    The 5-second count-down sound at the end of each exercise really helps when you're doing the exercise and don't want to look up all the time

    First 3 times I did this workout I couldn't even complete the exercises and I felt like I was about to faint in the last third. Today 4th time and I was able to complete everything without feeling like I was dying! I'm sweaty and tired but I feel empowered rather than depressed ✌

    I've been doing your workouts since last May when Covid became long-term. I remember doing this workout around that time and struggling so much. I did it again today and could tell how much progress I've made and how much strength I've gained. I still have a long way to go but your workouts have made such a difference in my life.     I had 2 15 second ads pop up at the wall sit right when you started counting down from 5. I was going to just turn it off but I decided to hold until the ads were over. I may have been cursing, but I did it!

      yea I tried and that shit kept buffering on me, ads and internet had me fucked up, I forgot to swear tho so maybe that was why I couldn't do it lol

      Threw me off guard too. And my legs were moving a good couple of inches back and forth but I did it! That 10 second countdown she did at the end was a huge relief.

      @@Alex-Ander517 yes! now is more like over two years later! Exercising in the morning is my way to feel alive, to get ready for the day in an energized way. And if I feel low in energy or sore, I do something else like pilates or yoga, but I don't stop moving

    The wall sit was killer. An add came up when you started counting down from 3, but I held it in so I could count down with you. Love your workouts. :)

    Love the work out. One suggestion-please state if to stay on one leg/side vs. switch legs right in the beginning. Mostly that is done but once in awhile I am not sure. Thanks SO much

      Maybe don't do it everyday, you need to give your muscles time to rest and build up 💪 If you do it everyday you'll burn out

    Hi! I like your videos a lot. It's easy to follow your routines (if exhausting for a beginner :D). Although I really want to ask you for a routine like this one, but for people that suffer from bad knees. I know you have some exercises with no jumps involved, but I wander if you could do, please, a full 20 min cardio routine easy on the knees. Thanks!

      You should check out Chloe Ting's channel. She ALWAYS includes low-impact versions in every cardio/hiit routine. I love her work outs as much as Maddie's, and they get RESULTS!

    Thanks for this workout. I am wondering if it would be possible for you to talk about your breath during each of the exercises in your future videos. There might be better patterns than what I might be doing, so if there's time or where it makes the most sense, could you talk about when you inhale/exhale?

    So I did the weighted full body workout, then the weighted abs 10min workout, then though I could do with a little more. Sooo I started this video...I always forget that even your shortest videos still pack a GIANT punch lol...but so happy I did it! Love it as always :)

    I like the cardio at the start. Nice variety of plank exercises are really nice too. 20 minutes seem just perfect, just when I'm about to give out the workout is almost over. Perfect.

    I now know why we do warm ups. This was my first visit to this workout but not the last. I need a bit more practice on certain things! The backward lunges on my right leg not so good because of my knee and the side sit ups as well, which I didn't get right on one side.

    One new man coming right up. Courtesy of Maddie! I chose 15 of Maddie's 20 minute workouts. One per day and do these in a circuit. Muscle confusion due to the excellent variety of movements. Resistance is futile, your body will be assimilated into perfection. :)

    Hi, do you ever plan to do a 1 hour full body? It could include warmup, workout, cool down, but just a full 60 minute one would be greatly appreciated, I really love your vids, but 20 mins of a workout is not really enough (the body just starts burning at the 20 minutes), and it's tricky to put different videos of yours together into a full hour workout. It would be great especially now when we are all stuck at home! Thank you!
