I am doing this workout and the hour glass workout. This is how it’s going: Day One : quite easy and felt a little burn. Day two : abs and thighs absolutely killed me so took a rest. Day three : just completed this workout, abs are still hurting but thighs pain is gone. Make sure to like this so I remember to come back.
Don't worry go little by little and stop if it's too hard for the moment, do not force that much your body please. You're wonderful keep going until you feel like the boss you are sis!!!
Try to regulate your breathing. I had this problem and looked up a few videos on breathing for runners. If those don't help you can always switch to low impact version of the jumping jacks with more reps.
I’m gonna do this until I see results: Day 1:I didn’t really feel the burn so I did it twice Day 2: I did it twice again Day 3: I was rly sore from basketball practice so I only did it once Day 4: Break day Day 5: I did it twice and I might be going crazy but I think my stomach is getting flatter Day 6: I did it 3 times today because I ate TONS of food and felt like I needed to make up for it Day 6: I took today off because I had a rly long practice Day 7 and 8: We had rly big away games so I wasn’t able to do it Day 9: I did it twice today and it’s getting so much easier Day 10: I took today off Day11: I did it twice today and one of my friends actually mentioned how she thought I was getting skinnier Days 12 and 13:I did it twice both of these days and I’m starting to rly see results Day 14: I am happy with my results and will keep doing it 2-3 times a week
Hi Daisy, the work out was great. I do wish you had a beeping timer to alert us that time is up and we are moving to the next exercise. Also when we have to change legs within the same exercise, it would be nice for you to alert us to switch exercise. Thank you.
I’ve done this workout combined with romee strijd butt workout plus some swimming and light (5-16 pounds) weight lifting and so far I’ve lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks (I try to walk a lot too). I eat about 1400-1700 calories, and intermittent fasting works best for me (Ramadan is what I’m doing rn) I eat anything that makes me happy (and try to keep it nutrient), I workout 4-5x a week, and I try to only weigh myself every Monday, and take measurements. Don’t obsess over the weight scale!! Good luck!

I'll do this for around 2 weeks combined with her other work out: Height : 1,66 Weight : 52 kg Day 1: Yes , struggled doing the second one but did it Day 2: Yes did both and felt it with my belly training the most Day 3: I did it and went to spa doing some water exercises Day 4: I did it and struggeled just a little Day 5: I did it and saw the change Day 6: I did the ab workout 3x and yeah it works and it is getting easier :3 Day 7: I did it again but my belly hurt Day 8: rest day bc I have school sports and swordfighting Day 9 : Yes, I did it and eveeything felt normal Day 10: I did it and nothing felt exhausting Day 11: I did it and I noticed my belly getting flatter Day 12: I did it and no struggling Day 13: Day 14: pls remind me to update lol
ive tried so many other workouts for bigger butt or abs and nothing helped, and then i tried daisy's workouts and even after 15 days i can see the results! i'll literally forever follow her

Did you have scheduled rest days, or did you try and do it everyday? I hear people say you're only supposed to do some workouts once every few days to see results, but I wasn't sure if that was correct or not :)

I’m 11 starting highschool next year since I’m in year 6, I get body shamed a lot even though I’m in primary. I chose to do this since my graduation is coming up and I’m just so nervous of my body so I’m doing this to try and boost my confidence. Thank you💞
if you‘re wondering if it works - YES it does if you keep going! :) I do her HIIT workout everyday in the beginning of my workout. Then I do her cinched waist OR hourglass workout everyday. I switch so I do each workout every other day. And to finish I do her Bubble Butt workout every other day, so I can let my muscles rest for one day which is very important!
I did this for a week straight now and I can already see my abs becoming more visible! I‘m not on a specific diet. I just try to eat *less* sweets & snacks :)
hi i’m going to do this workout for a week and see if this works out for me! monday-i felt the burn, it was hard, but let’s hope tomorrow will be better. tuesday-i woke up early and has energy, and i didn’t fall asleep during class. i did it again after dinner, and it did hurt this time, and i’m going to go for a jog!

