Guys, I tried this workout for 15 days consecutively and my waist got a lot smaller and more defined!! I did not diet but in fact I just cut out my snacks and really ate whatever my mom made. Please don’t be discouraged!! Sending you all of my love!! 😘🫶🏼
I’m not even joking I saw visible results in less than 2-3 weeks!! I love my body a lot more now and I’ve gotten many comments thank you for this amazing workout!
I am going to see if I can do this for a week, then hopefully I will stick to it and do it longer. My measurements right now are: Upper abs: 31.5 inches Middle abs: 32 inches Lower abs: 36 inches Start date is 6/29/2021 Day 1: Not as bad as I thought, I had to take 3 small breaks during bicycle crunches and russian twists. I definitely did feel a good burn! Day 2: A little sore from yesterday, but I was able to do the whole workout without breaks! Idk if I’m imagining it but I feel like I can already see results! Day 3: I didn’t want to do it today, but I didn’t want to stop my personal challenge so I did it. Not the best, it felt like day 1 and I had to take 2 breaks. Day 4: Did it during the commercial break for the lighting game :P Day 5: Went to the gym and did this there, it’s getting easier, I just hate bicycle crunches Day 6: I still don’t like the bicycle crunches lol Day 7: last day!!!! It was definitely the best by far! I’m going to measure myself tomorrow morning for morning skinny lol. But I will keep doing this video because I like it and because it’s the first one I’ve ever been consistent with and I would like to thank all of you bc I probably wouldn’t have done this without all the support!! My measurements after one week: Upper abs: 30” Middle abs: 30” Lower abs: 34” I’m really happy with the progress but would like more so I’m going to do this for another week and then I’ll see what to do after! I actually switched to another workout program to do something different. I’m doing the 2021 Hourglass Challenge by Chloe Ting Day 1: 35 mins, hard for me today, got super sweaty lol Day 2: 35 mins of just butt workouts... absolutely BRUTAL!!! My butt is so sore and by the third video I could barely do the exercises. Day 3: 30 mins abs and arms, I have noodle arms so this was hard. Side planks with noodle arms... does not work lol Day 4: I had work today and was running around the store so much that my feet are killing me. I can’t do the workout today :/ Day 5: I didn’t feel like doing it Day 6: Soooo, ig this is like me posing ab my workout journey lmao, but I am really unmotivated to do the Chloe Ting workouts so I’m going back to this video, and going to the gym. Starting tomorrow, I’ll post what I did at the gym and if I do this video lol Day 7: I didn’t do anything 🤪 Day 8: Went to the gym, did the elliptical for 20 mins, forgot ab this video oops Day 9: Rower machine for 5 mins to warm up, some arm strength training machines, and did this video Day 10: I was gone from 7:30am-9:00pm so I didn’t get to go to the gym and I’m too tired to do this 🤪 Day 11: was gone all day again so I didn’t do it Day 12: I went to the gym, did this and the rower machine and arm strength machines Day 13: I forgot lol Day 14: Day 15: Day 16: Day 17: Day 18: Day 19: Day 20: Day 21: Bahahahaha this is so funny, update: that was summer time, then I stopped bc I got lazy and worked 30-40hrs a week over the summer. Then school started and I got stresses and didn’t know how to fit it in my schedule again. I started working out again at the end of September and it’s now mid November. I am starting this again bc I’ve started running more, and doing weight training but I need more ab workouts and I liked this video. @@smd5980 omg thank you so much & YES i do 6 workouts & it adds up to an hour every day. sooo i do the “do this every day back fat” workout / it’s usually the first one to pop up when u search that and this got rid of ALLL of my back fat. like i have that line in my back and my back even has an hourglass shape. i also do daisy’s hourglass abs, quarantine go-to cinch waist abs, and her butt workout. these all helped so much & my waist is like around 23-25 inches(i don’t have a fabric measurement thing so idk how accurate)and her butt workout my my butt grow ALOT and it has a lot of a better shape. and the last two things are bailey browns hip dip 5minute workout and savage thicker thighs workout. all of these r helping me reach my goal when it comes to my body, also i just drink a lot of water and i eat how i normally do, but i just don’t binge eat junk food like i used to. Going on a calorie deficit then walking 30 minutes along with doing daisy’s ab workout & bum workout a month before school literally WORKED my body so good. I see differences! keep going yall
@@bella2067 From all the belly fat i lost i really can see a little curve on my waist. Daisys workouts mainly work on getting ur waist snatched so i say that if you were to do this workout for a little bit more longer your waist would definitely get snatched.

