I did it and it was kinda hard but after I felt SO proud of myself but I had to take a few pauses and drink some water 🤍 also if you think it’s hard to workout and ur always looking at the timer and how long time it’s left then cut a little paper piece and hide the numbers/ countdown so u don’t always check the timer and think it’s so hard to do this it helps me alot! Also YOU CAN DO IT! I’m tryna get fit before the start off schoolll, I’m gonna let yall know every week on the results😋 Week 1-✅ OMG BRO THE BURN IS REAL, my legs was so sore😭 but after 4-5 days the exercises started getting a bit easier🙏🏽 Week2 -✅def felt easier slightly slimmer you could say?😭 Week3 - I fell back a little and did not do the whole thing since I started doing other exercises along with it So in general for me this did a small change for me in about 2 and a half weeks 💃
@@Nur_7608 kind of yes, but it was because I lost weight from 56kg to 52kg to bmi 18.1. Workouts can only build muscle speeding up metabolism making it easier to lose fat, but the true change comes from diet and cardio
Work out was brutal and all of the exercises challenges you to the limit. I love it! Music is awesome too and so is the place where ur at. Gorgeous! I had a hard time keeping up and changing in to a new position. Your not talking so that means I have to always look at what ur doing. There is no encouragement., but it will work for ppl who don’t like to listen but only fallow I’m very strong on both so this won’t work for me. I always had to replay to get ready and start on time and there was no time for a break even if it’s 10 sec so it’s a great video but way out of my comfort of exercising routines. Other then that I loved the work out challenges. It’s to bad. Otherwise I would have fallowed you and worked out with u because u eft me breathless.

@@finjakrause306 I had them until I had emergency surgery and for the last month I have not been able to, I can assure you that when I started them the first week I did this routine in the morning fasting and then in the afternoon I did pilates at home and they worked incredibly well, I still can not continue doing physical exercise but as soon as I can I will continue with my routine as it is.

i’m pretty sure that victoria’s secret models have personal trainers and stuff. most models also to a lot of weight lifting or cardio. i’m guessing this is just a workout to achieve a models type of body.
most vs models do kickboxing, loooots of cardio, lifting and have their own routine (made by trainers)! however, this wk works really great for the model-like body

Hello! My advice to you is to do it 2-3 days a week with rest instead of doing it every day, because these are heavy exercises, your body needs to rest, otherwise I don't think it will work. I recommend it because I have seen the same effect on myself.

yeah I do ballet and other sports and I did see results mainly just stamina wise I run a lot and this workout has helped me built stamina and visible muscles I definitely suggest doing like once a week or daily

✅day 2: i just realized how hard is the first exercise (kg:52.6)

This workout was so great it made me sore the next day and the second time I did this. Recommend if you want to feel a burn in your abs. Overall I really like it but I quit on it cause I don’t stick to one thing 😞. Really love love it! ❤
Is this the real Victoria's Secrets workout? I'm supposed to do that routine. Anyways, I love feeling how my body burns out whenever I do this workout. 💖
i’m pretty sure that victoria’s secret models have personal trainers and stuff. most models also to a lot of weight lifting or cardio. i’m guessing this is just a workout to achieve a models type of body.
most vs models do kickboxing, loooots of cardio, lifting and have their own routine (made by trainers)! however, this wk works really great for the model-like body

Hello! My advice to you is to do it 2-3 days a week with rest instead of doing it every day, because these are heavy exercises, your body needs to rest, otherwise I don't think it will work. I recommend it because I have seen the same effect on myself.

Anyone elses weight change drastically every day????? My weight can change about 4kg DAILY, more or less depending on how much I eat but don’t think that’s normal😭(no my weight machine is not broken)

Don’t eat too much- mostly around 1000 calories and under on good days

How do you avoid injuring your iliotibial band? I do a lot of your exercises and, when I try to run sometimes, I injure it, despite stretching my ITB. Thanks.
