    I have been using your work outs for half a year already and they have helped me so much, especially to work out consistently. Knowing that they are 20-10 min is easier than going to the gym, preparing everything and then having to walk back. It helps with motivation so much, thanks again!

    I'm a beginner and I really appreciate that these are doable for me with weights!
    I only watch on my phone and I honestly prefer all standing or all ground in one video, so I don't have to reorganise, get weights and Phone up and down in 15 seconds.

    This was challenging for me as a beginner (I used 8 pound weights and 5 pound weights for two of the moves), but very fun! Would love to see a new arm workout that incorporated a few barre arms moves like you have down in some of your older videos! Thanks for another great workout!

    I love this!!!
    I lost a bit of weight and was looking to tone up my arms and shoulders a bit! This is perfect!!!
    And it goes by so fast! Didn’t feel like 20 mins at all!

    I love your workouts. I meet my daughter weekly on zoom and we do your arms together. Love that I feel the exercises but they’re not so difficult that I avoid keeping my 3x wk commitment. 12-15 min ideal for me. Love your settings also love that you show angles. Always good to get new routines. Thanks for doing your channel

    Thanks for the shorter workouts - they are so beneficial to helping me still get sleep, walk the dog and get to work on time!!! I enjoy the group challenges but was surprised at how those extra 10-15 minutes matter.

    Good workout! I love the 10-20 minute options. Then I can do more than 1 activity and it keeps me from getting bored. I also have a senior dog that gets a 10-15 minute daily walk so I love to walk him and come back and do a video!!