holaas he estado haciendo esta rutina desde hace 1 semana, y la verdad he visto cambios muy repentinos en mi forma física, mi cintura pasó de medir 62cm a 56cm. obvio, también depende mucho de la constancia al hacerla, por eso les recomiendo tener un horario fijo de su rutina, para que, al paso del tiempo, esto se vuelva parte de su rutina. recuerden muy bn que no deben de cambiar por alguien más, si no por su propio bienestar y comodidad
Doing this for a week (yes only a week, I can’t stay motivated for longer haha) Day 1: oh my gosh it was really hard. I really felt everything in my abs tho so that’s how I know it’s working. Day 2: wow. I really felt the burn today. Lowkey hurt a lil since I was sore from yesterday. Day 3: still sore. The crunches and bicycle kicks really got me today. Overall, it’s getting a bit easier. I wasn’t gonna do today because I was lazy but then I read all of your guys’ replies and they gave me so much motivation! Thank you! Day 4: a lot less sore from yesterday. I woke up today and can already slightly see a line forming. These workouts really do work! Day 5: ok so this is def working. I woke up today and can already see a small visible line! It’s not completely there but I can def see it! Also this is sorta getting easy because my body is getting used to it. Can’t believe how well the results are! Day 6: completed!!! Day 7: completed! I did 2 rounds today and I will update with the results tmrw! Results: ok so I went from having absolutely no abs whatsoever to having slight ones. They’re not as showable obviously because I only did a week, but they’re there! So overall, 10/10, I will be doing this workout probably for another week and I’ll update y’all then! OMG. I've only been doing this exercise for 3-4 weeks and I notice a HUGEE difference!! It's incredible! I just looked at myself this morning in the mirror and my stomach was like 85% flat! I used to have a very big belly and was really insecure about it and decided to work out and I'm so thankful I did. Mind anyone reading this, I not only exercised almost every day, but I ate smaller portions and healthier foods while drinking lots of water. I only gave myself 2-3 cheat MEALS a week, not days. I can see it worked and I will continue to work out while eating well too. This is a very real comment and I hope to motivate someone out there. Good Luck
@@plummochi6107 heeey im not the original poster but i just wanted to say that to get a flat stomach with abs you don't need to do more than 15 mins of ab workouts. ab workouts only build up the muscle. you'll need to do HIIT workouts or cardio such as jogging/running. And also watch how MUCH you eat in a day. you can be eating the healthiest foods but still see no difference because you're eating too much. so to get abs: 1. Fat Burning Exercises such as HIIT and cardio. 2. Watch what and how much you eat.
so, I have been doing this workout almost every day for 3 weeks. and before my waist was about 36 inches and I measured today and my waist is 31, I lost 5 inches on my waist from this workout!! I defo recommend this workout and it gets a lot easier after you do it for a few days :)) and while i was doing this i did not change my diet or anything, just drank a lot of water.

hola!! me encanta qué vas bien con tu progreso, pero solo quería recordarte que lo que estas entrenando es músculo, específicamente en el abdomen, así que debes de hacer esta rutina de 2 o 3 días y luego descansas uno para que tus músculos "descansen" y los puedas seguir entrenando

Yes I had this same issue, but a good way to prevent neck strain is with your hands behind your head. Let your head relax and you'll see the difference!! :)
I've been like that my entire life too. I've never been able to do crunches because they hurt my neck but I can do them comfortably now after doing STANDING bicycle crunches for a few weeks first. Worked out my abs a bit and then could handle the ones laying down. They're tough! Everybody (not literally obvi) acts like they're an easy ab exercise but they're not (at least for me)

