I became a home workout convert with COVID and have been using bands this whole time bc for a while weights were sold out and then I just forgot to get some. Anyway I just finally got dumbbells and did this workout and it feels great! Very effective and stoked to switch it up from bands / body weight. Thank you for the content!! Can't wait to do more

I neglected to take care of myself for a very long time, and I recently started working out again as I have been prioritizing my health and well-being much more these days. I always hated going to the gym, and finding exercise that I enjoy doing was not an easy feat, but I love your videos and I have DEFINITELY been feeling the burn! I’ve tried other workout videos, but yours are by far my favorite. My long-distance bestie and I FaceTime and work out together to motivate one another, and we don’t usually do the same work out, just pick ones that are approximately the same length, and I ALWAYS pick yours above any others. Thank you times a million!!!

Another great arm workout! I love that by modifying the amount of weight you use, a senior, such as myself, can easily do your arm workouts. I agree with Claire Jane, a 30-minute arm workout using these easy to follow moves would be useful for someone wanting to do a longer version of this workout.

This was challenging alternating between using 10 and 15 lb dumbbells. Triceps definitely felt the burn after doing a workout using them yesterday. I love your arm and upper body workouts and do them regularly. This was a good one!
I LOVE ❤❤❤ your standing weight videos. I have a bad knee and these are great to work my arms with minimal knee strain. There are at least 6 workouts I do (plus the 4-minute warm up)

Loved this workout!! I’ve been doing your workouts consistently the past 7 weeks as part of the Winter Workout Challenge and I think it’s time to up my weight from 8 lbs to 10 lbs! Some of these moves felt a little to easy :)

Just start with whatever is best for you! If it feels too easy, move up!
