Years ago (decades ago😂) Kathy Smith came out with a Barre workout for arms and I did that one 3 times a week for months and I swear my arms were in the best shape of my life and her session was not half of what this one is!!!! I really hope noone watches this and passes on it because it looks "too easy", they will be missing out!!! It is anything but easy!!😳😳😳 Oh boy, a standing Barre Legs would be AWESOME to accompany this one (hint, hint😉😉). I used 2 lbs and completely admit I put em down for a couple sec throughout ! You know what else your arm workouts like these allow us to do ?!?! More arm workouts! Ha ! In all seriousness, as the months go by I find myself getting through the " optional " dumbbell portipns of your workouts with fewer breaks, better form and MAYBE a couple less swear words ! Thanks Chris ! PS love the hand positioning of barre workouts!