Dia 1: se me hizo muy pesado y estuve apunto de rendirme pero no lo hice y lo logré, me sentí feliz de haberlo logrado. sentí el abdomen muy duro despues de hacerlo, pero obviamente no hubieron cambios. Dia 2: pues hoy lo sentí menos pesado que ayer, se me hizo más facil 🎉 Dia 3: holaaa, se me habia olvidado actualizaaar, pero el dia 3 fue normal, o sea nada fuera de lo común, no hubieron cambios y pues bueno, eso es todo:) Dia 4: hoy se me hizo muy facil, creo que era el 4to o 5to ejercicio que no lograba hacer bien porq me cansaba mucho, y hoy si lo logré hacer bien y sin pausas, y bueno eso es todo por hoy. Dia 5: hoy no se me hizo pesado, y tmb ya empecé a ver cambios un poco más notables🎉 Dia 6: no pude hacerlo porque viajé y tuve una cita medica😭 Dia 7: se me olvidó hacerlo:( Dia 8: hoy si lo hice jaja, e hice 2 veces cada ejercicio, ya noto una diferencia más grande😭, estoy muy feliz. Dia 9:Holaaa, otra vez se me habia olvidado actualizar pero bueno, decidí que voy a hacer 2 repeticiones cada ejercicio, lo hice sin caaasi ningún problema, no vi más cambios. Dia 10: Holaaa, hoy no pude hacerlo por situaciones medicas, pero el dia 11 ya volveré a hacerlo. Dia 11: Dia no se que: hola amigos, se me habia olvidado actualizar muchos dias, pero les juro que todos los dias lo hice, solo hubo 1 dia en el que no lo hice por q me dio flojera, les cuento que ya hay cambios mucho mas notables y estoy muy contenta, me gustaria que lo vieran pero ni como hacerle, los quiero mucho desconocidos, gracias por acompañarme en mi proceso
Day 1: went really well. Didn't feel any pain until later in the evening. Day 2: I can definitely feel the burn, but I tried my best. Went out of town for the weekend. I was in a lot of pain on Friday, Saturday I didn’t feel too much, and I’m feeling good today. Starting back up tomorrow. Day 3: I had to take a break halfway through the bicycle kicks, but other than that I felt pretty good. Day 4: Went pretty good today. I struggled with the bicycle kicks again, but nothing a little practice can't fix. Day 5: It went well. I could feel it working the abs today. Day 6: I start feeling pain in my upper legs, but other than that it went well. Didn’t work out today because I almost passed out three different times in the span of twenty minutes. Day 7: had to take a break and let my legs rest as the started to tighten up. Day 8: went extremely well Day 9: My legs starting tightening up again, but other than that it went well. Day 10: felt great today! Day 11: Super proud of myself as I was able to make it through the bicycle kicks and Russian twists without having to stop or take extra breaks. Day 12: Today was okay. Day 13: Good day today. Dat 14: I did the most bicycles kicks and Russian twists I've ever been aable to do today so I'm feeling super accomplished today. Day 15: Today was a good day. I did 90 Russian twists; 15 more than yesterday!! Day 16: Was pretty good, but I am worn out. Day 17: It was a okay day. Took a break for two days because of a intense bike ride on Monday. Day 18: Didn't do too good today, but I finished. Day 19: Today was great! Had my sister, nephew (2), niece (6months), and their dog for a week, then went on vacation to a camp for a week. Getting back to it on Tuesday hopefully. Starting weight:145.5 lbs Starting waist:30 in. Please like or comment to help me remember to do this.
Guuys, remember that when doing the 6th exercise - leg raises, which is such a killer, u actually need to have your lower back neutral, sticking to the mat! Most people would curld their spine (lower back upwards) to get through this killer exercise but this way you are not working your abs! Also, u can seriously hurt your back this way, pls don't do that. Most people won't be able to get their legs this low when keeping the right form so really hold these legs higher but focus on keeping the back sticking to the mat

cannot even say how much this ab and the booty workout had changed my figure in just under a month !! I’ve been going to the gym for 7 years and this is these are the only workout videos that make me feel the burn and have given me a smaller waist and rounder booty ! it’s so worth it !!
@@yassmisha i always start with the booty one and then have a min/two break and go straight into abs ! If I really want to feel the burn I do the hit workout out first and then the other too! It does really burn but it works so well 🤩

Hello, please guide me, I hate cardio, I love abdominal exercises, my stomach is too big, I'm getting depressed😭😭 Please tell me, can I have a flat and defined stomach without aerobic exercise and only by doing this exercise 5 days a week for 7 months and following a diet? Llevo haciendo estos ejercicios y acompaño con otros que son para otras partes del cuerpo desde hace 3 semanas, 3 o 4 días cada semana y sin cambiar mi alimentación. La verdad si se notan cambios, yo no tenía mucha pancita pero de igual manera ahora se me nota menos. Los cambios son lentos así que no se apresuren!

Doing this for a week. Starting weight:220 Day 1: Kind of hard. Had some trouble doing some of them. But overall, I really like it. See you tomorrow 🙂 Day2: Got a little easier. Some of the workouts were still a little challenging but I got it done. Day3:Little but easier. Had to use pillow but I completed it! Day 4: Just finished. Voy a comenzar a hacer la rutina: Día uno: me costó pero se logró. Día dos: Amanecí super adolorida pero estaba feliz porque me dolían las partes del cuerpo que ejercite. Realice los ejercicios con menos dificultad. Día 3: Me costó mucho más que hasta decidí hacerla dos veces ya que sentí que en la primera vez no lo hice bien. (Mi cuerpo seguía super adolorido) Día cuatro: No realice los ejercicios ya que los músculos del cuerpo necesitan descansar. (Seguía muy adolorida) Día cinco: Mi cuerpo ya no dolía pero aún así me contó un poco realizar la rutina. Día 6: Salí y no pude realizar rutina. Día 7: no realice rutina. Día 8: no realice rutina. Día 9: Descuide mucho la rutina por tres días pero hoy la estoy retomando, me costó un poco hacer la rutina. Después de mucho tiempo volví a hacer la rutina. Aún me cuesta, siento que hasta más que antes pero poco a poco se va logrando, veo resultados a partir del 3 o cuánto día.
If you’re wondering if it works, IT DOES! I’ve been doing these workouts for only a month and I’m ALREADY SEEING RESULTS!!! The only thing is that you have to do like 2 sets daily, and never miss a day. But it does work. I’ve been having a bit of trouble getting a small waist, but I found this video and it’s really helped out a lot. So yes, it does work