i’m doing her HIIT, abs and butt workout and i will update you guys!! btw i started a week before i’m started logging this so yeah :) day 1- it was rrly hard day 2- i was so sore day 3- i didn’t want to do the workouts at all but i powered through day 4- i’m taking a break i didn’t feel good today day 5- finished it but very un modivated it was hard day 6- i did thatttt yay day 7- finished week one omg i didn’t do the workout but i walked today about a mile :) day 8- ugh i was being lazy and i didn’t do it :/ day9- I DID IT YAYAYYAYA it was pretty easy ngl day 10- finished day 11- finished day 12- i did it and it was pretty easy and fast day 13- it was easier and my butt looks a little bigger day 14- FINISHED 2 week results down below ENDING RESULT: my stomach is def a little bit more toned. and my butt seems a little more rounder. i’m going to continue to the end of the month :) i’m not gonna log anymore but i’m still doing it :))

Day 5: ankle still hurts. I might come back in a week and tell you guys how it went. As I will probably just be walking without crutches. Day; not sure: finally can work out again, no burn today. i'll try this workout ( I'll update ) Day 1: started off with a " How to get a slimmer waist in 3 days , By Mimeshaa" and then tried this workout - it burned, I stopped a little since I stopped working out 3 months ago, legs are a bit shaky and weak Day 2 : I had no motivation but I still did it and honestly I felt better because yesterday I couldnt even finish the jump squats i believe and I feel a lot better , I just need to do the Mineshaa workout but overall today's workout was better than yesterday's - it burned but it was progress Day 3- started off with Mineshaa's videos and i already saw a difference , for example I was 34 inches on my waist to 32.2inches and with no diet change at all , I saw some progress in daisy's video, I didnt get tired as before and im very proud of that. I took a before and progress photos and I could say that Im proud with what I have so far. This bootay looking extra deli today lol :p Day 4: wont lie i think this day was a friday and it counted as my cheat day, I ate a lot. Was a bit disappointed in myself but it doesnt matter. Day 5: I took a progress video and I can see a difference , I do see my abs toning. Before I used to have abs so I guess it's easier? I think the Mineshaa video actually works if you do it daily.

Day one: kinda hard but made it! Took one day break due to soreness Day 2: still sore but it feels easier Took one break due to soreness Day 3 I had to pausing on the third exercise but it went way easier today, people are saying I looked like I slim down and I definitely did which is amazing. Day 4:it feels like it goes by in a breeze. Definitely am slimming I've lost about an inch around my waist and Gained 2 around my hips A took a day break to watch the new spiderman movie it was awesome! Day 5 went easy as cutting cake and I lost 8 pounds since we've started Day 6 I'm losing lot of weight on my face and my legs are pretty much almost toned my arms have shrank in size and so had my back fat which is awesome Took one day break wasn't motivated and it's okay to stop as long as you get back up on to it Day 7: I'm not out of breath while doing this anymore and it's pretty much smooth sailing I feel stronger and healthy 💪🏻 Day 8I sorta stopped bc I got busy and lost motivation but I'm back on to it felt great doing this again Took one day break Day 9 Felt quick and awesome no more longer pause breaks or struggles my body is slimming down amazingly I'm so happy 💗 I'll update until I'm satisfied with myself:)

