I thought this was gonna be easy, oh my God my knees were shaking but I finished even though, I had to take breaks between workouts but I loved it, thank you❤️
I thought it was easy, i was completely wrong, had to take breaks and sweat like crazy, but loved it, i’ll update after a couple weeks
Update: i feel alot better!! I can now do it no breaks, and i saw changes after 3 days!! Recommended!!

this was the best full body workout so far, well balanced and also interesting to follow. there were three variations of burpees but i replaced two of them with jumping jacks

Aaaaa this one the best one I’ve tried so far; I did sweat but I could follow the entire thing without feeling like I’m dying; the pike push ups were too difficult for me though😂
How to get stronger during workouts my legs and thighs really get tired shakkkking from 9-13 min even tho I’m 68kg ,173cm not much weight on there but i feel I’m weak down there

When air squatting I have a hard time utilizing my glutes even though theyre good sized. I end up flexing my quads way more frequently. I've done all the positions I've seen with you and others. Any tips girl?❤❤❤

since this is a full body workout, this is perfect for a daily workout (especially since you just started) I recommend if you wanna do more after this, to find either videos on her page or others, around 5-10mins for what ever you want to tone more on your body!!! hope this helps