I've been doing chloe ting for so long and felt nothing, today i decided to do this video and my abs were burning so quickly and can we also appreciate how short this workout is... so useful!!
The last time I commented abt losing 7'2 inches last time, I stopped doing this workout bvz of health problems and ate lots of fast food and everyone was starting to be like "what happened to you, why did u gain so much weight" then I started doing this and some other workouts with this!! It worked like magic, everyone is telling me how visible the results are just after a week or something, I want to say, don't give up!! You'll get there you just need to have a healthy diet excluding sugar and fast food at all costs and start consuming more vegetables and water, does help trust me!

This workout rlly did work for me! ive been doing it 3 day in a week for about 4 weeks now added a bit of cardio , fasting on some days and changing up my diet watching what i eat etc. it truly does work. my waist has become much smaller and my stomach is flatter! thanks daisy xx ❤
Been doing this for a year and some other ab workouts. I do this twice in a row. I eat a bit healthier but still eat some icecream and sweets but not too too much. I also do weights and just am super active. I’ve lost 10 pounds and now I have some abs and lost so much belly fat my stomach went from like 29 to 23 inches. I’m healthy and happy
@@BB-dm1yn I do this workout twice in a row so essentially 12 minutes straight so I skip the breaks and so basically do the first exercise 2 minute straight and so on. I also do 10 minute Pamela reif lower belly fat ab workout. Than I do my own workout for 15 minutes straight such as glute bridges etc. essentially this is 3 sets so 5-10 minute break in between. I also try avoiding sugar or eating less of it. I also am super active and swim all the time in the summer. I also lift weights a few times a week sometimes in my class. Overall I try eating better and healthier and being active throughout the day as best as possible! I try doing some leg and arm workouts as well such as push-ups donkey kicks, etc
@Mily Bro not everyone is perfect. And we don’t all have the same body, for all you know they can have small breath intake. Plus the intro of this video legit said that some people have trouble losting.

Not everyone has the same genetics what might take someone one month could take someone one year! But as long as they are happy with their results that's all that matters. Especially losing that much weight wise is something to be proud of!

Chloe ting isn’t for all honesty. I did get results but there’s a point where she’s not enough. You can find all kinds of people tho. My friend got abs literally after 2 days of chloe ting, while I got them after 5 weeks. Just don’t get discouraged and keep going
She focus more on “muscle concentration” so it’s not good for ppl not used to going to the gym. Bc this is mainly repetition it’s easier to do u can literally let ur mind wander. I switch between both daisy and Chloe they’re both queens :)
After a week of doing this workout i could feel my body starting to become more strong, after 2 weeks i could see results, little results, but still results; a smaller waist and toner stomach. With someone who has been struggling with a binge eating disorder this workout out of all the at home workouts have been the best (especially the no planking). For the past 5 years I’ve been doing these at home workouts on and off (Chloe ting, Rebecca Louise etc.) and they all gave me results but not the small waist i wanted and the workouts were harder and made me unmotivated to consistently do them. This workout is the easiest one I’ve found and the most effective. I’ve been consistent with this one. I’ve managed to lose weight as well. I highly recommend staying consistent with this workout because it will be worth it.

Eh echo esta rutina desde diciembre de 2022, acepto que hay meses que no lo hice, pero siempre eh notado resultados pero tengo que decirles que eh notado que esta rutina tiene rebote, (para los que no saben) quiero decir que cuándo tú obtienes tus resultados y dejas de hacer la rutina pues tus resultados empiezan a desaparecer, así que les recomiendo que no se les olvide hacerla pq aunque no la hagan un mes sus resultados que les costo tanto obtener pueden desaparecer! ❤❤❤
No es efecto rebote en sí, eso no aplica para el ejercicio. El ejercicio es una parte importante del ser humano, obviamente va a haber una diferencia si prácticas el ejercicio o no, además también funciona la genética, metabolismo etc...
ok update im still working out daily im just doing Chloe and lily now not daisy workoutsss day 1: done, with the twist and turns I had to put my feet down for about half, and I couldn't do many of the superwomen exercises it made my back hurt probs because I have two poles and nails in my back day 2: done !! I was able to keep my feet up for the twist one a lot longer! I def can't do the superwomen exercise due to my scoliosis surgery tho. i stopped doing this because I couldn't find my waist trainer to workout in & I got busy for a few days! so I am restarting this. day 1( Apr 20) done day 2 ( Apr 21) DONE

I am going to see if I can do this for a week, then hopefully I will stick to it and do it longer. My measurements right now are:

Day 1: Not as bad as I thought, I had to take 3 small breaks during bicycle crunches and russian twists. I definitely did feel a good burn!
Day 2: A little sore from yesterday, but I was able to do the whole workout without breaks! Idk if I’m imagining it but I feel like I can already see results!
Day 3: I didn’t want to do it today, but I didn’t want to stop my personal challenge so I did it. Not the best, it felt like day 1 and I had to take 2 breaks.
Day 4: Did it during the commercial break for the lighting game :P
Day 5: Went to the gym and did this there, it’s getting easier, I just hate bicycle crunches
Day 6: I still don’t like the bicycle crunches lol
Day 7: last day!!!! It was definitely the best by far! I’m going to measure myself tomorrow morning for morning skinny lol. But I will keep doing this video because I like it and because it’s the first one I’ve ever been consistent with and I would like to thank all of you bc I probably wouldn’t have done this without all the support!!

I’m really happy with the progress but would like more so I’m going to do this for another week and then I’ll see what to do after!

Day 1: 35 mins, hard for me today, got super sweaty lol
Day 2: 35 mins of just butt workouts... absolutely BRUTAL!!! My butt is so sore and by the third video I could barely do the exercises.
Day 3: 30 mins abs and arms, I have noodle arms so this was hard. Side planks with noodle arms... does not work lol
Day 4: I had work today and was running around the store so much that my feet are killing me. I can’t do the workout today :/
Day 5: I didn’t feel like doing it
Day 6: Soooo, ig this is like me posing ab my workout journey lmao, but I am really unmotivated to do the Chloe Ting workouts so I’m going back to this video, and going to the gym. Starting tomorrow, I’ll post what I did at the gym and if I do this video lol

Bahahahaha this is so funny, update: that was summer time, then I stopped bc I got lazy and worked 30-40hrs a week over the summer. Then school started and I got stresses and didn’t know how to fit it in my schedule again. I started working out again at the end of September and it’s now mid November. I am starting this again bc I’ve started running more, and doing weight training but I need more ab workouts and I liked this video. So I’ll try to write here as like a workout diary/ tracker lol

@@smd5980 omg thank you so much & YES i do 6 workouts & it adds up to an hour every day. sooo i do the “do this every day back fat” workout / it’s usually the first one to pop up when u search that and this got rid of ALLL of my back fat. like i have that line in my back and my back even has an hourglass shape. i also do daisy’s hourglass abs, quarantine go-to cinch waist abs, and her butt workout. these all helped so much & my waist is like around 23-25 inches(i don’t have a fabric measurement thing so idk how accurate)and her butt workout my my butt grow ALOT and it has a lot of a better shape. and the last two things are bailey browns hip dip 5minute workout and savage thicker thighs workout. all of these r helping me reach my goal when it comes to my body, also i just drink a lot of water and i eat how i normally do, but i just don’t binge eat junk food like i used to. he estado haciendo esta rutina desde hace 1 semana, y la verdad he visto cambios muy repentinos en mi forma física, mi cintura pasó de medir 62cm a 56cm.
obvio, también depende mucho de la constancia al hacerla, por eso les recomiendo tener un horario fijo de su rutina, para que, al paso del tiempo, esto se vuelva parte de su rutina.

Day 1: oh my gosh it was really hard. I really felt everything in my abs tho so that’s how I know it’s working.
Day 2: wow. I really felt the burn today. Lowkey hurt a lil since I was sore from yesterday.
Day 3: still sore. The crunches and bicycle kicks really got me today. Overall, it’s getting a bit easier. I wasn’t gonna do today because I was lazy but then I read all of your guys’ replies and they gave me so much motivation! Thank you!
Day 4: a lot less sore from yesterday. I woke up today and can already slightly see a line forming. These workouts really do work!
Day 5: ok so this is def working. I woke up today and can already see a small visible line! It’s not completely there but I can def see it! Also this is sorta getting easy because my body is getting used to it. Can’t believe how well the results are!
Day 6: completed!!!
Day 7: completed! I did 2 rounds today and I will update with the results tmrw!
Results: ok so I went from having absolutely no abs whatsoever to having slight ones. They’re not as showable obviously because I only did a week, but they’re there! So overall, 10/10, I will be doing this workout probably for another week and I’ll update y’all then! If you’re considering doing this, do it! It works!