Me vuelvo a pesar el día 20 Día 1: Comencé el día 11 de julio, peso 68kg, estatura 1,54. Salto cuerda 10 a 15 minutos para calentar y luego hago Keisy Keech por 30minutos, full body, abs 10 min, y este video. Día 2: 12 de julio, me duelen las piernas pero sin exagerar, salto de cuerda 15 min, mismos tres vídeos de Keisy. Día 3: 13 de julio, Me duele el abdomen, y las piernas, pero se me pasó el dolor luego de calentar con la cuerda 15 minutos, (salto de cuerda hasta donde puedo y luego descanso y vuelvo a saltar hasta cumplir los 15 minutos) Luego los mismos 3 videos de Keisy. Hoy tuve más fotaleza para los ejercicios y aguante más!😊 . Día 4: 14/07 Me duele todo 😭 pero nada pudo con mi constancia, hoy salte cuerda por 25 minutos, luego los 3 videos de Keysi que dije anteriormente, me costaron los abdominales pero los hice y no pare antes de tiempo. Me siento mejor de ánimo y muy motivada. ✨Yo puedo, Soy capaz✨ . Día 5: descanso! No me duele nada 😌 . Día 6: 16/07 salto de cuerda 20minutos, y 2 videos de Keisy . Día 7: 17/07 Salto de cuerda 30 minutos, 2 videos de Keisy, abs, y full body, estoy ready no me duele nada aunque estoy gordita jeje. . Día 8 : 18/07: Salto de cuerda, no pude hacer los vídeos de Keisy porque debía hacer un trabajo pero salté cuerda 😊 les digo que ahora rindo más saltando cuerda ya no me canso tanto, respiro mejor, subo las escaleras sin sentir que me muero, y estoy feliz por eso. Día 9 y 10: no pude hacer los vídeos de Keysi estuve ocupada esos dos días pero salté cuerda por 30 minutos para no perder el ritmo. Día 11 21/07 : salto de cuerda 30 minutos, este video + el de full body, hoy le metí peso a las sentadillas, use un morral con 5 kilos de peso para tener mayor impacto en las sentadillas, ahora bien, ¿Cómo me siento hasta este punto? Genial! Subo las escaleras sin descanso y sin ahogarme hasta el piso 4, me siento más ligera, los calambres de mis piernas han desaparecido, y cada vez que hago los ejercicios tengo más resistencia. No estoy tan estricta con los alimentos, solo he bajado poco a poco mis porciones, eliminé las bebidas gaseosas, evito comer frituras en la medida de lo posible, y he reducido el azúcar en mi café 😌 para mí es un gran avance, no me voy a pesar aún porque no me quiero obsesionar con mi peso, tengo entendido que pesarse muy seguido causa estrés y desmotivación voy a esperar hasta el día 20 y veremos qué tal pero por lo pronto me siento mucho mejor. . Día 12: 22/07: Salto de cuerda 30 minutos, y luego los dos vídeos de Keisy, mis piernas me duelen pero todo bien ☺️ no es como la primera vez

someone remind me to come back and do this day 1: was very difficult but made it through kinda day 2: i was sore but it was more bearable then yesterday day 3:had my phone taken away but still did it, was more difficult then day 1. day 4: also had my phone taken so only did half of it. day 5: so far this was my easiest day, starting to see results! day 6: uh didn’t do it but there are definitely results day 7: didn’t do it but substituted it with a walk! 1 month later i stopped doing it but i’m going to get back into doing this. round 2 day 1: was actually a lot easier then i remembered
Im doing this every morning and then one of the abs workout every night.. starting measurements Waist: 31 Tummy: 36.5 butt: 42 I started gaining some fluff midsemester after I stopped working out and I work a lot outside of school so I stopped giving myself time to. Finals are next week and I'm gonna try and stick to this so my body is a little healthier so I'll he less stressed ! Day 1: done I did both at night after work I was so tired but I really need to do this ! Day 2: I had class work then study group then night class then a ton of homework but i managed to do the 8 minute Abs video and passed out. Did not do this one today :( Day 3 i feel like I should do it twice because i missed it yesterday but im so tired im suprised i did it once i got this and one ab workout done proud and exhausted, ive been feeling more motivated throughout the day because of the extra endorphins! missed working out Day four: Day before Thanksgiving I didn't do it I completely forgot ! Day five: I did the hiit the morning of Thanksgiving but after so much darn food lol didn't do the abs Day six: did hiit and abs today ! My body hasn't changed much at all honestly but I haven't been eating very well I stress eat and it's finals for the next two weeks :((
my measurements are the same but ive been doing it 4-5 times a week since them. I feel more toned the more i keep up with it! honestly if i wasnt so stressed and had a good eating schedule it would probably help me lose weight. But anyway its quite easy, doesnt make you sweat and i just skip the squat jumps if my knee hurts, so its a good workout to get in if youre busy as hell like me

Okay so I started this workout today and I started her hourglass ab workout on Friday. I'm gonna log my measurements. On Friday for my waist I was a 27. I haven't checked my butt measurements but I'll do that tomorrow and update you guys. Day 1: like 2 of the exercises were hard but other than that I completed ✅ Day 2: completed and I also got my braces off 😁 ✅ Day 3: skipped and instead did her hourglass ab workout :P Day 4: completed and it was pretry easy lol 😂 Guys go to her hourglass ab workout I'm updating there‼️

🦁Thank you for such a simple , beginner friendly workout. It’s been years since I committed to a workout routine and I was scared it would be to tough for me since I haven’t done a full workout in a while. My goal is to do this at least once a day, working my way up to twice a day. This actually feels like a nice little warm up, I might try another one of your workouts before bed.
@@celinesaydawi4463 it’s going great. I’d def recommend doing it twice. When I did it once I felt like it was too easy. So doing it twice a day at least 3 days a week will definitely speed up results. I personally do intermittent fasting as well. So that keeps my stomach flat and the bloating away but for toning the stomach, I’d def recommend this workout and it doesn’t take long at all!! 🥰

I switched to something a little more intense and longer, 20 min. I’m slim and don’t need too much cardio I’m mainly just trying to tone up. But anyways good luck on your journey love 💕

I am doing this workout and the hour glass workout. This is how it’s going:
Day One : quite easy and felt a little burn.
Day two : abs and thighs absolutely killed me so took a rest.
Day three : just completed this workout, abs are still hurting but thighs pain is gone.

