We are too spoiled here in Los Angeles 😆 Even at 66f is freezing cold for me to get out 😂 As much as I love the outdoors, I have done many of this video at home (I hate the gym) I am sure you got many days of one of the most beautiful country in the world! I hope someday I can visit your amazing country 😊
This was definitely the perfect amount of challenge and also it was actually doable and I was able to complete the whole thing! It went fast and it was one of my favorite workouts I have done with madfit.
thank you for the work you do with clear workouts that are easy to follow, I started really working out through these , as someone who dreaded gym class, this been the only training that has been encouraging and not overwhelming, these workouts have made me actually enjoy working out and keeping it up
I’ve just started these workouts and I already love them I train and play netball twice a week so I needed something non cardio based and this is the one !!! Love love love them

That was a challenge

So these workouts are so great because I'm not causing more inflammation in my body by a slamming hard workout (which I used to do and harm myself more in the long run). So thank you! 😊 You are a beautiful person ❤️ 😊
I really liked this. I have found myself navigating away from these MadFit workouts because I find the chat and explanation goes on too long and eats into the actual workout. But I might come to this one and next time I’ll know what’s what and can just do the workout rather than wait for a full demonstration while the time is ticking down. Not being negative - I’m just okay with way less chat. Thanks for this one!
First time doing this. Loved it! Will add to my strength playlist. I’m building strength so I’m starting with lighter weights. Don’t forget to inform people to add their own warm up and cool down to prevent injury 👍🏾
I may be here with my measly 3 pound weights but I love the core burn and love how you explain everything it’s like you’re actually speaking to me. After a month of cardio I’m adding in strength training 😊
Thank you for your good videos. If it is possible, it is good to warm up the body and cool down, and stretch when pressing on the back. I am 60 years old
i love your workout videos so much & how you explain your workouts & tips as you go. I would love to see videos with heavier weights & how much weight you actually use when you workout to really help push myself hard.