OMG. I've only been doing this exercise for 3-4 weeks and I notice a HUGEE difference!! It's incredible! I just looked at myself this morning in the mirror and my stomach was like 85% flat! I used to have a very big belly and was really insecure about it and decided to work out and I'm so thankful I did. Mind anyone reading this, I not only exercised almost every day, but I ate smaller portions and healthier foods while drinking lots of water. I only gave myself 2-3 cheat MEALS a week, not days. I can see it worked and I will continue to work out while eating well too. This is a very real comment and I hope to motivate someone out there. Good Luck

@@plummochi6107 heeey im not the original poster but i just wanted to say that to get a flat stomach with abs you don't need to do more than 15 mins of ab workouts. ab workouts only build up the muscle. you'll need to do HIIT workouts or cardio such as jogging/running. And also watch how MUCH you eat in a day. you can be eating the healthiest foods but still see no difference because you're eating too much. so to get abs:
1. Fat Burning Exercises such as HIIT and cardio.
2. Watch what and how much you eat.

i’ve been doing this for 6 days and i don’t see anything 😭😭
so, I have been doing this workout almost every day for 3 weeks. and before my waist was about 36 inches and I measured today and my waist is 31, I lost 5 inches on my waist from this workout!! I defo recommend this workout and it gets a lot easier after you do it for a few days :)) and while i was doing this i did not change my diet or anything, just drank a lot of water.

Yes I had this same issue, but a good way to prevent neck strain is with your hands behind your head. Let your head relax and you'll see the difference!! :)
I've been like that my entire life too. I've never been able to do crunches because they hurt my neck but I can do them comfortably now after doing STANDING bicycle crunches for a few weeks first. Worked out my abs a bit and then could handle the ones laying down. They're tough! Everybody (not literally obvi) acts like they're an easy ab exercise but they're not (at least for me)

Holaa soy luciana, tengo 14 años y hoy 13/01/24 comencé la rutina, todos los dias actualizaré para ver mis avances.
Dia 1: se me hizo muy pesado y estuve apunto de rendirme pero no lo hice y lo logré, me sentí feliz de haberlo logrado. sentí el abdomen muy duro despues de hacerlo, pero obviamente no hubieron cambios.
Dia 2: pues hoy lo sentí menos pesado que ayer, se me hizo más facil 🎉
Dia 3: holaaa, se me habia olvidado actualizaaar, pero el dia 3 fue normal, o sea nada fuera de lo común, no hubieron cambios y pues bueno, eso es todo:)
Dia 4: hoy se me hizo muy facil, creo que era el 4to o 5to ejercicio que no lograba hacer bien porq me cansaba mucho, y hoy si lo logré hacer bien y sin pausas, y bueno eso es todo por hoy.
Dia 5: hoy no se me hizo pesado, y tmb ya empecé a ver cambios un poco más notables🎉
Dia 6: no pude hacerlo porque viajé y tuve una cita medica😭

Day 1: went really well. Didn't feel any pain until later in the evening.
Day 2: I can definitely feel the burn, but I tried my best.
Went out of town for the weekend. I was in a lot of pain on Friday, Saturday I didn’t feel too much, and I’m feeling good today. Starting back up tomorrow.
Day 3: I had to take a break halfway through the bicycle kicks, but other than that I felt pretty good.
Day 4: Went pretty good today. I struggled with the bicycle kicks again, but nothing a little practice can't fix.
Day 5: It went well. I could feel it working the abs today.
Day 6: I start feeling pain in my upper legs, but other than that it went well.
Didn’t work out today because I almost passed out three different times in the span of twenty minutes.
Day 7: had to take a break and let my legs rest as the started to tighten up.
Day 8: went extremely well
Day 9: My legs starting tightening up again, but other than that it went well.
Day 10: felt great today!
Day 11: Super proud of myself as I was able to make it through the bicycle kicks and Russian twists without having to stop or take extra breaks.
Day 12: Today was okay.
Day 13: Good day today.
Dat 14: I did the most bicycles kicks and Russian twists I've ever been aable to do today so I'm feeling super accomplished today.
Day 15: Today was a good day. I did 90 Russian twists; 15 more than yesterday!!
Day 16: Was pretty good, but I am worn out.
Day 17: It was a okay day. Took a break for two days because of a intense bike ride on Monday.
Day 18: Didn't do too good today, but I finished.
Day 19: Today was great!
Had my sister, nephew (2), niece (6months), and their dog for a week, then went on vacation to a camp for a week. Getting back to it on Tuesday hopefully.

Guuys, remember that when doing the 6th exercise - leg raises, which is such a killer, u actually need to have your lower back neutral, sticking to the mat! Most people would curld their spine (lower back upwards) to get through this killer exercise but this way you are not working your abs! Also, u can seriously hurt your back this way, pls don't do that. Most people won't be able to get their legs this low when keeping the right form so really hold these legs higher but focus on keeping the back sticking to the mat

Hi everyone! I know this is 3 months later, but I completely forgot with school and work piling up. I just wanted to say that I kept track in my notes app and I'm putting it all in now. Stay motivated, you all can do this, and it's okay to binge and take days off too! Also, with the people who are concerned with my weight, I underestimated and I"m 138 lbs now. I"m not sure if I gained weight doing this , but that is my weight at the end of this little challenge. Also, I had a balanced diet for mostly all of this, it's just as important as consistency. Good luck you all!!