I had the same problem and then I went to the doctor and he said I got Asthma. So many that’s why
Don't worry go little by little and stop if it's too hard for the moment, do not force that much your body please. You're wonderful keep going until you feel like the boss you are sis!!!
Try to regulate your breathing. I had this problem and looked up a few videos on breathing for runners. If those don't help you can always switch to low impact version of the jumping jacks with more reps.

Day 3: I was rly sore from basketball practice so I only did it once
Day 4: Break day
Day 5: I did it twice and I might be going crazy but I think my stomach is getting flatter
Day 6: I did it 3 times today because I ate TONS of food and felt like I needed to make up for it
Day 6: I took today off because I had a rly long practice
Day 7 and 8: We had rly big away games so I wasn’t able to do it
Day 9: I did it twice today and it’s getting so much easier
Day 10: I took today off
Day11: I did it twice today and one of my friends actually mentioned how she thought I was getting skinnier
Days 12 and 13:I did it twice both of these days and I’m starting to rly see results
Day 14: I am happy with my results and will keep doing it 2-3 times a week

Hi Daisy, the work out was great. I do wish you had a beeping timer to alert us that time is up and we are moving to the next exercise. Also when we have to change legs within the same exercise, it would be nice for you to alert us to switch exercise. Thank you.

I’ve done this workout combined with romee strijd butt workout plus some swimming and light (5-16 pounds) weight lifting and so far I’ve lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks (I try to walk a lot too). I eat about 1400-1700 calories, and intermittent fasting works best for me (Ramadan is what I’m doing rn) I eat anything that makes me happy (and try to keep it nutrient), I workout 4-5x a week, and I try to only weigh myself every Monday, and take measurements. Don’t obsess over the weight scale!! Good luck!

Day 1: Yes , struggled doing the second one but did it
Day 2: Yes did both and felt it with my belly training the most
Day 3: I did it and went to spa doing some water exercises
Day 4: I did it and struggeled just a little
Day 5: I did it and saw the change
Day 6: I did the ab workout 3x and yeah it works and it is getting easier :3

Did you have scheduled rest days, or did you try and do it everyday? I hear people say you're only supposed to do some workouts once every few days to see results, but I wasn't sure if that was correct or not :)

I do her HIIT workout everyday in the beginning of my workout.
Then I do her cinched waist OR hourglass workout everyday. I switch so I do each workout every other day.
And to finish I do her Bubble Butt workout every other day, so I can let my muscles rest for one day which is very important!
I did this for a week straight now and I can already see my abs becoming more visible!
I‘m not on a specific diet. I just try to eat *less* sweets & snacks :)

tuesday-i woke up early and has energy, and i didn’t fall asleep during class. i did it again after dinner, and it did hurt this time, and i’m going to go for a jog!
I've been doing this workout and it tires you out quickly but its a really fun and fit exercise to do, in addition to its really short and perfect for beginners like myself. Thank you 💕

day 1- it was rrly hard
day 2- i was so sore
day 3- i didn’t want to do the workouts at all but i powered through
day 4- i’m taking a break i didn’t feel good today
day 5- finished it but very un modivated it was hard
day 6- i did thatttt yay
day 7- finished week one omg i didn’t do the workout but i walked today about a mile :)
day 8- ugh i was being lazy and i didn’t do it :/
day9- I DID IT YAYAYYAYA it was pretty easy ngl

day 12- i did it and it was pretty easy and fast
day 13- it was easier and my butt looks a little bigger

ENDING RESULT: my stomach is def a little bit more toned. and my butt seems a little more rounder. i’m going to continue to the end of the month :)

Day 3: felt good, although I just had my dinner and did a workout so probably not a very good idea, and I have a headache. Besides from that. Amazing, fun and great! I loved this workout!!⏳
Day 4: took a break as I broke my ankle. I broke it by falling off my horse on a jump and them stepping on my ankle. It was an accident from my horse. I'm ok though.
Day 5: ankle still hurts. I might come back in a week and tell you guys how it went. As I will probably just be walking without crutches.

