I’ve done this work out 2 times a day for a week and I’ve never in my life seen such fast results this work out even lifted my booty and gave me a tight jawline. coming from a person who’s been working out from RUclips for the past two years I have never came across such a perfect video but NO BREAKS. Hey It’s been over a month and I’m so proud of myself not only me, but people around me can see my results. This doesn’t only make you stronger but teaches you discipline to not quit. That burns sucks but the video ends just like those feelings and emotions if I can do it so can you don’t let your laziness win.

It's impossible to lose 10 cm in 10 days, and I'm not trying to be pessimistic of anything. Just set realistic goals so you don't get disappointed or discouraged ‐ good luck!
Remember, patients is key. It can take you a couple of days, weeks, months or even years to see changes in your body, but every exercise works, it just takes time. Don’t give up! Keep going and never stop! You can do this!!! 💖

YALLLL THIS WORKOUT IS LITERAL MAGIC. ive been doing it consistently (1x - 7x a week, depends) for 7 months now and my waist is 21 inches. i also dropped ab 7ish kgs (stopped mindless snacking, paired this exercise w some at home cardio n a booty workout.) and im shamelessly in LOVE with my body. i promise, be consistent, take your time n you WILL see results xx
I start today with the workout for 14 days. In addition to these workouts, I also do other hourglass, bootie, arm and leg workouts. I also do hula hoop for an hour a day (hopefully) Waist before: 74cm > Week 1 < Day 1: ✅ Felt like an AB workout. It was exhausting but not sooo much. Day 2: ✅ Today was a bit easier than yesterday. But my abs still hurt omg. Day 3: ❌ But i hula hooped for an hour Day 4: ❌ But I hula hooped for an hour Day 5: ✅ Ahh i'm so glad it's over! 10 minutes is so long. But it went well. this really works! (no dieting) starting at 27 inches Day 1 : ✅ this was intense, i took some breaks but my abs are on fire! (27) Day 2 : ✅ took less breaks and i my waist looks a bit slimmer! (26.5) Day 3 : ✅ a bit tired because i did a bit of kickboxing before but i can see the improvement! (26.5) Day 4 : ✅ i realized that it really helps to reduce bloating after meals! @@Simone-vi5wm these types of exercises are to "soft" so they don't make you bulkier; you need to train pretty hard to gain that much of muscle (like those men workouts vids)
Actually I tried it for 2 weeks and already got my results! My waist was 27 inches back then. After doing this it is now 24 inches!! 😭 This definitely helps not lieing! Thank you soo much!! 💗

And my muscles hurt so it’s s good sign. ✅DAY 3 - my muscles still hurt so it was a bit hard to keep going, but I didn’t give up!! Also I’m already seeing changes, my waist looks more toned. But keep in mind that I’m also doing other workouts and a little bit of cardio.

Doing this for 10 days! Day 1: It was a little hard Day 2: I got sore but it was easy (My core is already advanced but I can feel soreness from yesterday) Day 10: I lost 1 1/2 inches by dieting and working out!!! I recommend putting HIIT/ Cardio workouts after this

lol okayy so hey guys, im currently on my fitness journey and i just wanted to share some of my progress with you. I started this work out this morning and let me tell you i saw instant results. so basically what i did was... i did this work out at 9 am along with some flat stomach ones. I took a nap. woke up. ate some food. looked in the mirror.. and BOOM i saw an immediate difference. i know that i will have to keep working out to achieve my goal, but i just wanted to tell you guys the progress i saw.

My waist went down 2 inches in three weeks. Remember being consistent is key. Also every body is different so it’s possible your waist could get smaller faster then mine, or it might even take longer. I believe in you

I don’t know if it matters but I have been performing this 10 mins abs every alternate days since 2 weeks now and I have to say it’s given me a cinched waist, I didn’t have a big tummy but I still do have a lil pooch but this workout has definitely carved my upper abs and cinched my waist giving an hourglass shape 💪🏻 I love it more because it’s plankless 🙈

Ladies and gents, do this workout. When I tell you this is sooo effective. It could just be my body type and my life habits at the moment but my love handles, GONE. But I never recommend just relying on one video or one muscle group workout. If you wanna see effective good results, do a Alexis Ren workout with Lily Sabri. (Don’t forget I’m not you and you’re not me! Not everybody’s body is going to adapt to a certain way they desire. At the end of the day these workouts are just meant for a quick fix for either muscle strengthening or fat loss. Always make sure you put your body’s priorities first!!! ⚠️)

Istg this works so well. I didnt expect it to actually slim down my waist. It looks very toned and that after only three days. Please Im telling you, try it out and keep on pushing. If you dont see results as fast as me dont be disappointed or discouraged because Im positive this will work for anyone as long as you do it well and be consistent AND KEEP IT UP hihi
I really recommend this for people who dont want to risk back injury because of crunches. This is so chill but still you cam definitely feelthe burn as long as youfocus on the proper form and muscles working. I love this so much!!
me too!! i usually have to take a few breaks doing mary's workouts but this is such a good balance between burn and having relatively easy exercises in between to focus on your form and "rest". it's a workout that i can return to regularly :>

Muscle weighs more than fat. I’m a PT. Dont stop because you have put on muscle. Drink heaps of water, add more protein to your diet, cut out sugar, drink more green tea, go for more long walks (it builds lean muscle mass and is good for the mind). Enjoy the process and acknowledge its a process. Make it a lifestyle otherwise you’ll trick your mind into demotivating! Enjoy and all the best
I didn’t realize how easy this is compared to Pamela, I did this work out early on when I started working out. I’ve been sticking to only pamela for a while and omg this was so refreshing and light, but it still felt like it was working.