Llevo haciendo estos ejercicios y acompaño con otros que son para otras partes del cuerpo desde hace 3 semanas, 3 o 4 días cada semana y sin cambiar mi alimentación. Day2: Got a little easier. Some of the workouts were still a little challenging but I got it done.

@@ivanaserrudoramos1244 Yo te recomiendo que la repitas hasta que tú sientas que la dominas(no todo los dias ya que el musculo como todos tienen que descansar), y después de que ya la domines puedes cambiarla a una más difícil... y así sucesivamente

Voy a comenzar a hacer la rutina:
Día uno: me costó pero se logró.
Día dos: Amanecí super adolorida pero estaba feliz porque me dolían las partes del cuerpo que ejercite. Realice los ejercicios con menos dificultad.
Día 3: Me costó mucho más que hasta decidí hacerla dos veces ya que sentí que en la primera vez no lo hice bien. (Mi cuerpo seguía super adolorido)
Día cuatro: No realice los ejercicios ya que los músculos del cuerpo necesitan descansar. (Seguía muy adolorida)
Día cinco: Mi cuerpo ya no dolía pero aún así me contó un poco realizar la rutina.
Día 6: Salí y no pude realizar rutina.
Día 7: no realice rutina.
Día 8: no realice rutina.
Día 9: Descuide mucho la rutina por tres días pero hoy la estoy retomando, me costó un poco hacer la rutina.
Después de mucho tiempo volví a hacer la rutina.
Aún me cuesta, siento que hasta más que antes pero poco a poco se va logrando, veo resultados a partir del 3 o cuánto día.

If you’re wondering if it works, IT DOES! I’ve been doing these workouts for only a month and I’m ALREADY SEEING RESULTS!!! The only thing is that you have to do like 2 sets daily, and never miss a day. But it does work. I’ve been having a bit of trouble getting a small waist, but I found this video and it’s really helped out a lot. So yes, it does work

day 1: I tried doing it 4 times but only got half way through the fifth try
day 2: I managed to do it 3 times (sorry I haven't been updating but I have been doing it.)
day 3: I forgot
day 4: I did it 4 times and I tried doing another workout as well
day 5: I did it 5 times I got really tired
day 6: I took a break
day 7: I did it 5 times again
day 8: It's getting easier and I tried doing it 6 times and I did it
day 9: I did it 5 times
day 10: I took a break
day 11: I did it 5 times
day 12: I did it 5 times
day 13: I did it 6 times
day 14: and I did it 9 times I aimed for 10 but I was dying.
for future me - how did it go? It was horrible at the beginning because I'm unfit. did you get some decent results? Yes, I lost 5 pounds which is a lot for me and I'm really happy. would you do it again? I have been doing it again and Ive lost another 2 pounds.

I've been doing chloe ting for so long and felt nothing, today i decided to do this video and my abs were burning so quickly and can we also appreciate how short this workout is... so useful!!
Same tbh chloes are thoughtfully done but her workouts are too long and don’t give u instant results I’m going to try out daisys tomorrow

The last time I commented abt losing 7'2 inches last time, I stopped doing this workout bvz of health problems and ate lots of fast food and everyone was starting to be like "what happened to you, why did u gain so much weight" then I started doing this and some other workouts with this!! It worked like magic, everyone is telling me how visible the results are just after a week or something, I want to say, don't give up!! You'll get there you just need to have a healthy diet excluding sugar and fast food at all costs and start consuming more vegetables and water, does help trust me!
i’ve been doing this workout at least 3 times a week for a year now and it’s my GO TO. really gives you that 11 line ab line with no widening side abs

Dia 2:✅ si pude, aunque mi cuerpo me estaba doliendo, pero todo ses por esa cintura jsjjsjs
Dia 3: descanso(no es bueno hacer los ejercicios seguidos)
Dia 4:✅ acabo de terminarlo, pude hacerlo, me sentí super, yo lo hago por la noche los ejercicios
Dia 5:✅Si logre terminarlo, ahora ya no duele mucho, al comienzo si
Dia 6: descanso(como dije no es bueno hacer ejercicio seguido, deja que tu cuerpo descanse y no te olvides de tomar mucha agua)
Dia 7: ✅ Ya estoy viendo unos pequeños cambios, seguire con la rutina
Dia 8: ✅ Se me hizo un poco difícil esta vez terminar los ejercicios, ando en las ultimas semanas de mis notas finales

hi everyone ,just wanted to tell y'all this exercise works,been doing this for only 3 days and the curve is visible and also got some upper abs ,i recommend to do this in the morning before breakfast so that u can see that result fast no diet!!just do it in the morning