Day 1: started off with a " How to get a slimmer waist in 3 days , By Mimeshaa" and then tried this workout
- it burned, I stopped a little since I stopped working out 3 months ago, legs are a bit shaky and weak
Day 2 : I had no motivation but I still did it and honestly I felt better because yesterday I couldnt even finish the jump squats i believe and I feel a lot better , I just need to do the Mineshaa workout but overall today's workout was better than yesterday's
- it burned but it was progress
Day 3- started off with Mineshaa's videos and i already saw a difference , for example I was 34 inches on my waist to 32.2inches and with no diet change at all , I saw some progress in daisy's video, I didnt get tired as before and im very proud of that. I took a before and progress photos and I could say that Im proud with what I have so far. This bootay looking extra deli today lol :p
Day 4: wont lie i think this day was a friday and it counted as my cheat day, I ate a lot. Was a bit disappointed in myself but it doesnt matter.
Day 5: I took a progress video and I can see a difference , I do see my abs toning. Before I used to have abs so I guess it's easier? I think the Mineshaa video actually works if you do it daily.

Day 3 I had to pausing on the third exercise but it went way easier today, people are saying I looked like I slim down and I definitely did which is amazing.
Day 4:it feels like it goes by in a breeze. Definitely am slimming I've lost about an inch around my waist and Gained 2 around my hips

Day 5 went easy as cutting cake and I lost 8 pounds since we've started
Day 6 I'm losing lot of weight on my face and my legs are pretty much almost toned my arms have shrank in size and so had my back fat which is awesome
Took one day break wasn't motivated and it's okay to stop as long as you get back up on to it
Day 7: I'm not out of breath while doing this anymore and it's pretty much smooth sailing I feel stronger and healthy 💪🏻
Day 8I sorta stopped bc I got busy and lost motivation but I'm back on to it felt great doing this again

Day 9 Felt quick and awesome no more longer pause breaks or struggles my body is slimming down amazingly I'm so happy 💗

@@madepapurita Amm, sisisi, también trabajo con otros vídeos, pero de "Adelgazar espalda y mejorar posturas" y también otro de abdomen. Deberías empezar si quieres, yo empecé con dos rutinas para abdomen porque quería efectos rápidos como también la alimentación es clave.

Me vuelvo a pesar el día 20
Día 1: Comencé el día 11 de julio, peso 68kg, estatura 1,54. Salto cuerda 10 a 15 minutos para calentar y luego hago Keisy Keech por 30minutos, full body, abs 10 min, y este video.
Día 2: 12 de julio, me duelen las piernas pero sin exagerar, salto de cuerda 15 min, mismos tres vídeos de Keisy.
Día 3: 13 de julio, Me duele el abdomen, y las piernas, pero se me pasó el dolor luego de calentar con la cuerda 15 minutos, (salto de cuerda hasta donde puedo y luego descanso y vuelvo a saltar hasta cumplir los 15 minutos)
Luego los mismos 3 videos de Keisy. Hoy tuve más fotaleza para los ejercicios y aguante más!😊

Día 4: 14/07 Me duele todo 😭 pero nada pudo con mi constancia, hoy salte cuerda por 25 minutos, luego los 3 videos de Keysi que dije anteriormente, me costaron los abdominales pero los hice y no pare antes de tiempo. Me siento mejor de ánimo y muy motivada. ✨Yo puedo, Soy capaz✨

Día 6: 16/07 salto de cuerda 20minutos, y 2 videos de Keisy

Día 8 : 18/07: Salto de cuerda, no pude hacer los vídeos de Keisy porque debía hacer un trabajo pero salté cuerda 😊 les digo que ahora rindo más saltando cuerda ya no me canso tanto, respiro mejor, subo las escaleras sin sentir que me muero, y estoy feliz por eso.
Día 9 y 10: no pude hacer los vídeos de Keysi estuve ocupada esos dos días pero salté cuerda por 30 minutos para no perder el ritmo.
Día 11 21/07 : salto de cuerda 30 minutos, este video + el de full body, hoy le metí peso a las sentadillas, use un morral con 5 kilos de peso para tener mayor impacto en las sentadillas, ahora bien, ¿Cómo me siento hasta este punto? Genial! Subo las escaleras sin descanso y sin ahogarme hasta el piso 4, me siento más ligera, los calambres de mis piernas han desaparecido, y cada vez que hago los ejercicios tengo más resistencia. No estoy tan estricta con los alimentos, solo he bajado poco a poco mis porciones, eliminé las bebidas gaseosas, evito comer frituras en la medida de lo posible, y he reducido el azúcar en mi café 😌 para mí es un gran avance, no me voy a pesar aún porque no me quiero obsesionar con mi peso, tengo entendido que pesarse muy seguido causa estrés y desmotivación voy a esperar hasta el día 20 y veremos qué tal pero por lo pronto me siento mucho mejor.

