This was challenging for me as a beginner (I used 8 pound weights and 5 pound weights for two of the moves), but very fun! Would love to see a new arm workout that incorporated a few barre arms moves like you have down in some of your older videos! Thanks for another great workout!

Love that I feel the exercises but they’re not so difficult that I avoid keeping my 3x wk commitment. 12-15 min ideal for me. Love your settings also love that you show angles. Always good to get new routines. Thanks for doing your channel

Good workout! I love the 10-20 minute options. Then I can do more than 1 activity and it keeps me from getting bored. I also have a senior dog that gets a 10-15 minute daily walk so I love to walk him and come back and do a video!!