This workout rlly did work for me! ive been doing it 3 day in a week for about 4 weeks now added a bit of cardio , fasting on some days and changing up my diet watching what i eat etc. it truly does work. my waist has become much smaller and my stomach is flatter! thanks daisy xx ❤
Been doing this for a year and some other ab workouts. I do this twice in a row. I eat a bit healthier but still eat some icecream and sweets but not too too much. I also do weights and just am super active. I’ve lost 10 pounds and now I have some abs and lost so much belly fat my stomach went from like 29 to 23 inches. I’m healthy and happy

@@BB-dm1yn I do this workout twice in a row so essentially 12 minutes straight so I skip the breaks and so basically do the first exercise 2 minute straight and so on. I also do 10 minute Pamela reif lower belly fat ab workout. Than I do my own workout for 15 minutes straight such as glute bridges etc. essentially this is 3 sets so 5-10 minute break in between. I also try avoiding sugar or eating less of it. I also am super active and swim all the time in the summer. I also lift weights a few times a week sometimes in my class. Overall I try eating better and healthier and being active throughout the day as best as possible! I try doing some leg and arm workouts as well such as push-ups donkey kicks, etc
@Mily Bro not everyone is perfect. And we don’t all have the same body, for all you know they can have small breath intake. Plus the intro of this video legit said that some people have trouble losting.
@@milybro5657 Did you do just this workout? I feel for her these are great results any results really are amazing! Not everyone has the same genetics what might take someone one month could take someone one year! But as long as they are happy with their results that's all that matters. Especially losing that much weight wise is something to be proud of!

Chloe ting isn’t for all honesty. I did get results but there’s a point where she’s not enough.
You can find all kinds of people tho. My friend got abs literally after 2 days of chloe ting, while I got them after 5 weeks. Just don’t get discouraged and keep going
She focus more on “muscle concentration” so it’s not good for ppl not used to going to the gym. Bc this is mainly repetition it’s easier to do u can literally let ur mind wander. I switch between both daisy and Chloe they’re both queens :)
It’s true Chloe Ting workouts didn’t really help me. I guess everyone’s body is different so some may get results some may not like me 😭

After a week of doing this workout i could feel my body starting to become more strong, after 2 weeks i could see results, little results, but still results; a smaller waist and toner stomach. With someone who has been struggling with a binge eating disorder this workout out of all the at home workouts have been the best (especially the no planking). For the past 5 years I’ve been doing these at home workouts on and off (Chloe ting, Rebecca Louise etc.) and they all gave me results but not the small waist i wanted and the workouts were harder and made me unmotivated to consistently do them. This workout is the easiest one I’ve found and the most effective. I’ve been consistent with this one. I’ve managed to lose weight as well. I highly recommend staying consistent with this workout because it will be worth it.
SAME… I have BED, those workouts made me look so bloated and I end up feeling like binging after it :( but daisy workout don’t have that affect on me.

Eh echo esta rutina desde diciembre de 2022, acepto que hay meses que no lo hice, pero siempre eh notado resultados pero tengo que decirles que eh notado que esta rutina tiene rebote, (para los que no saben) quiero decir que cuándo tú obtienes tus resultados y dejas de hacer la rutina pues tus resultados empiezan a desaparecer, así que les recomiendo que no se les olvide hacerla pq aunque no la hagan un mes sus resultados que les costo tanto obtener pueden desaparecer! ❤❤❤
No es efecto rebote en sí, eso no aplica para el ejercicio. El ejercicio es una parte importante del ser humano, obviamente va a haber una diferencia si prácticas el ejercicio o no, además también funciona la genética, metabolismo etc...

day 1: done, with the twist and turns I had to put my feet down for about half, and I couldn't do many of the superwomen exercises it made my back hurt probs because I have two poles and nails in my back
day 2: done !! I was able to keep my feet up for the twist one a lot longer! I def can't do the superwomen exercise due to my scoliosis surgery tho.
i stopped doing this because I couldn't find my waist trainer to workout in & I got busy for a few days! so I am restarting this.

Day 1: ✅ It burnt a little but that’s only cuz I have done this workout before, my stomach feels less bloated and I feel soooo good.

i’ve been doing this workout for five weeks or so now, and i can tell you with a good diet, patience, and weightlifting it works! i used to be a size 8 in american eagle jeans and now i can fit into a size 2
keep in mind that i had already started my fitness journey months before i started doing this workout, but i think this one for sure helped!
so that means if i start tomorrow ill get a good result in like a month?

Día 3: soy una persona que fácilmente se acostumbra a las cosas, ya no me duele al hacer el ejercicio, solo que si me duele un poquito el abdomen pero nada fuera de lo común.
Día 4: es igual que todos los días solo que está vez me resultó un poco más cansado pero logré hacerlo completo.

I’ve been doing this for a month and my waist got smaller and I have a faded ab crack definitely would recommend this it’s hard at first but you’ll get the hang of it :) (update)- I went down two inches on my waist (I started this on April 18th its now Nov 24th so far i have lost 5 inches on my waist.) update now its 6 inches less not 5.
