    Just finished my day 2 today!! 🎉 God!!! My abs were so sore from yesterday!! 😭😭😭 Cuz I did a pilates workout with this!!
    Currently 67 kgs - Goal- 55 kgs. We can do this!! 🫶🫶
    I've been inconsistent for the past 2 weeks so I started it from the beginning today! Let's hope that i do it consistently from now on!! ❤

      This is my 5th day! Honestly once you get to the 3rd day it gets easier, I do this every 3 times a week - Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You got this!

    I'm literally in love with this workout! I did it just once, and already my body is burning! I really recommend it! I want to do this workout for a week, so I’ll write the results.
    start: 20/11/23 - 66 kg.
    end: 28/11/23 - 63 kg.
    update:
    I haven’t lost a lot of weight, but I want to say that in a week it’s not bad at all! (considering my body structure, etc.), for me, this workout seemed more on the butt, and a little on the abs. thanks to this strong workout, I gained a little relief, and I started to feel my six-pack abs! This makes me very happy. Well, I can recommend this workout to you if you want relief and toned buttocks!

    So pleased i found your videos, was never satisfied with yoga but now your burning workouts and set timer is just fantastic, as i find that pushes you to do it and not give in!     Doing this workout for 2 months i will update every day! I did it and it was kinda hard but after I felt SO proud of myself but I had to take a few pauses and drink some water 🤍 also if you think it’s hard to workout and ur always looking at the timer and how long time it’s left then cut a little paper piece and hide the numbers/ countdown so u don’t always check the timer and think it’s so hard to do this it helps me alot! Also YOU CAN DO IT! I felt like giving up 5 minutes in but I didn’t because I focused on the body I will get and how proud I will feel of myself later and that my body deserves to look good and feel good so DO IT 🎉

    Day 2: ✅ I DID IT! It was kinda hard and was almost no difference from yesterday, but i feel happy after i did it! If your seeing this comment, THIS IS A SIGN TO DO THE WORKOUT! 🏋️‍♀️🤍

    Work out was brutal and all of the exercises challenges you to the limit. I love it! Music is awesome too and so is the place where ur at. Gorgeous! I had a hard time keeping up and changing in to a new position. Your not talking so that means I have to always look at what ur doing. There is no encouragement., but it will work for ppl who don’t like to listen but only fallow I’m very strong on both so this won’t work for me. I always had to replay to get ready and start on time and there was no time for a break even if it’s 10 sec so it’s a great video but way out of my comfort of exercising routines. Other then that I loved the work out challenges. It’s to bad. Otherwise I would have fallowed you and worked out with u because u eft me breathless.

    Okay so im gonna do this workout for 1 week! tbh it seems really good workout because it really burns! I hope i will be okay tomorrow! I will update yall but im also on diet and it will help me more to loose weight and have a better body!

    Day1:✅ (it burns a lot which means it works very well)
    Day2:✅ (boy this burns A LOT press is so hurtful i could not workout till the end but no matter how hurtful is it just think about the results!)
    Day3:✅ ( it was not easy but it was way more easier than yesterday i cant see results yet but i feel it ngl i dont have stomach fat at all and i have hourglass which makes it easier for me to have press so i think it will help me and people who don’t have stomach fat it will be easier for them to get press as well so i think if u have stomach fat it will be better if u do cardio and this workout i think it will help yall better srry for my English 💚)

    been doing this workout every one off day and just to cut to the chase it works started seeing results like not even a month after, but I would recommend starting off slow if your new to working out.

      @@Nur_7608 kind of yes, but it was because I lost weight from 56kg to 52kg to bmi 18.1. Workouts can only build muscle speeding up metabolism making it easier to lose fat, but the true change comes from diet and cardio

    guys im gonna try this exercise and tell you if its worth it!! I'm doing this 3x a week followed by madeleine Abeid video as well. the other 3 days I'll be doing cardio workout, while being on calorie deficit. Results in a month!!!

    Imma do it for a month or more, remind me everytime u see this!
    Day 1: ✅did that + nikolas pilates vs workout + a bit of jumping rope and stretching. Kinda tired and sweaty, but it wasn’t brutal.
    Day 2: ✅exactly the same workout plan, I already see changes (I can see slight stomach muscles)
    Day 3: ✅ same as before, i can see that my waist got smaller
    Day 4: Break (I do one day break in a week to give my muscles a rest)
    Day 5: ✅ MAMA THAT HURTS- same workout plan + nikolas Pilates dropped slim arms workout so I’m doing it. I can already see results

      @@chloexjuettner i tried not to eat more than 1200-1300 cals a day, and most of the food i ate were high in protein. i also refrained from eating a lot of sugary foods and i drink at least 2 liters of water per day

      @@finjakrause306 I had them until I had emergency surgery and for the last month I have not been able to, I can assure you that when I started them the first week I did this routine in the morning fasting and then in the afternoon I did pilates at home and they worked incredibly well, I still can not continue doing physical exercise but as soon as I can I will continue with my routine as it is.

    Im actually doing this everyday. I’m tryna get fit before the start off schoolll, I’m gonna let yall know every week on the results😋
    Week 1-✅
    OMG BRO THE BURN IS REAL, my legs was so sore😭 but after 4-5 days the exercises started getting a bit easier🙏🏽
    Week2 -✅def felt easier slightly slimmer you could say?😭
    Week3 - I fell back a little and did not do the whole thing since I started doing other exercises along with it
    So in general for me this did a small change for me in about 2 and a half weeks 💃

      yeah I do ballet and other sports and I did see results mainly just stamina wise I run a lot and this workout has helped me built stamina and visible muscles I definitely suggest doing like once a week or daily

      So, update week one:
      As we're on Christmas week, it was hard to organize myself , BUT i can feel a difference. I feel more confident in myself, and my abs are more defined. My booty is a little rounder, and my thighs feel slimmer. I'll keep updating.
      I think that with a more balanced diet ( i didn't eated really well this week bc of Christmas and periods are coming soon ) it would be more obvious.

      Week 2 :
      It still burns, but i need less breaks than before.
      I'm feeling so much better in my body, i feel pretty, and confident.
      My abs are still getting more and more defined.
      My booty is more toned, my thighs are definitly slimmer.

    I am died!! While doing this i am sweating extremely. Also the fact that there is no break between exercises extra compelled me. I am not sure if I continue to this workout regularly but if i can do i'll edit this comment.

      you can try to take a break, put a timer about every 5 minutes or as you think you need

      i have been doing this for 3 days in a row and eating in a calorie deficit of 400 cals and i see a lot of results in my abs, for now my legs still look the same

    This workout was so great it made me sore the next day and the second time I did this. Recommend if you want to feel a burn in your abs. Overall I really like it but I quit on it cause I don’t stick to one thing 😞. Really love love it! ❤

    doing this while on a defecit 1200 calories i’m 5,1 and 125 pounds ! I want to be 110

      Hello! My advice to you is to do it 2-3 days a week with rest instead of doing it every day, because these are heavy exercises, your body needs to rest, otherwise I don't think it will work. I recommend it because I have seen the same effect on myself.

      i’m pretty sure that victoria’s secret models have personal trainers and stuff. most models also to a lot of weight lifting or cardio. i’m guessing this is just a workout to achieve a models type of body.

      most vs models do kickboxing, loooots of cardio, lifting and have their own routine (made by trainers)! however, this wk works really great for the model-like body
