥❤‍🔥❤‍🔥

    LOVE your workouts but can you please stop saying AX hale and pronounce it EX hale? It's hard to listen to over and over again.

      Sometimes people have their own quirky pronunciations of some words. It's no big deal, and you are not their teacher to correct them. These are FREE workouts. Noone owes anything to you. Since you think you can go around and correct people - I will correct YOU for a change. There's so much in life/people that will annoy you - yet in the end it's YOUR problem, not theirs, if something in them triggers such a reaction from you - and it's up to YOU to handle that. You can't go around saying people how to act in order not to annoy you lmao. You're not the center of the Universe, and honestly if such a trivial thing annoys you to the point of forgetting your manners.... You've got worse issues than someone mispronouncing one word.
      See how I turned it around on you? OTHER PEOPLE WILL ALSO DO THAT if you continue to be so rude and obnoxious.