Día 12: 22/07: Salto de cuerda 30 minutos, y luego los dos vídeos de Keisy, mis piernas me duelen pero todo bien ☺️ no es como la primera vez

day 1: was very difficult but made it through kinda
day 2: i was sore but it was more bearable then yesterday
day 3:had my phone taken away but still did it, was more difficult then day 1.
day 4: also had my phone taken so only did half of it.
day 5: so far this was my easiest day, starting to see results!
day 6: uh didn’t do it but there are definitely results
day 7: didn’t do it but substituted it with a walk!
1 month later i stopped doing it but i’m going to get back into doing this.

I started gaining some fluff midsemester after I stopped working out and I work a lot outside of school so I stopped giving myself time to. Finals are next week and I'm gonna try and stick to this so my body is a little healthier so I'll he less stressed !
Day 1: done I did both at night after work I was so tired but I really need to do this !
Day 2: I had class work then study group then night class then a ton of homework but i managed to do the 8 minute Abs video and passed out. Did not do this one today :(
Day 3 i feel like I should do it twice because i missed it yesterday but im so tired im suprised i did it once i got this and one ab workout done proud and exhausted, ive been feeling more motivated throughout the day because of the extra endorphins! missed working out
Day four: Day before Thanksgiving I didn't do it I completely forgot !
Day five: I did the hiit the morning of Thanksgiving but after so much darn food lol didn't do the abs
Day six: did hiit and abs today ! My body hasn't changed much at all honestly but I haven't been eating very well I stress eat and it's finals for the next two weeks :((
my measurements are the same but ive been doing it 4-5 times a week since them. I feel more toned the more i keep up with it!
honestly if i wasnt so stressed and had a good eating schedule it would probably help me lose weight. But anyway its quite easy, doesnt make you sweat and i just skip the squat jumps if my knee hurts, so its a good workout to get in if youre busy as hell like me
I feel really good after doing this. It’s simple enough for me to do in the morning before school thank you!

Okay so I started this workout today and I started her hourglass ab workout on Friday. I'm gonna log my measurements. On Friday for my waist I was a 27. I haven't checked my butt measurements but I'll do that tomorrow and update you guys.
Day 1: like 2 of the exercises were hard but other than that I completed ✅
Day 2: completed and I also got my braces off 😁 ✅
Day 3: skipped and instead did her hourglass ab workout :P
Day 4: completed and it was pretry easy lol 😂

🦁Thank you for such a simple , beginner friendly workout. It’s been years since I committed to a workout routine and I was scared it would be to tough for me since I haven’t done a full workout in a while. My goal is to do this at least once a day, working my way up to twice a day. This actually feels like a nice little warm up, I might try another one of your workouts before bed.
For what is the workout small waist or butt?
My mother is laying on the floor burning , but she said she will do this every day because it makes a difference.🥰🦁

@@celinesaydawi4463 it’s going great. I’d def recommend doing it twice. When I did it once I felt like it was too easy. So doing it twice a day at least 3 days a week will definitely speed up results. I personally do intermittent fasting as well. So that keeps my stomach flat and the bloating away but for toning the stomach, I’d def recommend this workout and it doesn’t take long at all!! 🥰

@@celinesaydawi4463 yesss. The bubble butt work out def lifted mine and I just do that twice a week. I could be more consistent but I saw improvements quick. For the HIIT. I switched to something a little more intense and longer, 20 min. I’m slim and don’t need too much cardio I’m mainly just trying to tone up. But anyways good luck on your journey love 💕

Day 1 - Was difficult as I am out of shape but enjoyed it.
Day 2 - Was really hard because of how sore I am from yesterday.
Day 3 - Was really exhausted but pushed through it. Still pretty sore.