I have done this and HIIT workouts for the past two months and with eating healthy and taking in a LOT of probiotics I can say I seen hell of a difference, for the others out there don’t give up on it, even if you want too- encourage yourself and set a POV for yourself ✨🖤 eat a much probiotics (bonus if they’re aimed for the gut system) as well as eating right.

YALLLL THIS WORKOUT IS LITERAL MAGIC. ive been doing it consistently (1x - 7x a week, depends) for 7 months now and my waist is 21 inches. i also dropped ab 7ish kgs (stopped mindless snacking, paired this exercise w some at home cardio n a booty workout.) and im shamelessly in LOVE with my body. i promise, be consistent, take your time n you WILL see results xx
I start today with the workout for 14 days. In addition to these workouts, I also do other hourglass, bootie, arm and leg workouts. I also do hula hoop for an hour a day (hopefully)

Day 1 : ✅ this was intense, i took some breaks but my abs are on fire! (27)
Day 2 : ✅ took less breaks and i my waist looks a bit slimmer! (26.5)
Day 3 : ✅ a bit tired because i did a bit of kickboxing before but i can see the improvement! (26.5)
Day 4 : ✅ i realized that it really helps to reduce bloating after meals! (26)

I did this workout like 6 months ago and I couldn’t help but start the workout again,the exercises are so controlled and laying down of course my favorites,this workout effortlessly reduces your waistline and the music is another reason I enjoy the workouts

I have been doing this workout for 10 days straight and I have NEVER and I mean NEVER seen my stomach this flat and this toned. I’m am so shocked with the results u need to try! Btw I haven’t even changed my diet which consists of breads and sugars and even with that I’m seeing results u guys need to try!!!

My neck hurts so much in these :(
if your neck hurts, your not using your core enough. try “squeezing” your stomach when doing the exercises. hope this helps

Don’t lift yourself off the ground with your neck. This is a veeery common mistake when doing ab exercises!look ahead and use your core
Ladies and gents, do this workout. When I tell you this is sooo effective. It could just be my body type and my life habits at the moment but my love handles, GONE. But I never recommend just relying on one video or one muscle group workout. If you wanna see effective good results, do a Alexis Ren workout with Lily Sabri. (Don’t forget I’m not you and you’re not me! Not everybody’s body is going to adapt to a certain way they desire. At the end of the day these workouts are just meant for a quick fix for either muscle strengthening or fat loss. Always make sure you put your body’s priorities first!!! ⚠️)

Istg this works so well. I didnt expect it to actually slim down my waist. It looks very toned and that after only three days. Please Im telling you, try it out and keep on pushing. If you dont see results as fast as me dont be disappointed or discouraged because Im positive this will work for anyone as long as you do it well and be consistent AND KEEP IT UP hihi
Such a good ab workout I usually get do bored or find side planks really difficult but this felt difficult yet enjoyable even with no breaks!!!
I really recommend this for people who dont want to risk back injury because of crunches. This is so chill but still you cam definitely feelthe burn as long as youfocus on the proper form and muscles working. I love this so much!!
me too!! i usually have to take a few breaks doing mary's workouts but this is such a good balance between burn and having relatively easy exercises in between to focus on your form and "rest". it's a workout that i can return to regularly :>

day 6: ❌feeling bad abt myself bc i currently weigh 72kg but then weighed myself and i was 74kg bc i ate so much today and was rlly unhealthy i don’t know how to lose weight i’ve been trying for so long and ever since then i’ve gained 14kg i haven’t lost anything!!!! i tried to do it today but i felt so sick and literally couldnot

You need to do a diet to maintain your weight. If you wanna lose weight it's all about what you eat.
Muscle weighs more than fat. I’m a PT. Dont stop because you have put on muscle. Drink heaps of water, add more protein to your diet, cut out sugar, drink more green tea, go for more long walks (it builds lean muscle mass and is good for the mind). Enjoy the process and acknowledge its a process. Make it a lifestyle otherwise you’ll trick your mind into demotivating! Enjoy and all the best
I didn’t realize how easy this is compared to Pamela, I did this work out early on when I started working out. I’ve been sticking to only pamela for a while and omg this was so refreshing and light, but it still felt like it was working.

@@y0eeh689 i had like severe bloating ,,I feel like I should have worked on that before starting this workout . Although it showed results but not that much
I have done this and HIIT workouts for the past two months and with eating healthy and taking in a LOT of probiotics I can say I seen hell of a difference, for the others out there don’t give up on it, even if you want too- encourage yourself and set a POV for yourself ✨🖤 eat a much probiotics (bonus if they’re aimed for the gut system) as well as eating right.
This is one of my favourite workouts, because all exercises are very easy but I can still feel the burn! 🔥☺️
