I'm doing this workout for like 4 months now and it still make me sweat every single time. And because all I am seeing in the comments is "I started today and did the whole thing" and stuff, I want to tell you that even if you did just 5 min is fine and you should be proud of yourself and do as much as you can no matter what other do or say they do. Cause I was there and seeing those comments when I could only do 5 mins where making me sad.

Yes, exactly! Congrats on sticking with it! When a workout is too hard for me, I challenge myself to stay for the full workout, I just do each exercise as long as I can. So maybe Maddie does it for a full minute, but I can only manage 20 seconds. I just do that and then rest and do what I can of the next exercise. But any way you do it, just challenge yourself, do what you can, and feel proud that you got off your butt and worked your body! 😊💪🏼

I've just done the workout and it felt awesome. I like these longer videos as well and that every exercise was 30 seconds long because it motivates me more to hold it through, whereas with 1 minute ones I get a bit demotivated if I can not hold it through. I know it is all in the mind set but 30 second intervals work better for me ☺

im doing online school now that my school is closed, and my gym assignment was to do a 20 minute workout. i couldve just pretended i did something but instead i followed this video and loved it!!! i was really happy to get up and move since im stuck at home all the time now, really awesome video!!

I will be honest i only made it 6 minutes into the video and had to sit down but I still feel really good. The fact that I even got up to try in the first place motivates me to keep trying!
6 minutes is good!!! honestly if you're doing everything to your highest level and with good form - it would be hard not to take a breather!! keep it up - always gets easier with each session and then when you hit around 6 sessions or so you will be hooked!

I feel really proud of myself that I actually could do this one (some of the excersises I missed because I don't feel strong enough for them but I got to the end of the video). Thank you for uploading this short one, I'm really not a fan of longer workouts. I think these can be effective too. Also it's a good thing you motivate us by saying things like that in the video. Now I actually feel "nice and strong".

Now it's time to run 4 miles. But honestly, these workouts alone are sufficient for most people, I believe.
For me 10 or 20min workout a days was so difficult to do, I couldn’t do more than 10min workout a day but as I started working out daily it became easier. Now I can do 45min workout without getting exhausting. Before I weighted 68kg n currently 49kg.

Update 2: Second day of exercise complete.
1) I struggled to do a few (side and front planks, etc.= my arms are weak)
2) When I woke up this morning, I could feel yesterday's exercise in my arms, glutes, and upper abs the most.
Let's go! Now I have 27 more days to go!

Update 3:
I wasn't feeling well today. Physically and mentally and my legs, arms, and glutes hurt like someone beat the crap out of me. It took everything in me to convince myself to do today's 20-minute exercise.
BUT I did it! And I felt so much better afterward.
My goal is to lose about 3-5 lbs, tone up my arms and legs, and lose some belly and face fat in the next 30 days. And then continue the journey since I have 32 more days to go!
P.S. I am eating better in addition to doing this 20-minute daily exercise.
I know you said you could add this before the gym routine but damn I just finished and this is the gym routine. I feel great. I sweat a lot. I feel like this could just be my routine and I would be happy. I feel engaged. Thank you for this

This was great! I loved how motivating you were by saying to go full out for each workout even when you get tired, and how you kept saying hold it 10 more seconds etc! I always want to please my dance teacher (or whoever is coaching me) so I’m more likely to last longer and work harder so thank you! I’m glad I found your video!

I've been doing this every day this week while I'm in motel room self-quarantine. Thank you, I feel amazing!! And yes, it does make you sweat but it's so worth it. I love the way you remind us to keep isolating muscles which I forget to do in the moment. I definitely feel it and it's only been a few days.

So I am doing this workout now for 2 weeks and going for a run every 3 days and I have to say that it was tough at the start, but now I am feeling much better than before I started this challenge. I found it really important to just let your energy go and get moving :)

I love mix matching the wo’s 15 min here and 20 min there. I am 62 and I love this. I am more and more aware that I need to keep going! Now to do a stretch and I’m so ready for the day. Day 1: I just did it for the first time and I pushed through it all. I could definitely tell that I was working my muscles and it was tough but I tried my best! Let me tell you I’m VERY sweaty but I hope it will get easier throughout the week.

Just discovered this work out. I’m a runner and work my arms with weights but need a full body workout for the morning. I found it! Wow! I’m glad I started it in the summer! I teach and if I had started this during school I’d be hurting! Feeling muscles I haven’t felt in a while! I’m 51 and this workout is exactly what I needed!

I think she has about 11 of these 20 minutes full body workouts. I bookmark them with numbers. So this will be my MAdFit 5 workout. Definitely need a good exercise mat that doesn't scrunch up on you. Go Maddie! You're helping out a lot of people.

bro y’all keep doing this. I’ve been doing this for almost 4 weeks and I see AMAZING differences. I do this every morning at 9 am and I feel so much more energized every single day. And each time I do it I feel stronger.

I have been struggling to find a routine home work out during times when Covid has interrupted my regular routine outdoors; in England, Joe Wicks is very popular (and good) but I often found him too hard, and i got injured. I've been doing your 20 min workout as my regular exercise for 3 weeks now and i have to say it's been life-changing. I actually look forward to it, enjoy doing it, and especially enjoy how my body feels for the rest of the day. It's brilliant to finally find a work out like this! Thank you!

shouldn't be done everyday, resting is very important. you should only do this about 5 times out of the week or 6 at most. you do need a break though

writing this as still heavily breathing from the intensity of this workout. i enjoyed it so much! thank you for hyping us up throughout the workout, it really made me feel stronger and not give up! i totally recommend this workout. only one tip: make sure to warm up your body a little beforehand to make the movements easier!

I was able to finish the whole video with little to almost no extra breaks on my third day. Also it helps lots if you watch a stretching video first and move on to this!!

Wow.. I've been trying a couple of these at home hiit workouts for the days I just cant make it to the gym.. I honestly think I felt it more with this 20 min one then with some of the 30+ min ones I've done! Only thing I couldn't do was the side oblique dips. My feet kept slipping on my carpet. Might need to get me a matt.

As a "beginner", I have tried many different workouts on RUclips but find that they aren't all attainable or that I'm not able to complete them, which ultimately makes me give up on working out. I love quick workouts like this! There is a warmup at the beginning, so I don't have to look elsewhere for that, and even though the exercises are demanding and difficult for me, I don't fail at them, which leaves me wanting more! Thanks!

What I real find different and helpful is how Maddie mentions the muscle that are supposed to be working in a particular move. once you understand that its easier to maintain form and ensures focus.

Week 1: So, nothing really changed😅I feel like I haven't lost anything it's okay I keep going anyways, update in a week again😊 if you feel the same way don't give up, it's just been a week🙃
ONE MONTH/LAST UPDATE: saddly to me this workout didn't work. I think it's good if you want to keep your body active but not a weightloss workout rutine.

I have done this almost every morning for 2 months now and I don't only feel the results, I (and my husband) SEE enormous results, I feel and I am stronger, I am much more flexible and I have so much energy. I could, seriously, do almost 1-2 pushups at the most in the beginning. Now I do almost 20 on a good day. After just 2 months of this (and a 11 minute yoga routine afterwards). This is my all time favorite workout, and I am going to do this forever. :D Maddie, we are huge fans! Love from Norwegian food bloggers.

@@sadeenlol9736 Hi Sadeen. I was never overweight, so I didnt lose any, my goal was to be fitter, and I was. Really. I have gone over to yoga now, ant that has worked perfectly for me, but I still do this workout once in a while and still loves it. :)
